Great price for oil change. Call for appointment they are always busy. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Seems to be an honest shop. Will continue to use for automobile services. Good tire selection and payment on Midas credit card is a good deal.

I had issues with my car making a grinding noise and decided to take it Midas in Frankfort. The technicians diagnosed it and found out I needed a wheel hub assembly, plus I got an oil change too. The staff was very professional and courteous and explained in detail what happened with the hub assembly and that was the grinding noise I heard. They saved me time and money because if I had taken it somewhere else, it would have cost more for parts! Ill always go to Midas for any repair work I need. I want to thank the owner Scott Bourne for his professionalism and courteousness and he stands by his word! Theyve got the Midas Touch and the Midas Promise!!! Thanks Scott and your employees!!!

Went here for an alignment based off recommendations from other friends, and I was very satisfied with the service. The manager (Scott) was very nice and did everything I asked of him and more. They provided me with my own custom alignment with no hiccups at all. The car was aligned beautifully, and no problems occurred. I HIGHLY recommend this shop for anything as their customer service is great and if you need a cheap, good alignment THIS is the place to go!!!

I would recommend that anyone needing routine or major maintenance/repairs make the trip out here. The owner is honest and helpful and clearly knows what he is doing. He is someone who will not trick you into spending money- in fact, he will let you know when it is not prudent to spend money on something. I will always come to this shop, regardless of the 40-minute drive to Frankfort.

They have a pathological inability to call you to tell you if your car is ready. Thats fine, cars arent fundamentally important to getting me to my job or anything.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Don’t know how to work on luxury cars. Stripped my lug-nut and screw up my entire wheel. Will NEVER go to another Midas again. I used a Midas in another state and was always pleased. But this was not only a disappointment. But it thoroughly pissed me off. What’s the point of taking my car to a shop if the shop is going to do more damage than good? Ridiculous.

Would no honor coupons , and tire rotation was included but they wouldnt do it. Not very good customer service acted like they were doing me a favor but allowing me to spend my money there, I wont return.

I got into the shop on Memorial Day weekend without an appointment and in dire need of new brakes, tires, and rotors. Scott Bourne and his team were were realistic about their workload but worked me in regardless. They were courteous and treated me like a good friend. I highly recommend Midas of Frankfort for all types of automobile maintenance and I will return!

Had a great experience at Midas today! They were busy, but fit me in even though I didnt have an appointment. When things slowed down the mechanic (Steve) even took the time to walk me through how the brake job worked while he was doing it, really interesting (and gave me the old part to show my husband!). Great staff, competent and low pressure, theyve earned my business!

Im honestly shocked to see some recent poor reviews. Scott was able to quickly accommodate my schedule to get an alignment, and he knocked it out of the park. My car (miata) handles like a dream. Ill be driving from Lex from now on!

Scott was very knowledgeable and did a great job of mounting my tires treated my wheels like they were his own definitely a top notch facility.

So so. Not my first choice for car repairs. Went there with one problem and ended up spending $500 to fix something they insisted needed fixing. When I got in the car to drive away, I realized that the problem hadnt been fixed at all. Told the employee and I was told that a certain part needed to be replaced in order to fix the problem. Went home and looked it up online. Found out that what they told me needed fixing was completely wrong. I ordered the right part for $20, replaced it myself in less than 20 minutes. Not cool Midas, not cool.

Got an oil change. Fast and professional!

Couldnt help with what I needed

The desk lady was nice, but the manager did a careless job of checking out the problem that i requested about my truck. He said “I didn’t hear anything because of the exhaust and tires” even though I could hear inside the shop when he pulled it around Hardee’s, and didn’t even look at it. Midas, and Goodyear is off my list.

Scott and dan are very professional. Communicated very well with me and exceeded expectations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Check them out.

The manager, I believe his name is Scott, took care of my issue with rotors and replaced under warranty for free. Very reasonable, respectable guy.

Last week, I got my 2008 Kia Sportage towed to this Midas store as it wont start. It seems to have an electrical issue and they troubleshooted for an hour or so but could not figure it out. When I called next day, they said they are still working on it. Same is the case for the next 3 days. They finally called and said that they cannot figure it out and asked me to tow it somewhere else. I know its very difficult to troubleshoot electrical issues but I thought a renowned place like Midas could figure it out.

Great techs and this shop cares about quality and value your budget needs. Highly recommend!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! This is a terrible place to go, they do great business, and the staff is friendly but when it comes to actual maintenence you can do much better, my vehicle initially went in to have the catalytic converters replaced and the exhaust repaired... it took about 2 weeks. Now I understand it takes a min to get parts in.. OK cool, when i get it back there was still an exhaust leak and the transmission was acting up, so I take it to the dealership thinking I needed a new transmission... they do their diagnostic and find that both the new pre cats and the end cat assembly are clogged ), I asked if they could double check as all that was just replacedand thats what was causing the tranmission issue. Aggrivated I bring it back and they swear up and down that it was nothing they did.. they kept it for a week didnt even write up a ticket on it, so know one knew what was going on with it and they end up replacing the end cat assembly.. Ive had it back almost a week now and there is still a major exhaust leak, which is something that could have been caught if they actually test drove the vehicle or even started it and bumped the throttle under the hood.. needless to say I will never be taking any vehicle back to them.. I probably wouldnt even trust them to change my oil at this point... overall they have a good business sense and a friendly staff but their mechances need to go back to school and learn how to trouble shoot and repair

I had work done, but it was not done right.

Wife went to Midas in frankfort ky on 2/27/17. The thermostats had to be replaced on a 94 Honda Accord lx. She had the part that I picked up at OReilly. A hose also had to be changed. I guess she couldnt wait for me to replace it. Total invoice 225 dollars for a 20/30 min job. This is insane do not go there they overcharge you.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Owner was very disrespectful and rude. VERY OVER PRICED. Was told would response by that afternoon and instead it took them 3 days to get back with a diagnosis. WILL NEVER BE BACK.
