Only shopped there because I had to. I have not shopped there since they removed Mike Lindells products from their stores.

The staff was great when I had a question and very pleasant and helpful. And best of all they had what I wanted.

Overall its a clean store and everyone is very friendly. But, just dont shop there enough to know how their whole pricing structure works. A lot of the stuff didnt have prices on it and the racks did not either. Was pretty much a mystery what my total was going to be when I got to the register.

Very limited selection of everything. It was like it was going to close. Employees are very helpful. This store is nothing like the store that was in Orland Park

Ordered a smokeless grill and stopped in for pickup. Big store with a variety of goods. Store wasnt busy when I stopped in.

I placed an order for pickup and instead of curbside service, I went into the store. Store is well stocked. They are practicing social distancing. I just looked around the store briefly, went to the service desk to pick up my order and left the store. My order pick up was extremely easy with no problems. I showed her my online receipt and she promptly retrieved it. Would order again and next time probably for curbside pickup.

We live in Orland Park, IL, and sadly we recently lost our local Bed Bath & Beyond. Now we have to go farther to the BBB in Frankfort IL. HOWEVER, the BBB in Frankfort, IL is FANTASTIC! Today we went there to buy 2 boxes of Dunkin decaf coffee. Although they didnt have any Decaf, ALEXIS behind the counter was VERY helpful, politely explained how she could order it for us, and we can receive it delivered to our home in just a few days. THANK YOU, BBB and ALEXIS!

BBB has super friendly workers, I had a return with zero issues and was told I could even return something without the original package! Ive never had a bad experience with BBB, especially the Frankfort location. I honestly feel they go above and beyond....just like their name!! Coupons are definitely a bonus and they run great sales. I will never ho to this Bed Bath & Beyond again...no one knew what they were doing.I wanted to buy 2 rugs....a runner and small one for back door...and a copper knee brace.Found everything...go to check out and was told this small rug came up a penny...it was rolled and taped and had a label and on the shelf above the matching runner...told I couldnt buy it it was a demo...so after she started the sale over 2 items came up higher in price then original ring up..I said keep it Im out.

I love bed bath and beyond because they have the cutest home decor and they let you use coupons that have been expired years ago. They can be a little pricey but thats where the coupons come in.
