UNSAFE!! I stopped by here on my way back to Lexington because I had a low tire. The man says hell check all my tires and that tires are typically inflated to 36 psi - great, the sticker on my door says 33/36 psi. After he checked everything, my low pressure warning went away, and I left. A little ways down the road I checked my tires and they were all 49-52 psi!!! Ride felt awful, I knew this wasnt right. Why in the world would he inflate my tires so much? Its no accident that all 4 were like this.

These guys are great. I had a tire mysteriously go flat. After some searching I found that it was leaking from the bead area. I took it over to Tire Discounters to see what could be done. They unmounted the tire, and spent close to 30 minutes grinding and buffing the bead seat to clean it up. Then they re-mounted the tire and re-balanced. When they brought it back out they even apologized for how long it took, even though they were working on it the whole time, and the wait was perfectly reasonable to me since they took the time to correct the issue, instead of just throwing some sealant at it and hoping it held.Every time Ive taken something in to them, theyve always done the job properly, professionally, and without trying to overcharge or sell me work that doesnt need to be done.

600 something for 4 tires.... had my car from 11:30 am finally got done around a little after 6pm and ran out of time to do my alignment. I gotta go back so they can do it before work.... wake up early so I can get what I was supposed to get and go before work since almost 7 hours wasnt enough time. They left my back drivers side tire on 49... way too high and now my cars tire pressure thing isnt working...I let air out it isnt going down. Never again

Took my Volvo wagon to get a tire patched .. normally they only give free tire patches (if you bought a full set from them) this time though they went out of their way to make it right with the customer and a happy one at that .. I even had my wallet in hand ready to pay the less than 30$ tire patch fee but they let me have it free .. and 30 less dollars I had to spend.. they are great at what they do and I highly recommend them

Called to get a flat fixed. Didnt get the name of the young man at counter, but he was extremely rude and dismissive. All he wanted was my keys, even though I also asked him for a quote on tires.I had my own reasons for asking for a quote, AND I already knew that my tires were fairly new, but he still came out and used a tone like I didnt know what I was asking for...so I told him I no longer needed a quote. I had actually been ready to spend up to $2000 for tires (since I was donating my other ones to someone less fortunate).While I waited for my flat to be fixed, another young black lady came in to pick up her car and was concerned about an indicator light and wanted someone to look at it. Once again, that same young man was just as dismissive to her and rudely asked for her keys. She walked outside to wait. Then another worker came out into the lobby (where myself and at least 4 other people were waiting) and very loudly and in a rude tone, felt he had to make a statement about how he needed to educate people on indicator lights and what they mean (INDICATING that some? people were stupid!).Once my flat was fixed, I spoke to the manager about my observations and interactions of the young men and all he could say was sorry...did not say he would speak to them, only said HE would give me a quote! But by that time I was done with all of them and told them I would not be back.Obviously they didnt care since as soon as I was out the door,, he was laughing about it with another (male) customer. Thats ok, my money will be spent elsewhere...where people still know how to provide great customer service. And BTW...NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WERE WEARING A 😷!!!!!!

My whole family used to buy tires here for many years. I have always found it amazing how quick they can get you in for new tires but you have to wait all day for something like a rotation or for them to repair your tire. Also, its very suspicious how many times my TPMS sensors have broke while getting my car serviced. ALSO WERE IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC AND NOT ONE EMPLOYEE IS WEARING A MASK. Between employees actually yelling at customers, intentionally breaking TPMS sensors, and refusing to wear masks, your company has shown how much they truly appreciate their customers.

I called them 10 minutes before closing time while driving there with a half flat tire. These guys stayed open and fixed my flat tire working late and they were super polite and I couldnt appreciate them more! I will definitely be coming back here to buy tires in the future!

If u take ur car here for any repairs, before you let them fix it ,take it and get a second opinion,,because I took my car there, and they had told me that my car needed several parts to be replaced,,that would cost over thousands of dollars,,,so I took it else where, and that place had told me,that the part and fixing it would only cost me just a couple of hundred dollars,,so always get a second opinion before letting them work on ur car

While traveling from Virginia to St. Louis, we hit a nail somewhere. Pressure light come on in Lexington. Called a local friend who recommend this place. It was close to closing so they couldnt help them, but got me to n and out first thing in thr morning. They were a big help in a bind.

Sold me tires, truck always had vibration. Had the truck worked on.. rear end, u joints, drive shaft and it was better except still had some vibration at highway speed. The owner of the shop that worked on the truck said one of the new Goodyear tires was defective. Took it back to T/D. Very indifferent to my problem. This is the second time in a CPL of years Ive had an issue with bad NEW tires here. Ive learned my lesson.. no more Tire Discounters ever agine. The discount isnt worth the hassle.

I am so grateful for this company especially since a store is so close to my home. The staff is extraordinary in every way. Yesterday new brake pads were installed, rotor work was completed, regular maintenance service was completed; and In addition, all the specials they offered that applied to my vehicle were completed. Furthermore, a nagging problem with tire pressure was corrected, and my tires were rotated. Premier parts were used , a nice discount applied for brake work, and I was assured by Matthew that my vehicle is good for many more miles.I mostly dealt with Matthew, but the young man who shuttled me was pleasant and very knowledgeable.

Had a screw in my tire, they patched and plugged it and re-mounted my tire. They were busy and there was a wait but not as long as I thought it would be. Wonderful friendly service. Waiting area comfortable with TV and coffee. Have used them for other tire repairs. Consistent great service!!!

Fast service, very decent prices. Went in for an oil change and a tire alignment but was recommended to wait on the alignment because they didn’t want to charge me for an unnecessary alignment. Got free rotation with the oil change. The people are nice to work with. Highly recommended, me and my husband will be back.

This review is directed more towards this location instead of the company as a whole as this is the only location I have dealt with. My wifes vehicle picked up a nail in one of the tires. I called to see if they could fit me in and was told no problem. After waiting almost 2 hours they let me know that it couldnt be repaired and that I needed a new tire. I chose to buy 4 since the tread depth was getting low enough to merit a new set. The vehicle calls for one specific size tire so it should be simple to search the correct size and sell the correct set. After waiting almost 2 more hours and nearing closing time I was notified my vehicle was ready. I paid and walked outside and noticed that wrong tire size was installed. When I questioned the salesman upfront behind the counter he assured me the size was correct. The technician also behind the counter then corrected him and said that I in fact was correct and the size chart inside the door frame on the vehicle also proved this to be true. Now it is past the stores closing time and the employees scramble to locate a set that will fit. They found the same brand of tire but a different model. The salesman assured me that I was getting a better tire and that they were taking a loss. Honestly at this point I feel I cant trust anybody here at all. The receipt or paperwork was not modified so now I have a receipt for tires that dont match what I have installed on my vehicle. Also I should add that it took them less than 10 MINUTES!!! To remove the wrong set of tires and install and balance the new ones.... waited 4 hours to get into this mess and get out of it in 10 minutes? Makes a person question the quality of there work? Maybe they just wanted to go home because I was cutting into their time which seemed more important than mine.The salesman also thought hed make a comment by saying just dont let anybody know that we can work this fast.My wife complained the vehicle had a shake at highway speeds. I called and made an appointment to have the vehicle dropped off. Left the vehicle over night where they failed to lock the vehicle in the parking lot. I inquired if they found out of anything was wrong and the salesman could only say uhh, well, they balanced them. My impression is this location is shady, unprofessional, and doesnt seem to know what theyre doing. I will not recommend this place or do business here again.UPDATE 7/18/2020: I contacted Tire Discounters support via email as I was asked to and provided all the info they required including all pertinent contact info. A week has gone by and no reply from Tire Discounters. I was asked to contact them so out of respect I did thinking they were genuinely concerned. Im not after a refund or discount nor do I have anything to gain by these reviews. Just a warning to all this place just simply doesnt care. This is yet another reason to not do business here.

Fixed my tire that had a bolt in it. It was the day after Christmas They were very busy however they got me in and out within an hour. They have great service and staff! I appreciate the help!

My son came down from Buffalo, NY for a funeral a couple of months ago and we went here to get tires before he went home. The staff was told where he lived and that he wanted/needed all weather tires due to where he lives. On their website the tires we selected were listed as all weather, but they put summer tires on his vehicle. Due to all of our grief of loosing my dad and my sons grandfather, we did not inspect the tires to make sure they were all weather. We trusted them to put on the tires we selected and needed. Once the store was notified (after he went home to Buffalo) they told him to drive back here for them to change the tires. If there was any difference in price that would be his responsibility. Honestly, we will never let them touch a vehicle we own again. Who knows what they will do to it or put on it. Please beware if you are thinking of using this business that they have no problem putting their customers at risk or taking advantage of a grieving family. I will tell everyone I can not to use this business.

Can not say enough about these guys. I send everyone I know to them for almost anything automotive. They are way more than just an average tire shop. Brad Roderoer store manager is the absolute best. He is kind and will get you the best deal possible. Not sure of his name, but the master mechanic is on point. He has a dry sense of humor so be ready, but otherwise is very helpful. He has given me advice and is fine with explaining your auto repair in laymans terms. Service time is decent based on their level of business. Set an appointment to not worry with any time constraints. Im sure in an emergency they would figure out a way to even shuttle if needed. Lobby and restrooms are always clean and well stocked with coffee and water available at no charge.

Ive gotten my tires here twice now. They are always friendly and work quickly to get you out. The road hazard plan is amazing. They fixed my tire for free and had me out in 30 minutes.

I bought tires from this location back in 2014 and theyve stayed true to their service promise of lifetime rotation and balance along with other services. Its always nice to walk out of there with a $0.00 bill. The guys here always seem to be in a good mood and enjoy their job. Ive experienced the same enthusiasm at other TD locations as well. Having my wheels serviced regularly is simple and laid back. I referred my fiancé here and he purchased his tires from this location as well. I always refer friends and family to Tire Discounters as a company because of the quality service, the prices, and the lifetime service promise they offer.

Very satisfied with the service I received. Went in for a tire repair here previously onlyto have the tire start to see the same problems of losing air quickly. Brought it in again today, and they were able to quickly figure out the issue (another puncture that they admitted they could have missed the first time) and repaired it in no time flat. This is the only place I will go to get work on my vehicles. Everyone there is extremely good and professional. If they provided more services I would use them. I have only had one complaint and in the 3 - 4 years going here and they handled it appropriately.Prices are reasonable and they will do their best to do right by the customer. They even re-mounted 3 of my tires that another local dealer put on backwards.I will continue to come here for all my tire needs.

Had a tire issue while traveling. They were great at getting us taken care of and back on the road. One of our center caps was accidentally left off. I Was unable to notify them as They closed right after I left. Their honesty showed because they promptly called first thing Monday morning. I appreciate that they went out of their way to correct this.

Tires are competitively priced. I felt like I had a good understanding of the choices available after going over several options with Matt. After I picked my tires, these guys went out of their way to make sure my car was ready on my schedule. I appreciate it. Care drives like new!

My family has been customers of Tire Discounters in Frankfort for five years now. They have always been wonderful to us. Brad the manager is who kept us there in the first place and he and the rest of their staff is what keeps us there now. They always help us find great deals on our tires and they always do a great job with the oil changes. They never tell us something needs to be done to our car when it doesnt but they do tell us when it does. We trust them and that is huge when it comes to your car.

If it were possible to leave less than a one star review for customer service I would give it. The manager, Brad, is arrogant and dismissive of women. He treats both his customers and his team as if they are an annoyance. I can’t believe anyone would work for him. The rest of the workers try and do right and seem to just work around his barking orders and stomping off.

I will never do business with this place again. While I was waiting for them to finish putting tires on my car, Matt came up to me and said you know you have some chips on your wheels right. I said yes one of them has a couple. Unfortunately, those arent the ones he was talking about. Today is the first day it hasnt poured rain since I had tires put on. While cleaning my car, I noticed huge chips in my left front wheel. They were not there before. These are painted wheels and the chips are all the way down to the aluminum. It was beat to death with something. I know its too late to do anything about it except for a scathing review. If you care about your car, do not go to Tire Discounters in Frankfort. I received a call from their corporate office and was told someone would be contacting me. However, this has not happened.

Called the day before and asked if they could put 24 inch tires on the rim and They told me They could. I go the next day to fine out they couldnt do 24inch rims. Time wasted.

Ive had mostly good experiences when doing business with Tire Discounters. The tires, service related to tires (mounting, balancing, etc.), and the warranty are superb. Tire Discounters is the best place to go in the Lawrenceburg/Frankfort area...for tires. Brad is definitely the go-to guy around there, as others have been slightly cold in their customer service; as if my business was a nuisance. If not for Brad, I would take my business elsewhere even if it may be more expensive simply due to the customer service.

I LOVE it when I walk in and they know my name after only a few transaction. Brad is wonderful. I switched all our biz!

Great job on my wheels and tires

I dropped off my cat just after noon for a 5000 mile rotate/balance. They called me around 3 pm when it was finished. That was a great turn around time considering how late I dropped it off.

Very personal service. My card wouldnt work for some reason I had no ride home or to get to the bank thanks to Scott allow me to take my car to the bank get the cash and bring back to him to pay the bill I would not go any place else to buy my tire no one can beat the service you get there thats not right theyll fix it and make it right.
