I took my car to Goodyear in Frankfort because I had an oil leak that I had already paid a mobile mechanic $450 to fix and a slight knocking in my tire at high speed. They not only correctly diagnosed my problem (this was the third place I had look at the oil leak) but they also fixed it for almost half the price I had already paid someone else. They also rotated my tires for free. This is the second time Ive used this Goodyear since moving to Frankfort and as a female they are the ONLY place that has been honest with me and fixed my car for a good price. I would recommend them to ANYONE before going elsewhere. These people really take care of their customers and do good honest work. I love them!!!!!!!

I had a major issue with my air conditioning and no one seemed to be able to find out what was wrong with it. I took it to the dealer and they told me there was nothing wrong with it even though it wasnt blowing cold air. The guys in Frankfort were so helpful and so patient. I just really appreciated all that they did for me. I called several times asking their opinion on how to resolve the issue. They were honest and truthful. I finally decided just to replace the whole system because it was just too hot to do without air conditioning. The guys were super it works beautifully.

I was out of town and had an accident. The gentlemen there looked at my car quickly to assess if it was drivable. They were able to help me find somewhere that could help me fix it as quickly and set everything up for me. It was a moment I needed some grace and they delivered.

Ive went here twice so far to get a tire repaired each time because I picked up screws on 2 separate occasions which they do not charge for. They did great. I went to valvoline instant oil change last time i got it changed and it cost about 70 to 80 bucks, full synthetic and it would cost basically the same here but you also get a free tire rotation with it. Ill be getting the 100 dollar one which also includes a fuel injection cleaner. They have done a great job. Ill be going here from now on for tires and oil changes/ maintenance as well because the prices are reasonable and they know very well what they are doing and are really nice.

Took my car in today for a basic alignment. Dylan and the team found that my tie rods were getting ready to snap. This visit may well have saved my life as I drive the interstate daily. They presented me with a quick quote and were able to replace the tie rods, today, without having to reschedule! Awesome, professional service. Extremely accommodating. Also diagnosed an exhaust leak and even though they dont weld, Dylan gave me advice on an in expensive way to repair. Goodyear is my go to now!

Went in with a check engine light on and told him of the Val volume reader info. They come back to not only tell me it was the serpentine belt and a cracked valve cover, but that they would like my permission to clean the corrosion off my battery for free, and they even filled my tire back up. Best service I’ve had in ages, I love this shop so much.

Went in today with a crazy problem with our Ford F150. Its a Saturday, we are not from here, and we had to have it towed. Not a good situation. These guys were very helpful in getting a diagnosis of our issue, and we knew what our options were. Would not hesitate to stop here again.

I was out of town in Frankfort KY and developed a brake problem. Dan was very helpful. Even though it was close to closing time, he got the car in for diagnosis and called me with an estimate. During inspection it was discovered that I had a tie rod problem that could have left me stranded on my drive home. Everything was repaired by noon the next day. The price for the work was reasonable and consistent with the estimate. Great job and thank you!

Excellent service. Ive had flat tires fixed without an appointment and never had a long wait. They take care of the little things. That means a lot.

Couldnt mount tires, just set them aside, never called and didnt place them in my truck had to return an hour later and pick up rim.

Had a bolt stuck in my tire and the guys were able to work me in. They had me back on the road in matter of minutes.

Manager was very friendly, courteous, hel9ful and recommended a tire replacement, showing not just 1 but 2 holes in tire. Recommended new tire as not as safe to fix two so close together. Got us fixed up with jew tire, got us on the road in less time than expected. Recommend using these guys.

I drove in with a tire that was losing air and asked them to look at it. A short time later they told me my car was ready. There had been a screw in the tread. They fixed it, checked the other tires and didn’t charge me anything. I never expected that! Wonderful people!

The guys on staff were absolutly fantastic. Me and my mom had a really rough morning with hauling my 1 horse. With my tire blowing shortly after we took off from the hotel. Then after changing it out with the spare it went flat 5 miles up the road. Luckily we were lucky to have a truck driver air it up and send us here. The staff was wonderful and extremely nice with us having the horse out while they worked on the trailer. And my horse loved all the attention he was given. Would highly recommend this place. Was fast, knowledgeable and friendly!!!! Thank you to Kelly and your team.

I had a weird vibration in my car driving on I64 heading home i caled and there were able to fit me in and found the problem got it fixed and got me back on the road. very nice staff. very clean lobby. good coffee.

I had an appointment at 4 o’clock May 31 of 2019. To get 4 brand new tires mounted and balanced. After 35 minutes waiting there a guy comes out and tells me that one of my stud is broken and it had to be replaced. I asked to see it and was shown a stud on my vehicle that was stripped out very shiny and metal shavings everywhere. I told him that was not my fault that they stripped out the stud. He said there is no way they stripped out the stud. That it was like that when I brought it in. If anybody knows anything about cars then you know that stud was not stripped out when I brought it in or the lug nut would’ve not been on there. After arguing with a guy for 10 minutes I was screwed and needed it replaced. He said he would charge me $50 to replace it even though they did it but wouldn’t admit to it. I then asked for the white walls of my tires to be on the outside. When they pulled it around after it was done the white walls was on the inside and they had to take my vehicle back in and redo all four tires. I was there over 2 1/2 hours for four new tires mounting and balanced. I then get to the counter and they tried to charge me 30 minutes of work for one stud. When I sat there and watched him and it took him 15 minutes or less. But keep in mind this was their screw up on the stud but still wouldn’t admit to it so I had to pay for it. After arguing with the front desk they knocked down my total a whole $26, ridiculous! This place is something else, I would NOT take your vehicle here!

We broke down at a local gas station. The staff helped get us a bypass pulley and get us back on the road. They were extremely helpful and gracious! Made a terrible trip back from getting my son out of nasic training much better.

We were traveling from Indiana when our tire got damaged and started losing tire pressure. No one else in town could get us in the same day. Josh the service manager went above and beyond by finding the hole quickly and getting us in right away knowing we had another 3 hours to go. I would recommend goodyear anytime!

I purchased my vehicle with Goodyear tires. I had a slow leak on my rear drivers side.Even though the store was extremely busy they were able to fix and get me back on the road quickly. In addition they looked up the tires to discover they were still under warrantee so my charge was zero. That tells me that this shop is very honest. I have been a tire discount customer for years.....not anymore, I will take all of my vehicles to this store. Great group

Made an online appointment. They took my car for service as soon as I arrived. Changed my oil, rotated tires, flushed and replaced my brake fluid, replaced some bulbs, and air filter. Bill was under $200 and I was there about 2 hours. Very pleased with service.

$200 to replace a couple of tires. I was overall happy with the fast service, until I got home a realized one of my hub covers was missing. I talked to the mgr Chuck. He got my name and number and said he would see what he could do about replacing it. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything. I called him today, his response was.. You can go to Walmart and replace them. We will reimburse you.After 2 weeks of not hearing anything from them. I bought my hub covers... thanks for nothing GOODYEAR!!!! 👎👎

Having issues with new tires purchased from here. Recently bought new tires for my sons car and now theyre tell me since we didnt get road hazard insurance...(that was never offered at the time of purchase) we have to buy a new tire. I dont feel like we should have to buy another tire when these are just a few months old. But Im not receiving any help from the assistant manager on duty since the manager is off today. Between Ohio and Kentucky we spend a lot of money with Goodyear but I dont feel we are being treated fairly. I would have bought the insurance if it were offered because my kids live in another state and I would want the peace of mind knowing they are okay. If I have to BUY another new tire it will NOT be from Goodyear.

Well below average service! Took 4 hrs to replace 1 tire with an appointment due to understaffing and still did sloppy work. Had to take my truck to the Valvoline next door to get the tire sensors fixed. They were very nice, but most places tend to be while they are screwing you.

Fast and efficient, I came in to see about getting my flat tire fixed and the gentleman actually didnt charge me anything, staff was friendly with excellent service.

Most horrible service Ive ever had. To start I bought four new tires from them, and signed up for the goodyear credit card. They put it under the wrong name, they didnt give me what I needed to get my $200 rebate. Now today, two months later, I find out that they BROKE my tps tire pressure system in a tire and it is rolling around. Explains the little noises Ive heard since I took it there and got my new tires put on. Cant believe their incompetence. Still waiting on my goodyear card because goodyear cant get my address right. WOW. Not happy at all.

I always went here for auto services and repairs while I was in Frankfort. I loved the service, they were easy to work with and friendly. They always explained the work that needed to be done but did not pressure me to get it done there.

Charged us $130 for a $30 part, took them 4 hours for a 30min - 1hr fix, which cost $200+ in labor, plus other misc expenses. Work was good put we certainly paid for it
