Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Everyone helped me equally as a team, whenever one didn’t have an answer someone else was quick to assist. As a first time car buyer I felt as if they were very patient with me explaining everything and answered every question I had. I respect dealers that work with cars in the sub 10k range. It cant be easy.. thin margins and people expecting perfection when they spend little on higher mileage cars. *This review is based on our interaction with one individual, and not the whole business*Showed up today cash in hand ready to buy a car. (Will admit about 30 minutes late due to an urgent emergency). When we arrived, we were greeted by a sales rep outside who was friendly, and when we went in to check in with the receptionist she was very polite and helpful.The sales rep came out to find us outside, and rather than greeting us or asking if things were okay since we were late, he immediately made a snarky comment about our ability to keep appointments without knowing the reason why. He then tells us he was too busy to assist since we were late. I get it, but rather than suggesting a better time or offering a different sales rep, he handed us the keys to the cars we mentioned when scheduling the appointment and walked off.First car we looked at had cigarette ash visible all over the seats and dashboard. The smell was horrendous. Immediately went to check out the second car, and it had a punctured tire and wouldnt have been able to test drive. (I understand its a used car lot, but things like vacuuming and replacing a tire cannot be that demanding.)We just assumed that work still needed done to those cars and went to find more cars we would be interested in - and we did find two more that we were beyond happy with and would have purchased either one as long as the test drive went well.We waited for about 45 minutes for the rep to be available or to have another rep assist us, but instead we got nothing. I then took the keys to the two vehicles back in to Nick and let him know we were not interested in those two vehicles, and his only response was ok. After that we lost all interest in trying to find a car there and left immediately.My limited interaction with everyone aside from Nick was professional and polite, so I dont want to hold my opinion fully against this lot, but that sales rep we tried to work with left such a bad impression with me and did such a poor job representing this business that I would not ever be interested in ever returning or recommending anyone to visit.

I had set an appointment with Ron a week earlier to test drive and purchase a car they had on their lot. We were close by when we got a call from Ron saying that a customer had walked in and stated that she looked like she was going to buy it. By the time we arrived the car was sold. I would have understood if she had set up an appointment before us, but I was given no prior information or warning about that. We had the pre-approval finished and the trade-in ready as well which is very disappointing as it was just sold under our noses. We were on time for the appointment too and let them know we were an hour away. What happened was very unprofessional and unfortunate. They were more concerned with the immediate sale of the service than to honor their word. Would avoid this place.

I bought a 2010 Ford Focus from Silver on 2/3/2016. I usually spend about an hour commuting every day, so Ive spent a lot of time in the car since I bought it. I havent noticed any mechanical issues or problems, but even after I bought the car I got an email from my salesperson saying that if I had any questions, I could contact Silver. Breakdown of the buying process: I made an appointment and got there late, but they were flexible with my schedule - they did not rush through my appointment. After meeting my salesman I got to test drive the car by myself - he took a scan of my drivers license and basically gave me the keys. My salesman was Mike Martin, and he was very helpful and friendly. Nobody at Silver was pushy - everyone, Joe, both Mikes, and Ron W., were all very friendly. The atmosphere is extremely laid back. Also, obviously before I went I did some research on the model of car I interested in, and I know got a great price - though that price was the sticker price, it was both comparable to other places and what the value of the car should be. You should know that Silver really isnt a place where you haggle, which fits my personality - what you see is what you get. I did have to go back the next day because they charged me for a new license fee instead of a license transfer fee - but they were the ones who caught that mistake, not me, and it actually saved me some money. The whole process was very transparent and honest. I have recommended buying from there to my co-workers, and I will definitely visit Silver in the future when I need a new car.

I bought a car from Silver in 2015 and traded one in for a very fair price. I took my wife’s Truck in when we spun out and hit a tree, their body shop did a great job fixing the truck. We use Silver’s service dept for most repairsI heard a crazy noise from my engine and to to a shop around the corner. They told me I needed a new engine, I called Silver for a quote and agreed to replace engine at $2800. They spent some time (at no charge) to confirm it needed an engine to find out it only needed a flywheel. This repair only cost me $1400, half of the cost to replace the engine. Now the car runs great. Very honest and conscientious.

Well, where do i start. I was excited to find a car that I was interested in, being a BMW 550xi M Package. However after doing paperwork, and getting everything squared away, before I could even leave the dealership something suspicious happened. My keys had magically come up missing. So Mike decided to act as if he was looking for them. In actuality , my car was outside smoking, and they were stalling to get me from noticing what was going on with my car. Now on the test drive, everything seemed fine. So after 25-30 minutes of pretending to look for my key, its magically found, and the blame is put on a porter who had left work. I then drive home and am about to park. My car started smoking profusely. I legit for a second thought that i was going to have to call the fire department because thats how bad it was. I was BAMBOOZLED. I took the car to the repair shop and was given a 2k bill for repairs. I was leaking antifreeze from the turbos, the radiator...11 check engine light code faults. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! REALLY! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! STEER CLEAR! I even called to speak with my salesman and the finance manager...I WAS NEVER GIVEN A CALL BACK. I will make sure this gets out. Have you heard of the movie Matilda? This place operates like her dads dealership 🗣!

He told us there’s no rust and when we got there the vehicle rockers underneath was filled with rust holes!!! I would give this place a zero star because they tried to hide everything.... and painted over rust! We are very disappointed!!!👎🏼 Back four hours home without the vehicle!

I visited this dealership over the weekend. My husband, mom and I arrived a half hour before the dealership closed. My mom called before we arrived to ask if a vehicle that was advertised was still in stock. The person to whom she spoke said that he/she would go out to the lot to check and then call her back within a few minutes. No one ever called her back. We arrived at the lot and saw the vehicle right away. It was actually near the front door of the dealership. We were not greeted immediately upon our arrival, although I could see the employees watching us from the windows. Finally a salesman came out and greeted us. He said that he would go and have someone to check on the vehicle that we were interested in. We waited for approximately 10 minutes. He never came back out, although we could see him standing in the window watching us as we drove out of the lot. It is very unfortunate that we were treated this way. My mother was ready to pay cash for a vehicle, but did not get the opportunity to do so. Even if the dealership was going to close in a few minutes, a professional would have greeted the customer and inquired about what we were looking for. They then would have asked if we were willing to return on Monday. If we would have been treated with at least that much respect, we would have been happy to return on Monday.

I can’t speak for the entire dealership but my experience was very unacceptable. The sales man name Nick has poor customer service. He was very greedy and made any excuse just to make me pay upfront in cash. Very very unacceptable. Honestly take your service elsewhere.

We had a great experience at Silver. Got a great deal on a 2010 Outback. The cars are used so the are not all perfect, but they are upfront about the condition of the cars. We still took ours to a mechanic to know what needed work would be upcoming. Nick was our sales guy and he was straightforward and easy to work with.I was in a rush the day I purchased the car, so we came back the next weekend to get it cleaned and for them to do some promised break work. We also had to bring our trade in (which they had not yet seen) and it all worked out great! They were fair and held to our agreement on the trade in. They even let my wife and I use a back conference room to feed our 3 month old and let him take a much needed nap while the car was being worked on.The car is great, but the niceness and ease of working with these guys was what makes me give them 5 stars. Its not your typical dealership.

The vehicles that we were shown were pretty much junk. We had spoken with a salesman prior to coming and told him the cars we were interested in, and when we got there one of the 3 vehicles was out on a loan (this is one he supposedly put a hold on), so we werent even able to see it. We saw a red Toyota Corolla that they had pulled up, but when we shut it off and tried to restart it, it failed to start. We also saw a black Honda Civic that had horribly pulsating brakes, and the salesman did not even mention the brakes, not even as a warning when we took it for a test drive! The cars looked great in the pictures, but in person they are really dirty, scratched and scuffed and we saw one with a huge crack in the front windshield (black Civic). When the crack was mentioned with the salesperson, he said if we were concerned with the scratches, cracks and such we should raise our price point. Oh yeah, and they will not wheel and deal (aka...negotiate).While we were waiting we also heard a different salesman complaining about a woman calling in about her vehicle that was getting fixed. He said that they thought the carburetor was flooded to the customer over the phone, but we heard them continuously trying to start a car (I am talking like minutes at a time, trying to crank this thing). It was more than likely an electrical problem, but they just kept doing the same thing and outright lied to the customer. They also sold a vehicle to a gentleman and when the customer mentioned the wear on the tires, the salesman said, well, when you buy a used car you should figure on having to buy a new set of tires.We will not be returning to look at any of their vehicles.

Bought a 2017 Santa Fe a few weeks ago. Great group of guys in there. The 2 guys I spoke to were car geeks like myself, so spent a lot of extra time with these guys discussing cars. This was my first time purchasing a used car from a used car dealer so I was a bit nervous, but these guys made it for a great experience overall. Dont think I will ever step foot in a new car dealership again. Now I check their inventory weekly to see if any new toys show up on the lot. Thanks again.

My wife and I recently purchased our new SUV from Silver Auto and had a great experience. This is a smaller dealer so you dont have all the overhead and fluff like normal dealerships. With that said, there was a smaller staff and longer wait times but prices were by far the lowest here for the vehicle we had been looking for, and we had been searching online and at dealers for about 2 months. Mike our salesman was down to earth and there was no pressure to buy. I was able to drive the car 20 minutes away to a family friend who is a mechanic and had a shop in the area. All in all, great staff and a great experience.

Excellent customer service. I bought the car site unseen and it was in the exact condition as mentioned on their website. The service was great, Zac even test drove the car and gave it a thorough look over for me to feel more comfortable in buying it without seeing it. I purchased a car at Silver Auto recently. It was a great experience. On a super hot day, salesman Nick Manzella could not have been more patient. He brought out all the cars I wanted to look at and even some he thought would work in my price range (great listening!). He had a great feel for what I was looking for and didnt try to push me into a higher price bracket. I was allowed to test drive without any salespeople hanging over my shoulder and there was absolutely no pressure. One of the cars I asked to look at had another bidder, but Nick retained my right of first dibs until I made my decision. In the end, they found me a car that exceeded my expectations. Paperwork was a breeze. Best website layout and function for an auto dealer that I have seen (and Ive done A LOT of searching).
