I rarely ever leave reviews but I have to for Capital Automotive. I cant say enough positive things about this place from the moment I called them until I picked my car up. I have a 2003 BMW Z4 that I have only had for a few months so needless to say when the check engine light came on I thought great there goes my savings. I dreaded answering the call when it came but much to my surprise he simply said we have it fixed and ready to pick up, it was the coils. Imagine that....he could have stuck it to me with a million things and I would not have known the difference. I 100% recommend these guys for any foreign automotive needs. It is hard to find people this honest these days! Thank you all so much!

I was having trouble with my 2017 bmw x6 this vehicle had problems a mouse had got into my wiring harness what a mess took out my high pressure pump and my fuel injectors these cars are very complex they repaired my vehicle very reasonable. for 2600$ the dealer wanted 6200 experts and very reasonable

They are true experts and know what they are doing, stay up-to-date on the constantly changing technology, they are straight shooters (no BS), and dumb it down for you, if needed. They go out of their way to find you quality and properly priced parts/products.They replaced my engine for me and were cheaper than any quotes in the surrounding counties by multiple thousands. When they were done, the vehicle ran better than when I bought.Ive been to many mechanics and dealerships over the years, and none have impressed me with overall service and prices like Capital Auto. Ive been recommending them to friends and family from day one (in 2009) ... and they havent been disappointed either.Lastly, if you serve in the Military or are a Veteran, look forward to some good conversations and stories.

Very helpful and explained everything. Reasonably priced and the car was completed when they said it would be. Would recommend this mechanic to others and will continue to do business with them in the future.

Only shop in town with the tools to take care of a rotary engine. Highly recommended by a few locals. Ill update the rating once work on the vehicle is complete.Update: Car was fixed and the service was professional. I will definitely be back, the owner knows his stuff when it comes to vehicles. I was lucky enough to have a fun conversation with him. Very friendly staff and very reasonable prices.

Went here with my dad to get my volkswagen jetta’s speedometer fixed, ultimately got the speedometer “partially fixed”, now it stops working when it reaches 70 mph, I went to get it fixed and they told me there was a short or something they found that was killing the speedometer. They told me I would have to buy another completely new speedometer and said it is not guaranteed it will get fixed, as of late there has not been any change in the condition of the speedometer it still stops at 70. Seems fishy the condition hasn’t changed since then.

There are several occasions he could have set me on fire with unnecessary work but he has never done me that way. Hint : He’s a little partial to VWs.

Honest and great prices for repairing my daughters VW bug and my Volvo V70xc. Much much cheaper than the dealership. Need to get my other car (Porsche Cayenne) serviced there.
