Josh at the bike section gave excellent service when I needed quick fix with my mountain bike. He went above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend this shop!

My daughter has downsyndrome and she desperately wanted to learn to ride her bike without training wheels. DSPNT gave out a list of places to have our daughter sized and fitted for her new bike.This is one of the best places to shop for a bike. They took special care of us and went above and beyond. I would recommend this place to anyone shopping for a bicycle.

This is a great store. The prices are a little high, but you pay for the quality. They carry the best quality merchandise than any other similar store. If you want to be comfortable in your gear or on your bike go see the staff and they will help without trying to push higher priced items. They are very knowledgeable. Colby was incredibly insightful and seemed to answer my questions before I could ask. He was truly a pleasure to have help me and extremely knowledgeable about most products in the store. I, highly, recommend asking for him. He won’t waste your time or try to push you into something you don’t really want. Thank you, Colby, for being so kind and patient with my wife and I.

My wife and I decided we wanted to buy a couple of bicycles, we attempted to go to another FtWorth bike shop and were denied entry because we refuse to wear face masks. We came to S&S and had an amazing experience the bike guys were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in helping us pick the best bikes for us. Sun and ski got our $2000 and we would highly recommend them for your bicycle purchases.

Colby was so knowledgeable and super helpful fitting me for ski boots. I never felt rushed, he helped me to understand how to adjust my boots and i never felt pushed to buy something expensive. I highly recommend asking for him!

They had a bike perfect for us with life time adjustments i didnt even know this place was here!!

Went to pick up our skis today (ordered them online) and was helped by Manny. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. This location is an hour drive from us, but we will continue to drive to this location because of the staff and the amount of inventory they carry.

All staff I encountered were very helpful and pleasant.

Mine and my granddaughters first time there. I couldnt put her training wheels on so I called and they were much obliged to help. Best customer service Ive had in a very long time. I highly recommend this place.

Great service, been a client for years

Its a specialty stores that also pays commission. So you will get knowledgeable associates, willing and ready to help. Unfortunately these days commission jobs mean expensive products. You can typically find everything online cheaper. So most people look in person and decide what they like and buy on amazon or somewhere else online. Its a pro con of retail world.

Great staff and quality items.

So first off I have never been to this sun and ski. My brother had originally bought himself a Orbea Occam but soon realized he had no use for it and gave it to me. Little did I know he gave me a bike that was missing a few parts! So the first thing I did was go to sun and ski. Where I met Travis who ordered the parts for me, then once they arrived Alex and Rae both helped me install the new parts and were extremely helpful and funny! I would definitely recommend this sun and ski to anyone who wants a good bike experience.

Love this place

Have had two experiences in this store, where the staff was too busy to be bothered with a mere shoe purchase and remained condescending through the checkout process. They have good products and selection, but they are pricey and they seem to hire folks with attitude.

I would like to share my recent experience at Sun and Ski sports in Ft Worth TX. I purchased a bicycle for my son which he picked out and loves by the way . After a few days of riding we experienced some issues with the bike . I took the bike back to the store for the guys to look at and asked if I needed to drop it off for them to take care of the issues , they said no we can fix it while you wait . To make a long story short problems/ issues do arise ( regardless of what product it is ) and it is how you address those problems/issues that really matters the most . I can honestly say that Cole Hufstedler at Sun and Ski knows how to take care of his customers ! Thanks for being a stand up guy working for a stand up company .Robert Smiley
