We took an overnight trip from Lubbock to Ft. Worth to purchase Pedego Bikes. Two separate visits and four hours of the owners (Vickis) time. We rode numerous bikes and asked many questions. The service was great and they were very patient with us. One bike was purchased and we are hoping to get another soon--awaiting new inventory and hopefully an order soon. I am loving my new Step-Thru, Sea Foam Interceptor. My husband is holding out for a Step-Thru Platinum Edition Interceptor. We looked at several styles of bike racks for the back of our RV. Vicki was gracious in setting one up for us on the back of the Pedego van so we could see how it works and all the features. After some more research we will be deciding on the rack too. Its too bad there is not a Pedego store in Lubbock, but we had a great time visiting Ft. Worth and wont mind an annual trip back with the bikes for yearly warranty maintenance. Thanks again Vicki!

Although not inexpensive (but a bit cheaper than other higher end E-bike options), the Pedego bike I bought is great and there were many bikes in stock to choose from surprisingly (as compared to other dfw stores). The model i chose is a fantastic and flexible combination of exercise and entertainment. That said, the service at this location is even better than their top of the line bicycles. Vicki and Travis made the purchasing experience seamless and even helped me fix my kids’ bikes so they can ride with me. Couldn’t be more pleased with this business and its products and service, highly recommend to anyone.

The tour from the beginning to end was awesome!Vickie was a great guide. For first timers riding electric bikes, she was a great teacher and communicator, she made sure we were comfortable throughout the ride and never felt rushed. We had a great experience at Pedego Fort Worth. My wife and I recently rode these bikes for the first time on a trip to the Pacific Northwest. When we got home we just had to have one. We had a great experience at Pedego Fort Worth. My wife and I love her new bike and we wished we would have bought it sooner. On our 1st ride we went 18 miles (because I’m on a regular bike) and it was my 1st time out on my regular bike in over 2 years. We bought her electric bike Saturday and rode Sunday 18 miles and Tuesday 12 miles and she’s wanting to go this evening when I get home from work. Lol. Anyway, great bike and great store. Highly recommend.

This is the best electric bike rental shop Ive rented from! My mother and I decided last minute today to rent the electric bikes while she is in town visiting and Vicky was so kind and accommodating - she was able to get us both electric bikes for the second half of our day with only an hour notice from us that we wanted to reserve them. When we arrived, Vicky and her tech had everything ready for us (including a map of cool places to go ride and see - and ice cold water to take with us!). We rode through Sundance square then along the river trails and ended up going up to see the cattle drive at the Stock Yards. We had so much fun! These electric bikes are awesome - we have rented and ridden some in a few different cities and these ones were by far the easiest to handle and they had multiple sizes so someone more petite like I am can ride comfortably, which was awesome and hard to normally find (I am 52 and sometimes electric bikes at other places are too heavy and the seats dont go low enough for both of my feet to touch the ground when I stop). The bikes had a basket in front that could fit a big bag or backpack - I put my purse in the front basket and it never fell out. The bikes even had a cell phone holder and a bike lock for when we stopped to grab a drink. All around a phenomenal experience! We had so much fun! 5/5 stars!!

A really fun way to spend a couple of hours. Could have done it all day. Cruised up and down the great trails along the Trinity River. Store staff very friendly a helpful. Will do it again next time we’re in Fort Worth.

Had a wonderful time today!!! Me and my wife do a monthly date night. So we decided to rent Ebikes . This place did not disappoint!!! The owners were so nice and helpful. Location is close to downtown so you have many options for biking. We rode into downtown then took a trail to Trinity Park. Bikes were in great condition. Would highly reccomend if you are looking to do something fun and outdoorsy with this lovely fall weather coming !!!!

Our guide was great! She was encouraging as we got the hang of riding electric bikes. She watched out for us as we road as a group (5 of us) throughout our tour. She was helpful with information in the area in which we road giving us a bit of information on the area and gave us time to walk around in the places we could (water gardens, & Stockyard). We would definitely recommend this tour to others.

We had a GREAT time on our Ft Worth e-bike tour!! Our tour guide was excellent. She took very good care of us as we rode through the downtown area, being cautious of traffic and pedestrians, went at a comfortable pace, very informative about interesting sites and buildings, had a wonderful bbq lunch at Coopers in the stockyards. I would recommend this tour to everyone.

My wife and I recently bought two e-bikes. We were pleasantly surprised by the number of bikes in stock and the helpfulness of the staff. We worked with Vicki who answered all of our questions and helped us test ride multiple bikes.We also bought two helmets that allow us to talk to each other while we ride. Unfortunately, the microphone did not work on one of them so we took it back. They didnt have a replacement in my size so we got a refund. Later that day, while I was looking online for another helmet, Vicki called. She apologized for our inconvenience and offered to order a replacement free of charge. Of course I accepted. Now thats customer care!

My girlfriend and I had a blast renting the electric fat tire bikes. When we initially called, Vicky picked up and was very enthusiastic about getting us on a couple bikes. Initial review: Customer service was excellent. Store employees answered all of my questions and let me do a test drive. Cannot comment on product yet, but seems to be well made and if I have a issue, I actually can take it to the store for service, repairs or accessories.

The service at this location is fantastic! Travis, Vicky and Neal were extremely helpful and kind. They also have a great selection of bikes. I had not ridden a bike in years but, the electric bikes here made riding so easy and fun! Thank you Travis for being a patient guide. I discovered this location on Saturday and returned the next day with friends and enjoyed a wonderful afternoon riding on the trails in Fort worth.

Once I knew what bike I wanted it was time to find a dealer. Living near Ft Worth & working in Dallas gave me a choice. Both great ones, it turns out. Vicki in Ft Worth had the right color Trail Tracker (red), all the correct answers, and Travis for help with the mechanical stuff. At age 68 with 2 knee replacements I never imagined ever riding a bike again. A friend at work introduced me to the world of ebikes. The rest is not history just yet, but it’s going to be a blast writing (& riding) it!

Our family had an Amazing day with Vickie! The 3 hour Bike and BBQ tour was worth every penny. We loved getting an up close and personal tour of Ft. Worth. Seeing the long horn cattle drive and eating authentic Texas BBQ only added to our happiness with the experience!

What a fantastic experience! We have rented bikes from Pedego in both Dallas and Fort Worth and have LOVEd every single experience! The staff are all super friendly and helpful! They are accomidating and always willing to help! Their bikes are TOP notch, comfortable, ride well, always in great operable order and you never feel unsafe or unprepared. Its always a beautiful way to spend a morning, afternoon or early evening exploring a new area, seeing new sites and getting some excersise all at the same time! We even love that most of the bikes come with baskets on the front so it makes it so convienent and easy to carry a small purse, or bag, or even backpack with you without it being in the way. We will be doing this again soon!

We had an amazing time on this tour with Vicki! Dont let the 3 hours or the act of riding a bike scare you away. The bikes are electric and come with a throttle that makes this tour easy for any age group. Get there a little early so you can get accustomed to using the bike. We took a tour of downtown Fort Worth, given time to explore the Water Garden, stopped by the JFK Memorial, Sundance Square, and then off to Panther Island. We took Trinity Trails, which was scenic and just beautiful. Then we got to the Stockyards in time to watch the cattle walk! It doesnt end there, we had an amazing bbq lunch and then back to downtown FW. Our tour even gave us time to video during the ride! It was the highlight of our trip here and definitely do not miss this lovely family owned business! They really take of you!

My wife and I (65 and 55) had a wonderful 2 hour ride through the charming and historic Southside of Ft. Worth on our first electric bike experience. The bikes are well made and comfortable, and the silent electric motors take (nearly) all the work out of riding, so you can just enjoy the scenery. Very highly recommended!

A MUST DO in FT WORTH!What a blast we had for my sons 20th birthday - all thanks to Pedego Fort Worth! We explored Magnolia Avenue, the Trinity River Trail, and downtown. We stopped along the way at Woodshed and Velvet Taco and Trailhead, and didnt have to worry about the bikes thanks to Pedegos bike locks. My moms little Schnauzer was riding like a queen in the bike trailer (with her ears blowing back). Pedegos cell phone holders made following navigation a breeze. Their first-aid kit helped with getting a bandaid on my moms minor scratch. The cruisers throttle added excitement for my son and added confidence for my 72-year-old mom. Vickis meeting us for start and stop gave us that VIP feel. And her warm exuberance just added more joy to the whole experience. Thank you so much, Vicki and Pedego Fort Worth! Were definitely coming back for this MUST DO excursion!

My husband and I love Pedego of Fort Worth!! From the minute we walked in we were greeted with friendly faces, specifically Vicki Peden and later her husband. She introduced us to the bikes and showed us around the store. She put up with our thousand questions and let us call and come back while we were deciding weather to invest in the bikes. Of course we did!!! My husband and I are both very active but we have never been bike riders. However, it is so much fun riding these electric bikes. We took them camping and what a treat to ride all over the state park on our electric bikes. The support you receive from Vickie and her husband is phenomenal. They take special care to show the bikes by appointment only so they can wipe them down between patrons. It is easy to make an appointment. We did it on line. I never had ridden an ebike so before I purchased one I wanted to try one. Vicki was fantastic! I was a little apprehensive at first but she enthusiastically explained the features and gave me the courage to try a Pedego! I decided to purchase and can hardly wait to hit the trails! After being bombarded with advertisements of different brands that you can purch and have shipped, I decided to buy from a local dealer that can repair if I have the need...

While waiting for the Latch to come in we visited the shop and took our first ride on an electric bike. We are hooked. Enjoyed a great tour of the shop and checked out several other models. Owners are very knowledgeable about the Pedego brand and answered a long list of questions for us. Can’t wait to become a Pedego owner.

We were in the area visiting and wanted to take a look around. So glad we found Pedego Bikes. We booked the 3 hr guided tour/barbecue and we all had the best time! The bikes were enjoyable and so easy to ride! Vicki, who is personable, fun and informative, guided us along a very scenic route of historic sites in Fort Worth, including the Water Gardens, JFK tribute, Sundance Square, Trinity Trails, and our favorite the Stockyards and the Longhorn cattle drive through the streets ending with a delicious BBQ lunch at Coopers BBQ. We had beautiful weather and we all agreed afterwards that it was a great activity!

Well worth the time and money.Be sure and bring your GPS and choose bike option.Fort Worth is an excellent place for biking. You have the river the downtown area, or stockyards. Five stars.

We did the Pedego Electric Bikes tour of the Fairmount Historic District in Fort Worth. The guide was super nice, explained how the bikes were operated, and stood as our lead in the tour. These bikes were awesome (as long as you remember to turn them on when you first start out!). Admittedly, I used the throttle most of the time, vs. manually pedaling, because it was so dang fun. I would definitely suggest this for a fun couple of hours in the city!

Great three hour tour. Vicky was an awesome guide. Got to see Ft Worth, the trails and the cattle drive at the Stockyards. The stop at Cooper’s BBQ was a treat (but I still like my Carolina BBQ better 😉). Bonus, it right across from Rahr and Sons brewing.

If it were up to just me, I would have given a one-star review. However, I enjoyed spending time with my family so two-stars it is. We took my parents here for their birthdays and we were all incredibly excited. Upon arriving, the bikes looked very nice and within 10 minutes we were given bikes and ready to roll. The only problem is, we had no knowledge of how to properly use, ride, and navigate the bikes. Within the first 45-minutes, we were broken down on a bridge because one of the seats broke. We called and 15-minutes later, someone came and assisted as WE fixed the broken bike. Seeing as we wasted half an hour, we asked if we could ride longer, we were told we couldn’t because they were unavailable to stay later. Cool. We kept riding and called it a day. However, 15 minutes later, another bike broke down and we couldn’t get the battery to turn back on. We called again and we were talked through and the bike was working again but we had wasted all of this time manually pedaling a super heavy bike. At this time, 30-minutes before we were due back (and us already almost back), we were told we could take an extra 20 minutes for the inconvenience. Upon arriving back at our regular scheduled time, there were no questions asked or customer service offered for all of the issues and time wasted. All-in-all, we wasted $270 to spend an hour (even though we paid for 2 hours) riding bikes we had no idea how to use, in an area we had never been, with no direction or instruction. Very disappointing. You can rent electric bikes in Fort Worth for $8 with a 24-hour time limit. I’d go there before I chose this again anyday.
