My Target Optical associate, Jessica, provided excellent customer service throughout my appointment. Knowing that i would be taken care of by a friendly staff who care about what they do, well as who they help, goes a long way with me. I will definitely be coming here in stead of Costco from now on.

Staff was very pleasant, professional and helpful. The minor repair I needed was done quickly while I waited, and was well done. Will definitely use them again!

One of the best consumer experiences Ive ever had! Shout out to Torri and Seth who were both amazingly helpful to me. I cant thank them enough for helping me with a difficult prescription and situation. Great selection of frames, great prices. Glasses came quickly and were well made. This is an excellent operation!

A big thank you to the Target Optical in Fort Myers. I was vacationing in Florida when one of my contacts ripped in half. I had forgotten to pack an extra pair. I called my Optometrist back home (Chicago) for assistance but they were closing soon for the holiday (New Years) and would not be in the office for a couple of days. I asked them to email me my prescription with the hopes that I could get another pair from an Optometrist in Fort Myers. After calling 6 places for assistance, no one was willing to help unless I purchased 6 months worth of contact lenses. I found the Target Optical online and gave them a call. They were willing to replace/provide me with a new pair of contacts. I was able to pick the contacts up the same day and they did not charge me for them.Excellent customer service which is truly appreciated.Jack Scarpelli

Dr. Lee and Torri are the best! I didnt think it was possible for me to ever wear contacts but they gave me such reassurance and positive encouragement. So much so, that Ive been wearing my contacts everyday and loving my new *perspective*!

Can’t really comment on the service of the Optical Center because I didn’t receive any. Walked in on a Friday around 1:00PM in hopes to set up an eye exam. 2 Female employees were helping other customers when I walked in so I started browsing the glasses. And I kept browsing the glasses....neither one of the employees acknowledged me, no welcome/hello/we’ll be with you in a moment/how can I help you/etc. So after browsing the glasses and trying on at least 10+ pairs while I waited to at least be acknowledged I left.Went to my car and looked up other eye doctors in the area, gave them a call and got an appointment for the same day. Here’s the shocker, when I walked in for my appointment at Johnson Eyecare and both women at the desk were with other clients, they at least welcomed me and acknowledged I walked in the door. So if you want a friendly and professional eye doctor, go down the street to Johnson Eyecare!

My husband has been going here for 4 years now so I booked my first eye appt. with them a couple of months ago and will continue going here. Tori, at the front desk, is absolutely wonderful! You can tell shes someone who really enjoys her job and gives it 100%. You actually get a REAL phone call from an actual person here to remind you of your appt. and any follow up!
