Wow! Professional, amazing, friendly, helpful…just a few qualities of the staff at LensCrafter Edison Mall. I walked into basically see if someone had a magic wand. I had ordered new frames online and one of the screws were striped so I was unable to put my prescription lenses in the frames. I had taken the frames to other optical shops and they were unsuccessful in removing the screw. I was shopping at the mall and when I came in, Alina the Store Manager pleasantly greeted me and immediately jumped into action. She gave the glasses to Trey the Lab Manager and he immediately took care of my problem. I hardly waited 5 minutes. Success! I can’t be more pleased!!! Thank you!!! You have a customer for life!

Ellen, the licensed optician, was wonderful! She spent a lot of time with us, gave feedback when we asked her for it, brought us different styles, was very positive and helpful and affirming! She deserves a raise!!! We loved our experience and our new glasses!

I went to get an eye exam and glasses. The Dr and staff were so nice and helpful. Any questions I had they were quick to answer. They had a great selection of frames to choose from. And they were very clean. I LOVE my new glasses and they help me so much. I never realized what I couldnt see until I started wearing them. They were so fast getting them ready for me i left the same day wearing them. Definitely would recommend.

Went to the LensCrafters Edison mall location to purchase new bifocals. The retail team greeted me right away and were very professional, and attentive to my needs. Saw Dr Dunn there who did a thorough eye exam, and wrote my prescription for my glasses. Picked out frames with the retail staff who were patient and very professional. The glasses were finished in a short period of time and have fit my eyes perfectly, and I can see so much better now! I had an amazing experience at LensCrafters Edison Mall! The employees were accommodating and friendly, Alina and her crew took great care of me! It had been quite some time (4years) since I’d had the appropriate prescription for my glasses and I wanted a style a shape that really complimented who I am. They took the time to help me decide what looked good on me and they had the patience to deal with my indecisiveness. When I received my glasses I was told that my prescription was too strong for a companies signature lenses so… they upgraded me at no cost! All in all amazing experience I will be referring all of my friends and working with LensCrafters for all of my optical needs!

I came in for an adjustment. Service was excellent. Staff was very helpful and showed me ways to keep my glasses clean due to oily skin. I also purchased the Zero fog (my glasses stay fogged up while wearing the mask). I am very pleased.

Last three times I’ve been there I only had bad experiences. First, my wife took some glasses to adjust and they broke the glasses and said there’s nothing they can do about it. Second, nobody acknowledges when new customers enter the store ir at least let you know to put your name in a waiting list, they just keep working in whatever they’re doing. And third time, they text me my glasses are ready so I ask to leave early from work, when I get there they said it was a mistake they’re not actually ready and it might take up to 14 days. I’m DONE with them. Never coming back.

Amazing service, I walking in with a pair of Serengeti sunglasses that a lens had popped out of a they took the time to loosen the frame and put th glass lens back in. This was done meticulously and in no time, then they went in to fit my glasses in my face even better!! You cannot ask for service like this to be any better!!! I offered to pay and was told there was no charge… Omgosh, I was stunned:):)

I’ve been getting glasses and contacts at this location for a couple years now. Most recently, I received help from Kerri who was so attentive and helpful picking out new frames. I felt bad trying on so many frames for them to put back, but Kerri reassured me that it was totally ok and that she wanted me find the perfect frames.

Dr. Buck was fantastic, he is very personable while taking his time and explaining everything regarding my eye care to me. The staff in Lens Crafters were all extremely helpful. It was a pleasure working them all!

Went in for my anual eye exam and was pleased with the overall customer service at this location. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Dunn was relatable and easy to talk to. I felt heard and seen. Lol. The selection of frames is by far the best I’ve ever encountered.

Friday at 5pm my daughter suffered a traumatic eye injury at school. Dr. Sanchez waited past his shift to make sure she was seen and cared for her immediately as we arrived. The care we received at lenscrafters was above and beyond anything we could have ever asked. The follow up appointments were smooth and on time. We will definetly be using him for all of our eye needs!!!

Sarah was awesome, very personable and made the experience painless. It was late so I didnt get my glasses right away, but I did get a text an hour later saying they were ready. That was fast! Great experience!

Horrible eye doctor. My daughter said she couldnt see, and she said thats 20/20, x is close to a z. Rushed us out saying we could come back if they didnt work. Paid 80 for an exam and didnt even get a case or lens solution. NEVER going back.

Over 45 minutes wait to order glasses, with only two customers in front. Three customer service representative working and although I understand the power of good customer service it honestly didnt go through. Due to covid one of the reps stopped seeing clients and took over 20 minutes to sanitize everything. HIRE SOMEONE to do that or read the room, there are only two customers waiting myself included, because the third person walked out, and nobody browsing the frames.. FINISH with the customers that have been waiting by now, ONE FULL HOUR. Its amazing, I even had time to write this whole thing while WAITING!!!!

When I called I was told they were stuck in Texas!!?I am livid! My glasses were cancelled by the computer and NO ONE knows why? WhyCan ANYONE possibly explain to me WHY no one told me! Ive called before! AND instead of having me in so we could change the order, no...they resubmitted it with no changes...so this computer which no one knows why it cancelled my order and no one can do anything to stop the computer is making decisions on its own.The communication is horrific! Please please please will SOMEONE tell me why? And/or when I will get my glasses!They required me to pay in full!Im very upset with your not knowing!!!! I worked retail for years. This wasnt allowed! Why arent you told the whys so customers can change their decision and etcIm a nice person and this is not fair!!!!I asked for a call back. I went recently to get some of my glasses readjusted and was greeted by Lester who fixed everything for me and my husband in less than 15 minutes and he did it with a smile. I love this place. They can get your glasses to you same day. Theyre always extremely helpful and kind. My son got his first pair of glasses and was so excited. They had them ready an hour later and the service was great. She even let us see what his vision looked like without the glasses and what it would look like with lens correction on their machine. It was very neat. I definitely recommend this place!

LensCrafters, Edison Mall, Fort Myers, FL has the worst customer service. Very unprofessional. After an hour drive, I found out that I got booted out of my scheduled appointment and the staff lied to my face. They refused to provide corporate’s number, but I don’t give up easily. Once I reached corporate, LensCrafters’ manager and staff tried to turn around how things transpired to their benefit and won’t held themselves accountable. Will give zero stars if I could. I was a long term customer at this location. How disappointing!

This is the first place to actually get my glasses right. I had a great experience from the welcome, to the fitting, to the see you back soon. They help you pick a frame that looks good with your face shape and help you look stylish (I need all the help I can get!) They have these amazing fancy machines that show you what the glasses will look like your face and the newest machines to do your exam. Thats doesnt mean they exclude the human touch. At the very end, an actual person fitted my glasses perfectly on my face. And after my exam, I got my glasses in literally 15 minutes. I will go back.

Went there on a Sunday in a dire situation needing a whole new set of glasses. We drove an hour anda half to this location because they were the only lab that could make my sons glasses with his particular prescription. The assistant manager and his staff were so helpful and courteous. I was so thankful they were able to help us in our emergency.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Worst customer service EVER! (On the sales side) Dr, and Drs receptionist was great. Unfortunately I wish I would have taken my prescription elsewhere after getting it and purchased my frames somewhere else. 12 days still no glasses, still no answers. Everyday when I call, they say the same thing. We dont know why they arent in yet. It says they will be here tomorrow. We will call you tomorrow and let you know if they have arrived. Tomorrow comes, NO CALL, I call them, they act like they have no clue about my situation, no notes left from all of my other calls? Lenses are still not in and theres no notes on why. But rest assured we will find out and give you a call back..... STILL WAITING! After charging my insurance $1,400.00, and charging me my share of $500.00. Save your self the time and aggravation. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I almost did not go to this store last week due to the bad reviews but I thought I would just stop in and see what new styles were in the shop. By the time I left, I had purchased a pair of progressive glasses and sunglasses. My optician took hours to try on and photograph me in various styles and was very helpful to me in choosing the perfect pairs, as I described what I wanted. I do not believe other reviewers really went to the same store because my experience was a perfect 5!

This place should shut the doors. Customer service is the worst I have ever seen. I have been going there for ten years. After today it will be my last time. The people there could care less about helping you or doing something to resolve a problem. Good by lens Crafters Im moving on

Ive never been so disappointed in my life! I prepaid for contacts almost a year ago! They said they would take up to 2 months because they had to be specially made. After me calling to check the status and them telling me they werent in yet I finally went into the store to find out they never even ordered them! They wouldnt give me a refund but assured me they would be ordered. Its been almost 7 months of them telling me the same thing as before. Every single time I call they say they will call me back on the status and never do. Im about to go back into the store. I would never recommend anyone go here. Ive had the same trial contacts in my eyes for months and my eyes are on fire. There solution was that I should buy a new pair of glasses! I have never dealt with such awful service from any company in my life. I just want a refund and to take my business somewhere else!

My husband and I used this company but he is seasonal! They gave a faulty prescription and said he needed to get used to them! But he did not get Used to them!!! They will not honor retesting and correcting! So sad but we will go elsewhere the next time! Lesson learned.

Ive never been treated so rudely just for asking a simple question..! I was asked to have a seat and they would help me out after they said they couldnt do what they originally said they could. I simply asked if there was an alternative plan, the male rep said, I wasnt here that day, I wasnt your sales rep and I wasnt the one who told you we could so just have a seat!I picked up my glasses and told him with that attitude youre probably just going to charge double. I figured you spend a grand there, mind you is a rip-off already, youd be treated with some respect..For now Id rather live with their mistake and never go back. Theyve just lost a customer and if anyone ask, will not receive a positive response.

Deceptive Practices

Everything they say, everytime you go, is a lie. 2 weeks ago Lester told me that with the insurance I can exchange my glasses for any other pair as long as its equal or greater value. Just left after dealing with the Assistant Manager and he said I can only get the same frames and it comes to $50. The insurance was initially $35 and my frames retailed at $223. You mean to tell me I have to spend a third of my initial purchase amount on a replacement plan with your insurance? We offer insurance on 10,000 dollar diamonds which comes with your purchase at my jewelry store and if they EVER fall out of their mounting they are replaced for free. $10,000!!! Long story short. Stay far far away from this company and their tricks.

Omg! David was such pleasure to work with. Patient, courteous, willful, knowledgeable and above all very nice. He is the best to work with! The Dr. Was great too! I got a different prescription that I had from other doctors for years. Love this place.

If you’re an opticianry student don’t even consider this place to help you out with your lab classes , a lot of these classes you have to use a lab to fill assignments and in my area my school doesn’t provide me with one they expect me to go to an optical with a lab . I’m not mad that they never contacted me back I’m mad at the fact that it was a yes or no question I could have checked somewherelse . I know people are busy but I don’t think that takes too much time to answer a simple question . I even thought about checking the glasses there but I won’t be going there for anything .

Ive never had a bad experiance with Lenscrafters and Ive been a customer for years. This year I bought contacts and new glasses and was happy with my purchase but 2 months in using my glasses and they were peeling. I was upset because I got defective lens. So I went back to the store to get new ones. In the end I not only did not get new lens they wanted to charge me (about) $200 plus tax for a new pair and stated if I would have gotten the protection it would have been free. I was shocked how they treated a customer whos been faithful to them for years.. Not going back ever..

I have had numerous issues with my glasses over the years since I moved down in 09, and the staff has always treated me fair and even fixed my problems at no cost to me numerous times! A little bit of kindness goes a long way, I will definitely continue to be a shopper.

LoosersIt took 2 weeks to get my Oakleys, they never called, had to keep going by. They didnt even offer to adjust them and tried to tell me I didnt get a case ($600+ and they dont come with a case?) I couldnt even make it past the appointment call!! The man who answered was very unprofessional and down right rude! Caring on with coworkers on how they are not trained laughing loudly in my ear about how they dont know how to bill my insurance and lecturing me on how I should always have 2 pairs of glasses for my son! First time wearing contacts, I had trouble putting them in all, I could hear were sighs of annoyance. If you dont have patience for your customers, especially the ones who are new to contacts, then find a new job. Not coming back

Absolute worst service ever!!! This has happened multiple times. They do not have enough employees and I am told to wait a half hour just for a simple estimate on lens replacement. The Sales woman could have cared less. Also, the frames are Chinese made garbage.
