I-Topian is AMAZING and let me tell you why: I have 20+ pairs of glasses and love matching them to my outfits etc. So naturally I wanted a really specific pair of glasses for my wedding and searched EVERYWHERE for months. I went in and asked about the pair (from face-a-face) and she said she would do some research and reach out to other dealers etc. I was looking at doing an alternative pair but SHE FOUND THE EXACT PAIR I WANTED in less than 2 weeks! I can’t recommend this place enough, this wasn’t the first time I’ve been in, and of course it won’t be the last - if you love glasses and want to look special I-Topian has it! Thank you for making my special day that much more special!!!

I just received my Maui Jim sunglasses from Itopian Optical. I have a strong RX, sunglass companieswill NOT fill my RX. I was in Ft. Myers recently, made an appointment with the on site optometrist, Dr. Reyes. He’s a perfectionist, took his time, I wasn’t rushed, he got me the best RX possible. Kelly took measurements and Craig worked his magic with the lenses. I’ve purchased multiple frames and lensesfrom the folks at Itopian Optical, their quality and service is out of this world. I’ve done business with them in person and thru the mail. Either way, the results are always perfect. I have never had a better or more professional experience at an eyeglass center. Kelly and Tonya are awesome. As an out of towner this is the place to go for eye care. The selection is through the roof. Also, the personalized experience they provide should be an example of what customer service SHOULD look like. They helped me find some seriously cool frames. I just wanted to write this review of the Lensync Max Middle progressive lens from an experienced wearer of progressive lenses and someone familiar with the optical business. Progressive lens design is somewhat of an art. If you are not satisfied with your progressives, keep trying till you find the best that suits you. I’ve been through almost 3 pairs this year until I found the Max Middle. I told Craig my dissatisfaction with the Shamir and Unity lenses not being usable for computers and daily street use. He told me to try his Max Middle, and I’ll never go back to any other. For street use they are the clearest. For computer work, I never have to adjust or twist my head back to find the sweet spot. Craig’s design seems to be the new winner in contemporary progressive lens design.

If you need glasses or sunglasses this is the only place in town to go. They helped me pick out the perfect frames to fit my lifestyle as well as ground my prescription in 2 pairs of sunglasses. The customer service and turn around time was exceptional. Thanks again.

I had read flattering articles about I-Topian and knew that the owners support a lot of charitable causes, but I was concerned that an average person like me would not find something at this fancy optical. This is what I found:F - Frame selection is fun and amazing. Works of art, really.A - Advanced lens technology, design, and high quality material.N - No other optical has such a relaxed atmosphere (or a standard poodle as an ambassador. People stop in just to say hi to Amos).C - Capable opticians that can help you select or design the ideal framesand lenses for your prescription and lifestyle. I-Topian raises the baron high standards!Y - You will leave (and look great doing so) with the best possible vision.So yeah, now I like fancy!

Disappointing to say. I have dealt with Craig for years and have spent several thousands of dollars with him. When I called them, they said that manufacture no longer exists. I bought a spare parts pair. I sent a pair of glasses, along with the spare pair I bought to use for parts, to get repaired by them. They refused to even do it. Tonya was rude, laughed when she said we can do it but do you want to have one white earpiece (temple piece) and one black. I asked Craig to call, he basically had no interest and had numerous reasons as to why he didn’t want to do it but he could discard them if I wanted him to. Rather than spending $100 (just a guess) he said he would sell me another set for $1,500. I asked them to send both pairs back to me, well, almost, they didn’t send all parts, but luckily I could use the other pair, mind you spare parts, to fix my pair of glasses. So disappointing and Tonya, she needs to go to school for customer service and Craig understandable, he’s from NE. One more thing, they would not return unless I paid them $15, even though it cost me $4.95 to send to them. I fixed my glasses myself. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!Update. I never spoke to Craig, he would call when I was unavailable, I did ask for a call while I was available. I never said I didn’t have the funds. I simply was quiet when Tanya was rude. I simply did not feel right giving them a credit card, you know identity theft is rampid. The real trueth is, I do not live in Florida anymore and he doesn’t see me as a repeat customer. Shame on you! When I bought mine and my husbands glasses, not 8 years ago, Craig even bought us lunch. Just look there is an increased in disturbing trends, could be someone else has troubles with funds!!

I was custom fitted for sunglasses by Kelly and I cannot say enough about my experience. I now have the proper shape and fit for my face. I am loving my new Blake Kuwaharas! Thank you itopian optical for the excellent service the best selection Ive ever seen.

Wonderful overall experience! Exceeded all expectations. Very personable and professional. Was able to reuse existing expensive frames when all other opticians said it was not possible. Promised delivery date was actually exceeded by a day. Cant say enough positive about I-Topian.

Buyer Beware. I have been a customer of I-Topian for many years and was disappointed that they dont stand by their products like they used to. They made a mistake on my prescription and said they would take care of it when I returned for a new prescription, but they did not honor that agreement. They charged me for the eye test and lenses twice, even though the mistake was initially theirs. Shockingly, the second prescription was also wrong, but when I went to discuss a solution with them I was told the glasses were fine when you left the store! I found the exchange unprofessional and uncomfortable, so I left. Yes, I tried the glasses on briefly and they seemed okay, but I did not wear them home. Once I started wearing them it was apparent that something was wrong because I couldnt see clearly and was getting dizzy. My eye surgeon checked the lenses and said they were way too strong. I now how an incredibly expensive pair of glasses sitting useless in a dresser drawer, so please be mindful of their questionable business practices. In my experience, they will bend over backwards to accommodate you unless it effects their bottom line. Too bad, I used to sing their praises.

I want to start by saying that I dont like to give bad reviews, but since I also work in customer service it’s important for customers to know from other customers about their business. When I called to set up my appointment I was told a price for my eye exam then when it came time to pay the price was higher than what I was quoted! Tonya was pushing me to buy glasses that I didn’t like plus I was in a hurry to go to work and when I said I wasn’t ready to buy that day she made a condescending comment about how old and dated my current glasses were. When I went to pick up my contact samples they couldn’t answer simple questions about those samples they kept referring me to the Dr.Reyes’s office which I was lead to believe where I had my exam was the dr. office. Also Tonya refused to give me the original prescription instead she gave me an illegible copy. Tonya and the other lady at the front desk have a very bad attitude, they don’t have patience at all. Tonya acts like she doesn’t understand you especially if you have an accent. To all people that need eye exams please don’t go to this office you will get treated poorly AND yes I told them to their faces about how bad their customer service is and Tonya basically just laughed. I hope you guys will call me with an apology and give me my original prescription for glasses and contact lenses, because that’s what I paid for.

If youre looking for exceptional products, then this is the place to go. I have been wearing glasses for almost 20 years and never had pair that fit my face in the style that I liked. The only thing that is better than their products is their customer service.

Purchased an expensive set of lenses from this company. This was my second set of lenses for a Lindberg frame purchased from them as well.My optometrist was questioning the rendition of his prescription. I went to I-Totian for help but was received terribly. I left quietly but then got a call from Greg who was very rude on the phone accusing me of attempting to obtain information on their trade secrets. He even stated that notes were entered on my file that I always complained about their price. The bridge of the frame supposedly made of Titanium broke and cost $200 to replace. I was warned that I-topian was not courteous to their customers. I dont recommend this store to anyone. They do not deserve a star even.

Not only have I always received great service, but the styles,visual acuity, and variety of (seemingly invisible) Lindberg framesoffered are amazing! I receive so many compliments on my frames, especially since I modeled a pair of Maybach sunglass frames (which I HAD TO PURCHASE SINCE SO MANY PEOPLE SAW THE ADVERTISEMENT PROMOTING THEM!). People said I looked like a fashion model! Who doesnt;t appreciate getting compliments?
