I did not buy a car from here but I pulled in to their lot because I got a flat tire. The staff was so nice and helped me manually change my tire. I forgot to ask forthe gentlemans name (sorry!) But I am so appreciative of your help!! Thanks a million

GREAT EXPERIENCE! IF you do your homework first, these guys will help you out!!! I knew what car I wanted, the fair price, what my trade in was worth and what my payment and APR should be prior to walking in. I laid it all out and they gave me what I wanted, no back and forth. Bought a car this same year thought everything was okay with until I took it to the cars dealership for service and told me it had something wrong. Tried to call Joe the manager but instead got Carl, he was no help and just said “there’s probably nothing we can do but I’ll pass the message to Joe”. I never got a call back from Joe and it’s already been a week, even asked them if there was anything wrong with the car before I bought it even if it was something small wrong I just wanted to know.Would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible service would never recommend this place to anyone I know after this.Update: still have not heard anything from Joe after a few weeks. Still waiting

Went to look at a sonata for $9,000 opened the door to take on a test drive and couldn’t help but noticed a bunch of dead cockroaches right in the open on both driver and passenger floor. I was so grossed out and turned off. Not to mention i had an appointment to see this particular car so one would think they would look it over beforehand but ....

Bill the salesman was great but his boss the old fat white guy was very rude and lied to my face thinking i dont know anything about cars. Other then that they offered me 7500 dollars less for my trade in then any other dealership and had there cars way over priced. Be smart and find out the real value of the car before over paying.

I just bought a car from them, got excellent service from both Carl and Joe. I will recommend this place to everyone I know when they are purchasing a vehicle. They were not pushy at all, unlike in some other places.

Had a great experience with this business. JW was very kind and understanding with my wifes indecisiveness. I had on hand the Kelly BlueBook values to compair the sale prices and found all vehicles we looked at were in the fair price range. Who could ask for anything more from a used car dealer. I would highly recommend you to stop in and see JW for your next car purchase. Id like to also mention the finance manager Chris as well. He did an excellent job in explaining all the charges....which were fair as well. I did all my homework on purchasing a used vehicle and what to expect from car dealers. Galloway Direct is a fair and honest dealer.

Finance manager was really good . I was satisfied until I just saw them selling my trade in for $3500 more.. WTH..cant believe I got screwed like that

The salesman I dealt with lied about known defects associated with the car. Also, the car manufacturer no longer uses the term recall for car defects. Field service actions or bulletins was what they now call known defects in their product. Makes it easier for salespeople to lie about problems with their cars. Manufacturer (Ford) sucks for playing with terms. The dealer also offered their version of a Carfax called Truecar. It mentioned no recalls as well. No more Fords, no more GMs.

We went monday, 21st of March to the lot of Galloway Direct to buy a used Truck. We informed us before on the website of Galloway Direct and choosed 3 trucks to look at. At the lot a unpleasent Salesman came and asked if he can help us. We told him we are looking for a Truck under $ 20000 and we saw already 3 on the website we are interested in. He told us immediately that there are no Trucks under $ 20000, like telling us, what you like there, you like a Truck for under $ 20000 - hahaha. We asked the prices for a few Trucks standing there and he did not know any of them. We then asked him where the Trucks from the website are and he mentioned, he had to go online to look at the ads. Inside then looking at the same website we already looked, he told us, two of the Trucks were already sold and the third one is still not for sale, it is still in the back for inspection. Our question why this Truck is then on the website ready for showing he did not answer and walked away without ssaying another word to us. He let us stand and we walked away. We never ever will go for used carshopping to Galloway Direct. The Salesman has treated us condescending, arrogant and above all without knowledge of his inventory and with the view: what are you doing here, we do not have Trucks under $ 20000.

I bought a Nissan Titan from them a few months ago and have several problems with it. The biggest issue has been an airbag issue that they refused to fix! As Im driving home from the dealership the airbag light comes on and hasnt went off since. I finally took it to Nissan and they said its a bad part! I hate that Galloway direct sold me a vehicle with a faulty airbag.

Drove an hour to look at trucks, got there and was told one of the vehicles HAD no a.c. and a flat tire and the others had no oil pressure at idle- would have been nice to know before I drove there-
