Kevin L. Was the best car sales person I have ever dealt with. I have worked with many dealerships and many people but Kevin L. Makes it impossible to walk out without a car with his genuine concern for your budget and what is in your price range and how thorough he was explaining everything.I then had the pleasure of working with Carlos he was very helpful in getting me what I needed and not pushing me to get into something I did not want. He was great at explaining everything pertaining to the warranties and all that I was getting with the car in terms of service. Honestly I will be raving about Toyota where ever I can and these 2 kind individuals!

I was rejected in a couple of dealerships in my area or saying that I was approved with a high down payment. I came to Auto Nation Toyota and there I met Bernard and Julian. I explained them my situation and they went at it. They worked so diligently on my difficult case and after a while they got me a sweet ride, the ride I wanted with half of the down payment asked before in another dealership and a monthly payment I can afford and no co-signer. I cannot say thank you enough to make my ride come true.

Gillian went above and beyond to replace the specific correct battery needed for my 2017 Toyota Highlander. Her persistence to make right, what Arlington Toyota admittedly would not, was exceptional customer service. In 10 days Miss Carter was able to rectify the situation that may have otherwise taken a couple of months. My sincerest appreciation for Gillian’s amazing skills to display her dedication. An excellent example of an employee who should be carbon copied to represent Toyota.

They were Short staffed to begin with. Tech ripped my tire on the lift. He wasn’t going to say anything when I was ready to pull out until I brought it up to the service rep who asked him about it. The manager was brought out and told me a new tire was ordered, there was no leak, and I can drive home on the current tire, to come back in the morning, as a new tire was ordered. I only went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They did replace the tire they ripped, the following day. They replaced the tire and it should have been placed in the back. I’m not sure how well they balanced it, but the car vibrates at about 50-55mph. This service center is about 50 minutes from home and I’m not sure I want to deal with this kind of disappointment anymore. The tire sensor is broken. They told me to keep driving and the tire sensor light would go off, and if it didn’t, the sensor would be $200 each. When I left, the passenger headlight was out, and they claimed it was working when I came in, because they checked the cameras from the day before. If it was working when I drove in, and not working when I left, isn’t that suspicious? I still had to pay for a headlight. My car was in perfect working order when I drove it in as a pre-work order inspection would have shown. My service rep was very nice and I think things were beyond her control as they were down several techs that day.Per the response below, I have called the General Manager twice in a week and have yet to receive even a courtesy call back.

Good luck trying to get the parts department on the phone here! They never answer the phone or if they do they’ll put on hold in a rude manner then let you sit on hold until you hang up! One time I walked in after being on hold so long and parts people were sitting there conversing with a sales person putting people on hold & continuing their conversation!!!

I was a walk-in. I purchased my car from them so I wanted to go and get all of my services done there too. They’re super friendly, and even though they were busy they still took me. They told me I’d wait about an hour and they were accurate. Everyone was professional and super nice. The inside lobby is comfortable too for what it is. I highly recommend.

I have spent a lot of time searching for the right vehicle, and was finally able to find a dealership who actually made an effort to listen and reply to my requests with useful information. Something so simple was the key to getting me into a great 2021 Highlander!This has been the easiest and by far the best experience we have had buying a vehicle, and the way AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers interacts with customers is top notch. It was a simple process and they had everyone doing what needed to be done. I was physically present at their location for less than two hours, and in that time, did everything start to finish to include looking at the vehicle and driving it off the lot. No joke!From the start, their excellent communication completely blew the other dealers away. I had been in touch with at least 10 other dealerships in search of the right price/options from Tampa to Miami, and even up in Orlando. The Team here was straightforward, showed me a great price, and followed up quickly. Not even one of the other dealers came close to that.Much thanks to Eric, Raymond, and Kurt, you guys were very professional and handled everything quickly! Nick was absolutely amazing. The only issue I had was that it took 5 weeks for the parts to come in but that is to be expected right now with everything going on. Nick was on it as soon as they came in and made sure the repair was done that same day. I was very pleased to get my car back and running perfectly.

I know dealers are usually tough to work with, but I’ve been there a dozen times with multiple vehicles and it’s been a pleasant and professional experience every single time! I ordered a Limited Toyota Sienna hybrid on 4/30/21, and surprise, surprise, they located the exact Sienna I was looking for and on 5/5/21, it was delivered, and ready for me !!!! I have driven it now for 4 days, and I am loving every minute of it! There are some changes,I dont need DVDs for the rear entertainment system, just an HDMI cable!!! My grandkids love Grammys car, I bring the drinks and snacks, and they watch a great movie, downloaded to my phone!!! This car has everything, you kick to open the doors, the drivers seat goes into place, when you start the car, the old stick shift is back, and a center console with 4 drink holders, 18 in all, as well as a phone charger and phone holders too!!Thank you Autonation Fort Myers for a great experience, and my salesmen Joey Sanjuan, and his boss Bob Feola did a great job....they found me exactly what I was looking for!!! I dont know how I am going to ever give this car up in 3 years!!!!

I have purchased many new Toyotas over the years. This dealership has become my new favorite. When nobody else would or could find the very specific vehicle that I wanted Kris Temkin went the extra mile. He is extremely knowledgeable on Toyotas and spent hours working with us to find a very hard to find truck combination. We visited two other dealerships who were not willing to take the time. They all wanted me to buy what they had on their lot.kris said come on in and well find it.... and he did just that. This is my new Toyota dealership. I just recently purchased a used 2014 Toyota Venza from the used Toyota dealership on Fowler St. on 10/6/2021. Unfortunately 3 days later my check engine light came on. That following Saturday I took it back to the dealership & they instructed me to go across the street to the Toyota dealership on Colonial to have it serviced & put on the machine to diagnose the problem. I did, I didnt know it gets real busy on Saturdays so an employee there (I wont mention her name) told me to come back Monday morning. We set up an appointment for 10/11/2021 @ 9AM. I get there & get checked in, so I know have to wait. So around 11 am the employee tells me that its my thermostat that has gone bad, & it needs to be changed. Okay no problem. She tells me about 40 min. Okay. So now 1 oclock rolls around, Im still waiting. So then 2:30 comes, she tells me that there still working on it. By this time Im getting frustrated & tired of waiting. Then 3:30 comes still no update on whats going on or why its taking so long, I flagged down a technician & ask him to check on my vehicle. I give him my information & then 4 oclock comes & they finally give me back my keys. With NO explanation to why it took so long to change a thermostat. When I know its a 30 min job max. My appointment was at 9AM. I understand they didnt know why my check engine light was on, but it doesnt take long to diagnose a problem. & for me to sit there a wait 6 hours for a 30 min job is unacceptable. I have a warranty to get my oil changed & tires rotated, but after my first encounter yesterday I dont even wanna go back at all. & I still havent had the vehicle a week. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

I arrived on Saturday at 12:10 p.m. all I had scheduled was a front end alignment of which I had a coupon for. I had mentioned during my appointment online that I was having some gas mileage issues. That was it. 3 hours later I finally get my car. I was one of the last People left in the waiting room. I dont have that kind of time to waste so next time I need an alignment Or oil change or tire pressure Ill go to Somewhere else

Such a great experience! Went there with my husband and browsed the parking lot. No one came RUNNING up to us so we took our time. As we walked towards the sales office we were greeted by Hunter. He was fantastic. Really took the time to find something that was in our price range and was very accommodating. Let my husband take two cars home with him the next day to show me. Its been a year & a month since I got my new car. I arrived to the dealership (last week) the women there didnt have my name on the list for that day (which wasnt her fault the people that make the list shouldve updated it), but thankfully she figured it out. I forgot the name of woman that took care of me. She did a wonderful job explaining things my cats warranty and didnt even try to sell me anything. During my warranty period I hope I still see her. I feel sketchy when a man at the dealership looks at my car cause they always try to sell stuff to women which isnt right.

I financed a brand new SUV from this location last week. My original experience over 2.5 years ago left me distraught and regretting the vehicle I leased. I did not feel good about how it went. However, I was recently contacted via e-mail about turning in my lease somewhat early due to positive equity in my truck, which I wanted to do--especially because it wasnt a call or multiple messages of bombardment. It seemed like the right time to give AutoNation a second chance. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! Charles (Scott) Hickman was such an easy-going guy and I am so grateful to have met him. I never felt uncomfortable or forced into my sale. There was no back and forth, he respected our privacy when I asked for a minute, and he listened to my needs while trying to get a price that worked for both parties. I left the dealership with a financed vehicle I feel GREAT about at the advertised promotional interest rate. If you feel youre having a bad experience, ask to meet with someone else--Scott has really shown me that there are good people in the business. Thanks a million, Scott!

Communication was not as on point and/or I didn’t appear as much a priority on this large purchase. I was hearing a grinding noise in the right front of my car which is a 2003 Matrix with 170,00 miles. I had AutoNation look at the suspension and under carriage and they found a couple plastic pieces on the liner for the fender. Cut those off and the problem is gone. They checked the suspension and under carriage and said all is good. No charge!! Whew!

Pack your patience if you come here for a routine maintenance visit. It took 2.5 hours for the oil change and rotation. They were very busy with folks heading out on road trips and such. Pleasant, helpful service writer. Good coffee in the waiting area. Lots of outside benches and tables. Comfy chairs inside. When I picked up the car to head home, I saw that one of my hubcaps had not been completely seated so they immediately got a service tech to come out and care for it. I also did notice on the car a small ding/scratch that I KNEW was not there before we came, but after almost three hours there we decided just to head home and care for it later.

I was extremely disappointed with the service department because they called ME to set up my first annual visit for routine maintenance. I asked for an early time so there wasn’t a long delay in their customers. I was told people with appointments get preference, but after checking in, I was promised car would be done in an hour, but after 1,5 hours my car still hadn’t even been checked yet, and waiting room was filled with people! Was two hours for something that really only took ten minutes for them to perform.

Service provided was fine, The only issue that I had was my appointment time was at 1:10 pm, finished with the Service Adviser at 1:35. The car didn’t go in to be serviced until after 2:00 pm, and was completed at 3:30. I feel that if you have an appointment it should be completed within a reasonable flat rate time. Time is valuable for you as well as me.

My visit was expected to take 60-90 minutes for my first 5,000 milecheck and a reduction in tire pressure , was 3 hrs!My contact for the appointment left for the day and did not handme off to another, no supervisor to ask questions. I was surprisedas my keys were finally handed to me...your tire was replaced, I knownothing about your car, youll receive your paperwork in the mail.I went into the dealer the next day for extensive details and explanationsince I received none! That was 2.5 weeks ago and still have not receivedmy papers from my visit. Total disconnect on Customer service!!!!!!!

My service rep is not very welcoming this morning. Not friendly or happy, not even a smile. I came in for a nail in my tire. Either to be patched or tire replaced. She told me it would be 1 - 1.5 hrs, okay fine. I’ve been waiting over 2 hours already. I went to check with her and she said “They are patching it now.” I truly wonder what they’ve done from the time they took my car back, until now — To patch a tire?! Service is always slow here and they all tell you the same ETA, which is never met. I’ve been coming here for years, but somethings’ gotta give guys!!

Every time I go for a maintenance check up I’m waiting in the lobby for 4 hours (no exaggeration) with scheduled appointments. The staff was not welcoming as if they did not want to work on my car, they tried to pass me off to other team members, and they we simply unprofessional.The service department does not care about its customers, I advise going elsewhere.Then I was given a number to call to speak with the general manager. It was to the main customer service line. The rep transferred me to the general managers voicemail, I left a message, and never heard back from him again. Very. Poor treatment with this service department

Honestly the worst interaction with a dealer I have ever had. Its assumed that going to a dealer means that you have to accept a certain amount of greasy behavior, but the actions of the staff and their unwillingness to correctly address after sale concerns, means that I do not recommend.

1 star because of the “service department” whatever you do try your best not to deal with Gregory. I had an appointment on Saturday to get my Yukon serviced. Had to take my busiest day of work off so I Could drive all the way from Sarasota I knew I was going to have to drop my vehicle off because it would take hours so I had to pay somebody $75 to follow me out there so I could get back. I get there they tell me sorry we are overbooked. Gregory says I’m so sorry come back on Tuesday and I will give you a rental so sorry for the inconvenience. Today “Tuesday” I go back to drop my car off. Gregory again tells me I’m sorry we don’t have rental cars available right now. Again I take another day off work to come all the way down to Fort Myers to AutoNation for a wasted trip again. He says would you like me to make a reservation for another day so you can have a rental car and get your car worked on? Obviously reservations don’t mean anything when you book through Gregory. Instead of calling or Sending an email to let me know they let me just come all the way out here again.

Bob, the Service Manager, rescued an otherwise disappointing interaction with AutoNation Toyota of Fort Myers. After calling several times for a week to discuss why my 2021 Camry Hybrid was leaving a footprint sized oil spot in my garage every night and not receiving a call-back, I went to the dealership without an appointment. Bob told me it would be a two-hour wait, which is how long it took. When he met with me after the tech finished he was professional and thorough with his explanation. No problem was found and it is possible that it was just over-filled and told me to keep an eye on it. I hope that is all.

I made a 7:15am appointment so I could try to get in & out as quickly as possible, & requested this, as I am a college professor & had to be available asap. When I got to the service center at 7:10am, I was greeted courteously. After signing in, I asked the employee how long it would take. He gave me the typical reply of , I have no idea. So I asked who my service rep would be, & he said Sylvester would be in at 8am. I said that is 45 minutes from now...why am I here at 7:15 to be out as early as possible, as I requested, when I have to wait until 8am for my car to be serviced? His reply was I have no idea. I insisted that my car should be serviced now since I was here now. He said hed find someone else to help me. Mark was the service rep & he was fantastic! All went well from there. However, I find it incredibly rude with absolutely zero customer service expertise, to have been treated as I was upon arrival. I researched before I bought my (then) new Tacoma and I compared pricing from Tampa to West Palm Beach. Fort Myers beat everyone & made the transaction process almost effortless. I have been getting my vehicles serviced there for years now and have only once had an issue. My issue was the time it took to do my service, it was way longer than what it should have been. However there was a good reason for it as hurricane Irma was looming in the not to far distance. Most of their technicians had left early to vacate the area or taken off to prepare for the hurricane, being a first responder I had to stay and took for granted that others were leaving the area. I was emailed a questionnaire a week or so later which I filled out. Fort Myers Toyota contacted me within two hours of receiving my questionnaire wanting to make things right. They explained the situation and gave my vehicle a free detailing inside and out for my inconvenience. I was thankful for that as my Tacoma sat out in the hurricane and needed a good detailing. Based on their great pricing and good will I will continue to make all future new vehicle purchases from this dealership. I have had several services since then without any time constraint issues and they have always treated me good. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to pick up a new Toyota.

Waited 4 hours for a oil change and inspection after having a appointment. Never knew an oil change and air filter change to take that long. I will be sure to avoid this place when I need service. I could have done this in 15 minutes in the back yard. For a lot less then what they charged. Sales associate was very nice.

Fix your broken website. Failed to load giving an error message several times after insanely long load times. When it did finally load for new Toyota search, you are missing several key filters to actually find what someone is looking for. For example, the engine filter doesnt list hybrid as an option. So its expected to search through 80+ listings to find a couple hybrids hiding in there somewhere? One of the worst dealership websites Ive ever been on, although they are all pretty bad. Seems most websites are getting worse and taking longer to load/having more issues lately.

If your coming here for parts don’t bother. I got to the counter and the service guy saw me and I probably stood there for 5 mins and he didn’t even bother to acknowledge that I was there until I ask if I can get some help. Horrible customer service. So he ended up leaving and never came back. stood there for another 15 mins until a girl got off her phone with someone she knew and then I was able to get some service. NEVER COMING HERE FOR PARTS AGAIN. if I where anyone just go get them online. Save yourself the trip and hassle.

My experience does NOT DESERVE ANY STARS!Worst experience I have had in all of the years of taking my business to this dealership. Was not given all of the information about my Prius. Had to call and ask. Answer from Service Rep. (Dan Dixon)....Oh, I forgot to tell you. The steering wheel was not straightened after an alignment was performed. Now if I have steering wheel straight, the car travels to the right. Maintenance Required light is showing. Will have to take car back to have it turned off. All tires fill to 35psi. I had to adjust to proper 33psi and 35psi. and the new wiper blades left black residue on the windshield the first time I used them. There were a few other issues that I had during this service visit. Not sure I will be able to trust AutoNation again.While waiting for service, I was disappointed in the manner in which customers were being treated.On Oct.8th, Customer Relations Manager (Elizabeth Souri) e-mailed me about my first evaluation of my service. I called her (an option she gave) on Oct.11th. I am still waiting, eleven days later, on a return call or any contact.Sure doesnt seem to me that AutoNation ....value your business and would like the opportunity to resolve the issue.

I went to AutoNation to get a tire patched/replaced under the roadside hazard program that I have paid for through toyota. I arrived shortly before 10:00 a.m. it was 15 minutes before anybody came to my car to ask if I needed help. When I inquired how long it would take, I was told about an hour. When more than an hour had passed, I finally located the associate who would first helped me. He asked if anyone was helping me. He apparently forgot that he had approached me at first, and had done nothing with my paperwork. When he finally returned, he informed me my tire would need to be replaced and mentioned it was time to replace my cabin air filter. I said sure, figuring they were already working on the car and it wouldnt be that much longer. By the time they finished it was after 1:30 p.m. I have gone after finishing an early morning shift, and was anxious to get home and go to bed. It was not until the next morning when I got into the passenger seat while my boyfriend drove, that I almost sat on it the new air filter, which had had not been installed. I dont have another 3 hours to spend, and it is hard to get the service department on the phone. So Im not sure what the resolution of this will be.

The only thing that raised my experience from miserable to okay was the help of service writer Melissa. She was terrific. The rest of the experience was awful, I believe must be understaffed. To get a service appointment I waited on the phone for an hour, finally left a call back number, and then after never getting a call back for a day, called the sales number, got transferred to a supervisor who got me to the service supervisor, and then I got an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment I waited for 15-20 minutes before I was greeted despite being the only car waiting for anyone. I have gone to this business for years and have always been satisfied. But they must be in a crisis mood because they do not seem to have ample people to handle their jobs.

On July 12 /2021 We made an appointment for an oil change. When we arrived cars were backed up 6 deep. We were told it would take an hour to an hour forty five minutes. After two hours we checked on the statues and found our car had not even made it in the garage yet with 4 more cars in front of us. It took another hour to finish. If you are in need of a three hour oil change this the place for you ! NOT HAPPY

We brought our Rav4 Prime in to have parking sensors added and at the same time ordered a cargo mat. It took 2 hrs to drop off our vehicle and obtain a rental. Ridiculous! We were never contacted when our vehicle was completed. We had to call Auto Nation to find out that it was ready. Once we arrived, they couldnt locate our invoice (another 20 minute wait). We asked about the cargo mat, and no one seemed to know anything about it. So they sent us to the lobby while they checked the status. After 30 min of waiting, we went back to the department and were told it hadnt arrived. Like it took that long to figure it out! Then we were billed for the parking sensors and the cargo mat via email as they never could find our invoice while we were there The whole experience was unprofessional and Auto Nation should be embarrassed for their poor quality customer care!

Excellent service from service tech advisor. Routine maintenance check up was completed in a timely matter. The reason for the 4 Star: at the time of purchase of my 4Runner (March 2020) AutoNation stated that I had a lifetime of auto washing at any AutoNation Dealership and courteous shuttle service. The pandemic virus initially halted these services, but it has been over 1 year and still no auto washing service being performed. You would think AutoNation would give its customer a voucher for a washing at another car wash. This is reflective in the 4 Star Rating.

Make sure you thoroughly read over everything or have someone go with seeing it was my first buy i wish i had someone. Rounding everything the car was about 15000, i gave 6000 for a down-payment and my loan is about 15000 so whatever happened to the 6000 i put down why should i still have so much of a car loan Lisa is beyond excellent just overworked yes they are very quick youll be in and out when you first buy the vehicle but after that they wont do anything I bought a vehicle with problems and they wont of course do anything to help. I did contact them again and physically went in just like they said to on the review i put on here before just for them not to help. If you want to feel confident in your purchase then I would definitely go elsewhere. The gm hasnt helped me at all they make it sound good by responding and thats about it

Marcos provided excellent service when I took my vehicle for maintenance but I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness in the service area. The floors and baseboards were very dirty, the walls had sticky tape all over, and my car was not washed after the service. The area needs maintenance. Other than that the service provided was good.

I bought my vehicle on 5-7-21 on 5-18 my car started to cut off on its own and lights started to come on. I contacted my sales person who advised me to make an appointment the next day and the car should be fine. On 5-20 my car started to cut off every time I would come to a stop sign or red light, I would have to put the car on park and restart it. I called after 5 and was told they could not give me something to drive because Enterprise was closed for the day and no loaners are given out, I explained that I was driving with my kids in the car and apparently the best that could be done was for me to drive the car to them the next day and they will give me a rental. I took time off my job the next day and made it to the service dept. I spoke to the service advisor and showed him the pictures of the messages that were coming on every time my car turned off, he said he had never seen those messages before in a car. I was given a vehicle to drive, which I was very grateful for that. The next morning I received a call from the service advisor informing me that there was a recall on my car and that Jeep had to fix it and that I needed to have my car towed over to them and to please return the rental by 3. I found it odd that I had to have it towed since I only had the car 2 weeks myself and no offer for them to do it was given. I went ahead and had it towed to Jeep and then received a call from them asking why the car was over other, I told them what Toyota had said and they informed me there is no recalls on my car and that I could keep it with them but I would have to pay $160.00 to have it diagnosed since my extended warranty would not kick in till I completed my 30 days of ownership. Again it was now my responsibility to have it towed back to Toyota because wrong information was given. When I got there I spoke to the service advisor and he told me that Jeep was giving me wrong info. The service manager was invited into this situation and he told me to keep the rental and that the vehicle would be looked at on Monday and I would receive a call, if they are not able to work on it then the car would need to go back to Jeep. It is Tuesday and I have not heard anything back. I was a service advisor in the past for a few years, and let me tell you, everything that I have had to deal with would not have been something that we would have made a customer that bought their vehicle in the last 2 weeks go through. This really has been the worst experience that I have ever gone through with the purchase of a car.
