Just moved from Oklahoma and dreaded having to establish a new relationship with a car dealership but the staff at Dixie Buick GMC were great to deal with. They were friendly and knowledgeable and made the buying experience easy. Michael Viau was especially committed to making sure I got exactly what I wanted and kept me updated throughout the ordering and delivery process. I would recommend this dealership and will return here for service and my next purchase.

Purchased a Chevy 2500 express from victory lane Chevy, and since the drive home I noticed a problem with transmission and alignment. Took it back to them with no help , absurd excuses , heated arguments after wast of thousands of dollars. Then a friend recommended me to Wendy at Dixie Buick. What a relief. I will definitely be bringing my future business purchases to Dixie Buick from now on. She new exactly what needed to be done , and got your team on it. Ive bought alot of vehicles and have worked many deals for friends and family, but Ive never come across such a great team at a dealership. Marlos was by far the best salesman Ive worked with. Hell match your sales style and be very transparent with you. I usually hate meeting with sales managers, but the one at this dealership absolutely rocks. Great guys. Highly recommend.

I made an appointment an oil change at 2;00pm. I arrived at 1:50 and got into meeting a service rep at 2:00pm. I was told that with the appointment it would take about an hour or less. I waited a hour and one half and finally went back to the rep and was told it would be a few more minutes and he wrote up the sheet to be taken to the cashier. As I had paid for oil changes when I leased the car they told me I would need to clear this with the rep. He came back saying he had made a mistake as he had confirmed the service was included when we discussed the service. It was then corrected and I picked up my car. In all it took 3 hours from when I left home to return home, an hour longer than I had expected

I was having trouble finding the car I wanted in my home state of Connecticut. I found the car I wanted at Dixie Buick GMC in For Myers. I called the dealership to see if they sold to out-of-state customers. They do. I spoke to a salesman named Michael Viau, and I had a great experience. He told me that the car was still on their lot. He described its condition in perfect detail. He wanted to make sure that I did not make a trip down to Florida only to be disappointed with the car. One week after my original phone call, I flew down to Fort Myers. Michael picked me up in the morning at my hotel, and we finished the deal before noon. I appreciate how I was treated. I brought my 2020 GMC for a recall repair on the new diesel introduced in 2019. Doug Peavey at Dixie Buick went above and beyond on the service of my truck. My truck is a requirement for work and Doug provided me a loaner when needed and kept in constant communication about the status of the parts.Dixie Buick has definitely gained a life long customer due to the professional manner in which Doug handled the repair process on my truck.I plan to come back and purchase my next truck from Dixie.

I purchased a new GMC Sierra AT4 and this was the easiest car purchase ever. I would come back here in a heart beat. We have JOSE FERNANDEZ to thank for making this so easy and effortless.We made the purchase from 3 hours from home and Jose sent us pictures and made us feel comfortable the entire time. He did a great job for us and financing was a quick and easy by the time we came to pick up the truck.Also, all the employees had masks and wore them when they were near you. Dog Peavy agreed to take my sons vehicle for servicing for regular maintenance and to inspect for any safety issues. Peace of mind was a relief when he reported no safety issues at all and preformed the oil change and other maintenance. Given an immediate ride home and all work was was done rapidly and the car was ready for pick up at an incredible 2 hours. So pleased at the affordable charge.

This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership ever! Michael Viau saw me looking at a truck and after going for a test drive with him I instantly could tell he was not trying to push anything on me and there was no pressure to buy. The prices are also very straight forward and easy to understand unlike most dealerships that hit you with a bunch of extra cost. That was not the case here but ultimately when I make my decision to purchase it will largely be do to the professional and friendliness of Michael.

I received a oil change and tire rotation yesterday. The service was very friendly and fast. The problem was when I was driving home I had a warning alarm that a tire was at 24 pounds. I stopped at a gas station and refilled it to 35 pounds. It started going down again. I parked my car and worked at my house and left to go out about 4 hours later and I had another notice that I had a tire at 16 pounds. I went directly to the next tire store in my area and found I had a screw in my tire. I had it repaired. I called Dixie Buick and was told the manager was busy and to call back later.

Because I could not trust driving my car they were able to get me in the next day. The service people are exceptional to work with. I forgot my discount coupon and Wendy found one for me, as it turns out I found my coupon when I got home and turned it in when I picked car up.I have been going to this dealership for 8 years after another dealership tried to tell me that I needed work done that was not needed. In my 8 years experience with them they have never told me I needed work done unless it was necessary. The staff at this dealership are exceptionally honest, which is lot to be said today.

Had a GREAT experience at this dealership. Drove down from St. Pete to look at a particular vehicle. Not completely satisfied with what I saw, Marlos and Mike were able to make me a great deal on a slightly newer and higher priced model.It took me awhile to make the decision and I felt no pressure while I compared the vehicles side by side, texted photos to friends for their opinions, and looked them over multiple times. They offered me lunch while I was mulling over my decision!While I spent slightly more than what I intended to, I still got a great deal, top dollar for my trade, and, most importantly, I left with a vehicle that I am very happy with. I think it helps going in and knowing what you want and how much you want to spend. Richard was great working with. He showed me what I wanted to see. The special advertised on your website was real and not a bait and switch. He let me take it for a test drive and by this time, Im pretty sure I wanted to buy it. The best part was when your sales manager suggested I take it home because I wanted my husband to see it. I actually enjoyed my experience with Dixie Buick. I never felt pressured and walked away feeling as though I was given a fair deal on the lease (which I intend to purchase at lease end). Tom Henion, our salesperson, was knowledgeable, personable, and fun to deal with. He put his best foot forward and made sure I was completely satisfied. I found Tom to be a very genuine person.In addition, when a mistake was found on the paperwork, management made appropriate adjustments to make sure I was properly compensated. Well, until my last visit I loved them. After leaving my truck there all day and realizing the next morning that every tool, chainsaw, drill, bit socket set and chainsaw battery was stolen from my truck not so much. I LOCK my truck religiously. The only out of the ordinary scenario was leaving it a half day there unlocked. Im so disappointed.

It was probably the easiest car buying experience that Ive ever had. We (Tom Henion & I) connected first, by phone. Worked out the majority of the details that way. Then, went to the dealership and test drove the vehicle. While I was doing that, they worked on getting my paperwork ready to sign. Tom Henion & Big Mike worked out an AWESOME deal for me!! Previously, I was in another lease, and STILL had 11 months left on it. They worked out the details, and made it possible to upgrade to a new vehicle (2021 Buick Enclave)!!!

If you want to get into a colossal waste of time, this is your place! Was interested in a vehicle, called and salesman said it was in service to which my reply was no worries, just give me a call when its complete. 1 day later I received a call saying it was complete and to call on my way over so the car would be ready when I got there. Called to let them know I was coming and they said see you shortly. Arrived to the dealership only to find the car still in service and unable to be driven. Spoke to the manager and the answer was it still needed a part and hes juggling 180 cars, which I can appreciate. A simple phone call or a its still in service would have solved this. My time is a valueable commodity that cannot be replaced and I cannot stand when someone wastes it!

I had the rear passenger tire looked at and the service writer told me that I needed a new tire $300.00 because there was a nail in the sidewall ....I then took the auto to a tire store they looked at the tire and found the nail did not go through the sidewall and the tire was in good shape...The dealer not following thru was trying to get me to purchase a product I didnt need...Therefore I am very dubious about this dealership and feel they are very dishonest and I will not leased from them in the future.Wendy a service writer (was not my service writer) is very discourteous and nasty acting to the customers and other employees from my observation. Overall I was very displeased with my inner reaction with this dealership and service writer.
