This is the best car dealership I have ever dealt with. I bought a 14 year-old BMW Z4 from them three months ago. It is in immaculate condition, and it continues to run as if it is brand new. You just dont find dealers that truly recondition the vehicles they are selling anymore, even though most of them charge dealer fees that are supposed to cover those costs. Auto Haus does not have any dealer fees, and the car I purchased was in far better condition than half a dozen others that I looked at. People cannot believe that my Z4 is a 2006.The team at Auto Haus also does not ignore you after the sale. I have not had any issues with the car that required follow up with the staff, but they arranged delivery of my Z4 to my home about 400 miles away. They kept me apprised of the status regularly and responded to all of my inquiries immediately.I have talked to a few people in the Fort Myers area about Auto Haus since purchasing my car, and they all say their reputation is impeccable. That is reflected in the reviews online, as well. You just cant go wrong by doing business with this dealership. If you are looking to buy a very old car like I was, it will likely save you thousands of dollars after the sale.

Since we started wintering in Fort Myers, weve purchased two Florida cars from Auto Haus. Both were convertibles, first a BMW, then a Mercedes. Both turned out to be great cars...low mileage, clean, high quality vehicles. Weve found the entire staff at Auto Haus to be friendly and honest, efficient with paperwork, etc. Weve also been very happy with their service department for basic maintenance. Well unquestionably continue to do business with them in the future.

Recently purchased a Jaguar from AutoHausFM. All relevant questions were asked regarding condition, mechanical state etc and was assured that the vehicle was in nice shape. Was informed that the car had a couple small oil leaks (to be expected) but that everything else was in working order. When the car arrived it was a complete disaster. They grossly misrepresented the car. As you can see from the photos, the engine smokes at idle, half of the engine isnt running and just blows fuel into the exhaust, The headliner was all destroyed from an undisclosed hole in the top, the door doesnt close properly, and in addition to a number of other problems, we found a large scratch and dent on the drivers door. This dealership is not to be trusted. I paid $14,700 ..they offered $8000 to buy the car back. Absolute scam artists.

If 5 stars is perfect, how the heck did AutoHaus end up with a 4.7? Thats like no bad ratings/bad deals/or bad experiences -- at all! How can that be? I didnt finish looking through all the reviews because it wasnt worth trying to find a bad one! And they all said pretty much the same thing that I was going to say: Great dealer, good pricing, good in-house repair shop. My salesman and caretaker, Brian, handled each one the issues I had with my 2011 BMW 328i after purchase and Ive been on the road burning through a lot of expensive gas, enjoying my new ride, ever since. We shopped on line and found “that car” 2017 e-400 Benz convertible in pearl white “like new”. Talked with Mike and he assured us it was “like new” — you know the famous words of the car industry. We flew from Minneapolis, MN to Fort Meyers, FL to review the car. Once there we dealt with Brian. Brian Picked us up at the airport - Brian did the paperwork - Brian walked us through the car and a complete class on its operation. In 2 hours we paid and drove away. 1800 miles later our “like new” family member sits in our garage in Minneapolis, MN. There isn’t anything my wife or I could suggest that these folks do better than they did. And yes it is “like new” and we are very very happy. It was a very pleasant experience and we will certainly talked to these folks again for our future purposes. Highly recommend them - they are the best car dealership i have ever dealt with.

If you’re like me, the idea of walking into a car dealership to purchase a used car can cause a lot of anxiety and bad thoughts. Pushy salespeople, dealership fees, overpriced cars, never-ending negotiating and low offers for your trade.Well it’s not like that at Auto Haus, in Fort Myers. I called Auto Haus after seeing a couple of really nice Mercedes E350 sedans online. I had no intention of actually going to the showroom that day but after talking with Michael, the owner, for about five minutes, I was actually eager to see the cars in person. He offered me a very fair price for my trade-in. It was far above the best offer I had received from other dealers. Once he looked over my car in person he stood by his original trade-in offer and showed me a couple of his E350 cars. I didn’t feel pressured to buy, he just explained the value and options of each car and after test driving a couple, I had found my car. I thanked him for his time and went home to figure out my finances to make sure I could afford the car.Their website says “Reasonable Offers Accepted” and I went in the next morning and presented a reasonable offer on a beautiful, 2016, E350 in Indigo Blue. After maybe five minutes of discussion with Michael we settled on a price just a couple hundred dollars above my offer and I was thrilled. I felt like I got a really great deal and the numbers I see online at other dealerships back me up.All of the staff at Auto Haus bent over backwards to make my buying experience excellent. Tim went with me on my test drives to answer questions and point out the features of each car. He also handled calling my insurance company and much of the paperwork. Tom got me a better financing deal than my own bank which really surprised me and it also allowed me to drive my beautiful new car home that day.The bottom line, Auto Haus is not your typical used car dealership. They are exceptional, they are friendly and they made me feel like I was their only customer. If you are in the market for a high-end used car I highly recommend you stop into their showroom.Almost forgot, while I was signing all the paperwork and grabbing stuff out of my old car, Auto Haus was filling my new car with premium gasoline and cleaning the car to showroom new. I left Auto Haus with a shiny, clean car, a full tank of gas and a very big smile!

Bought a 2014 Mercedes Benz E350 from Auto Haus back in July 2019. Waited a while to give review due to wanting to put a couple of thousand miles on the car.The car is in showroom brand new condition and mechanically like new also. They did scheduled maintenance before selling me the car so that saved thousand or so dollars. One tire had a crack in sidewall that I didn’t notice until a week later and they replaced the tire with a brand new tire at their cost.This is an honest used car dealer that I would recommend to all. They really do not negotiate on price but you do get exactly the car that is advertised.

They offer warranty coverage that is great for used vehicles. I also use there service department for my maintenance and Brian who runs it is the nicest guy to deal with!!! Theres a reason why these guys have so many 5 star ratings. Its not just because of their no dealer fee. Its because its not a big long drawn out day at the dealership which big places are known for. We have just bought our second car there this year. They dont just value us as a customer, they also value our time. Both occasions we were in and out in less than 45 minutes and that included a test drive. Im not one for completely checking out a car before I buy it (who is), but when I found something was up, it was resolved way beyond my expectations.

I was in the market for a second vehicle Pickup Truck to run to supply store and do some handy work.Looked at other trucks 20,30,& 40k but didn’t really want to pay that much. I drove by Auto Haus and noticed a 2008 Ford F-150 that looked pretty nice. I met DJ and he was very helpful and great to deal with. We had an independent mechanic preform a complete inspection. The Owner Tom quickly had the miner issues corrected and we negotiated a fair price for the vehicle. The whole process went very smooth, and I was very happy dealing with the whole staff. It’s hard to find a business that really cares about their customers, but that seems to be the genuine consensus with all the employees. I also like the fact they have a complete shop with a mechanic staff to maintain the inventory and address any problems.

The dealership was advertising an F-150. Although I live in St. Petersburg, which is 2 hrs away, the dealership had excellent reviews so I thought it was worth the drive. I arrived at the dealership who had the truck ready for me to take on a test drive. My first hint of a potential problem was the fact the online pics of the truck did not show the hood, which was heavily oxidized. Regardless, I took the truck on a test drive. It was immediately apparent something was wrong with the truck because it was running very rough. They had assured me it had been through their service dept so 1) their service dept did a poor job or 2) there was something seriously wrong with the truck they did not want to repair. I spoke with one of the owners after the test drive who said he was embarrassed the truck was not running properly and that he would have his service dept check it out again. I couldnt wait so we agreed he would call me after. As promised, Tom (an owner ) called and said the truck just needed new plugs and coils and was now running well. He said he was going to drive the truck home that evening to make sure it was running well and he would call me in the morning to confirm at which time I could decide if I wanted to take the truck for another test drive. I never received a call this morning so I called and asked for Tom. Tom wasnt available and the gentleman I spoke with told me the truck had been sold. This was extremely frustrating because I had been told by an owner that I would have an opportunity to test drive the truck again after it had been repaired to decide if I wanted to by the truck. Not only did Tom not follow through on his commitment, but he didnt even have the courtesy to call me prior to selling it to someone else. Or call me, as promised, this morning even if only to tell me it had been sold. I realize I didnt put a deposit on the truck, but that was not our agreement. As a courtesy, Tom agreed to hold the truck considering I had driven 2 hrs the day before. Extremely disappointed people dont honor their word.

There are no words to describe how much I LOVE this company. Since they have a really successful mechanical shop, I felt confident knowing that all of their cars were not only hand chosen by the owners, based on their unique, premium style, but that every car is running perfectly. I must admit, I was not exactly sure what I wanted when I went into Auto Haus, and needed some time to ask questions, sit in several cars, test drive several cars, consult my advisors, and sleep on it, and then repeat the process. Im very emotional about making large financial decisions, and needed to know that I was in safe, gentle hands, and would give me the best deal around. The staff at Auto Haus were incredibly patient and kind. DJ, the 21 year-old auto genius, knew just about every pro and con to every make of vehicle, not just on the lot, but on the entire market, and after doing my own research, everything he said was rock solid. I cannot say enough great things about DJ and hope he is rewarded for his honest and thorough work, and for going out of his way for me, because I have been greatly rewarded with the PERFECT car for me. They helped me drop off my old car at another place, and gave me rides to and from the shop to accommodate my purchase. Michael, the owner, felt like a family member in the way he carefully made recommendations as to how to keep within my budget, while still getting the best car for my kids and I. There was no haggling, none of that back and forth with paperwork business that happens in so many car dealerships; I told them my needs and my budget and they worked to get me the best car. When I asked to compare specs with other cars I had seen online, and check the Kelly BB, he offered me his computer and helped point out things I should look for to be careful--like a protective brother. DJ was also able to get me an unbelievable deal on an extended warranty so I can now be COMPLETELY confident. I was able to speak with one of the mechanics who had inspected my car, Mike, who let me know the history and solidity of the car, and Brett, another sales associate, gave me a tutorial on every single switch and button in the car, so I could drive away knowing what I had--then filled the gas tank. I cannot imagine having a better experience getting a car, and if I ever need to upgrade (which I dont see happening any time soon, as I LOOOOOOOVE my car, I will always come back to Auto Haus, and for my oil changes and maintenance checks, because service does not get any better than this. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

I purchased a Porsche Boxster 6 months ago that turned out to be everything (and more) Mike and Tim and their listing on the internet said it was. I was apprehensive when buying the car from an independent dealer. I am finally posting my experiences because the Porsche is great and I have had no issues with it or the way I was treated. Mike is selective in his inventory purchases and they do go over each car and make repairs if needed. After owning the car for 5 months I finally had an inspection and requested service at a local well known Porsche shop who confirmed the quality of the car. They thoroughly checked my Porsche and the usual service issue areas on my car and stated that It needed nothing at present but I requested an oil change to Mobil 1 anyway. I am set for another 5K miles. Mike and Tim were honest and refreshingly straightforward in the sales process. I would buy another car from them again and recommend them to anyone wishing to buy the best of something different.

I would highly recommend not purchasing a car from this dealer without seeing the vehicle in person. I am located in mid Michigan and purchased a Cadillac with only 37K from Auto Haus sight unseen. From the detailed pictures that Michael and Tom had on Ebay it seemed like a beautiful car in excellent condition. I spoke with Michael on the phone who ensured me of this. However, once this vehicle arrived to my house I realized its actual condition. The interior was absolutely filthy, carpet was heavily stained, and the car drove with it had 150K miles on it. I immediately took it to a local dealer who quoted me $3,640 for repairs. The repairs were completed along with another $950 spent on lower control arms and sway bar bushings. When this was brought up to Michael he became very defensive stating that the dealer was over charging me and the bill should only be $500. This shows Michaels lack of knowledge on the vehicles he is selling. A single magnetic ride strut on a Cadillac costs more than $500. However, he did offer $500 to make the problem go away which was not sufficient and was declined. Michael is a smooth talker and the pictures look awesome but DO NOT purchase a vehicle from these guys without seeing/driving it first.

I have had a couple things that needed to be repaired under the 30 day limited warranty and received prompt attention.

Great selection, prices, and you feel like the staff honestly care as opposed to the typical car dealer experience.

This was hands down the best car buying experience in my lifetime. The vehicle I purchased was listed at a very good price for its age and mileage compared to comprable vehicles at other dealers. So I went to take a look at it and it was exactly as I expected. Mike showed me exactly what they paid for it and they didnt have a lot of room to negotiate but still he was willing to meet me in the middle. The negotiation took about 2 minutes and I left feeling like I got a great value. They dont charge any dealer junk fees and they dont try to sell you a bunch of stuff while youre signing the paperwork so the process from there before I left with a car probably only took another 20 minutes. If I am ever in the market for a pre-owned luxury vehicle I will definitely go back to Autohaus

Watch out! I wanted to take one of their cars out on the highway (with the salesman riding along) and the salesman said I could not because their insurance would not allow it. He wanted me to try to get up to 50mph on the local streets, which would be illegal. You know those drivers that you see poking along on he highway at 50? Those people probably bought their car from AUTO HAUS!

August 14th: I would like to take this opportunity to add an addendum to my existing comments posted below one month ago. I am pleased to say that Tom from Auto Haas quickly responded to our concern and disappointment. He accepted complete ownership of our unfortunate situation. Tom was apologetic and very clear that he would assist in getting to the resolution of our broken dashboard screen. He deferred to his service manager Brian who was nothing short of outstanding in handling this situation. Brian called my husband directly on several occasions to follow-up; he reached out to the warranty company on our behalf, he spoke to our local Mercedes dealership who was attempting to help us and even offered to have the part delivered directly to his dealership in an effort to expedite the process and repair. Brian provided us his personal cell phone number as an accommodation to our less than enjoyable experience throughout this entire process.We always say, Its easy to provide good service when things go well, what separates an exceptional company (or in this case car dealership), is when they provide outstanding service when something goes wrong!I am happy to say, that after almost 7 weeks, we have a working dashboard screen.I would confidently say, if you are looking to purchase an upscale luxury vehicle, Auto Haas of Fort Myers would be a great place to start!Thank you Tom and Brian!!What a shame to think my husband and I purchased a Mercedes E-Class this past Wednesday June 20th, from DJ at Auto Haus of Fort Myers. To our surprise the electronic screen went black 24 hours later. My husband called yesterday and got Tom on the phone(owner). Explained what happened, and did not even receive an apology for what we were experiencing. Told us he would have the mechanic call us in the morning. Of course, he didnt and we needed to call back. Now he spoke to DJ, the person who was happy to sell us the car, but not so happy to help when something went wrong! He said that the mechanic would call back, again no call. I called and asked to speak to Tom, and was told by DJ, he would get him. On hold for 3 minutes and conveniently never got Tom, just transferred to Brian the mechanic. He called my husband to trouble shoot over the phone what is happening to the car that we have now have had for only 48 HOURS!!Its easy to sell cars for these gentleman, but apparently too difficult to help the customer when something goes wrong. Shame on both of you!I will continue to post your poor customer service and business practices on as many social media sites as I can.

When shopping for a low mileage C5 Series Corvette 6 speed, Dark Red Magnetic, I came across Autohaus on the internet & they had the exact car I was looking for, so I emailed them. When I arrived the car was ready to go, even waxed to a high sheen. Doing the deal was easy & It was a pleasure dealing with Tom, Mike and Brett. Ive had the car a few months now & am totally happy with it. Im amazed with the fuel economy for such a high performance car. Im getting about 22 mpg around town & over 30 mpg on the highway. My dash monitor reads 26.7 avg. right now. If youre looking for a nice car, and want to be comfortable by dealing with honest fair people, give Autohaus a call.

I had been in contact with Auto Haus over the course of 6 months in 2012. Their team has always been extremely professional and forthcoming with information about the vehicles Ive asked about. Ive bought 4 cars in the past 15 years, and I have never dealt with a more professional teamI originally inquired about a 2003 Nissan 350z Coupe in May of 2012. That car didnt work out due to the model year and financing, but I asked Tom to keep me in mind for the right fit. In November of 2012 - Tom called me about a 2005 350z Roadster, remembering my past inquiries and what I was looking for. He invited me to stop by and I bought the car later that week. I got a great deal on that car and it was my daily driver for around 3 years. It ran beautifully and I really appreciate the care that went into the vehicle maintenance and financing as well.This year, in 2015, another vehicle on their website caught my eye, a 2011 BMW diesel. Low miles, beautiful condition. Yet again, the team over-delivered, and provided great service. I got another great deal, and I was in and out the day of purchase in just a bout 3 hours (awesome compared to buying at some other dealerships). The car is still under manufacturers warrantee, but when that runs out, I will definitely be taking it to AutoHaus to have them service it.One thing I really like about AutoHaus, and why I returned for a second vehicle, is they do not have a good cop bad cop routine like many dealerships, a la Let me go check with my manager on that. AutoHaus does things differently. They offer you a great deal the first time, and theyre very forthcoming with any information about the vehicle. Very low pressure and very professional approach to car sales.
