I’d been in the market for a mattress for a little while and found the City Mattress Clearance Center. Our salesman, Steve S., was very helpful and not pushy at all. We found an amazing deal on an originally $5,000 mattress and it’ll be delivered next week! The process was easy and Steve knew what he was talking about. I highly recommend this store.

Terrible, would never shop here again!They act all friendly and say, We are family run, we will work with you! NOTY TRUE.. if you must return for comfort.. watch out! They change and all the things said were lies like a used car salesman! Only saving grace was the mananger, who was nice.. if you must go there (but there are much better actual family run store by a half price name..no frills but great products and true family there.. but if must.. only use mananger! Even lie about the mattress protector.. do not buy without reading fine print on insert and on your receipt.. but wait.. no receipt until you buy! Think about that!

We decided to buy at City Mattress because of our salesman Mark Lorenzo. I was in the furniture business for 30 plus years and know how competitive it can be. Asked what our needs were, size, firmness, preferences and then he showed us what would probably work best for us. I liked that rather than to just go look around and not really know what you are looking at. Treated us like family. Knew what he was talking about. Keep up the great work!

Surprisingly pleasant experience in purchasing. Problem was the delivery guys dropped off the frame and mattress and left without setting it up, which was supposed to be included.

I first slept on this mattress at my nieces house at Thanksgiving on Sanibel Island. It was the best mattress I had ever slept on. I later asked where she got it. She put me in touch with her salesman and I now have one of my own. I Love it!

This is a clearance location. Mattress can cost $2-5,000. I had $500. After trying out all. Even the mattress out of my range. I bought one for $700 + tax, removal fee. It was sold to me with $100 off by salesman. 600 turned into 779 in a blink of an eye. i was told not to sit on edges. Rotate every week, no flipping. Geeze! Guess ill be buying another mattress in a few years.

In January of 2015, my husband and I bought the Mood Indigo III Latex Super in Firm and for the last 6+ months weve been complaining about the mattress. It has massive indentations on both his, and my sides, and were both back to the same complaints of back pain we had with the 10 year old mattress we got rid of. This makes me wonder if the clearance center is carrying faulty merchandise. I cant see a reason why a mattress would be so badly indented after 2 years, especially when it has a life of 8-10 years. At this rate there is no way well be able to keep this mattress another 6-8 years. I want to say that this review does not reflect our salesman, he was wonderful, we are unhappy with the product not the salesman.

We recently purchases a Prana Super Vinyasa at the City Mattress clearance center and Dennis the salesman was F A N T A S T I C. He took the time to spend with us and explain things and had us try out several mattresses. We felt like he cared about us and not just the sale. Which is probably why we ended up buying from City Mattress. He is very knowledgeable and super friendly. We will be buying from them again and recommending all our friends to them.
