The only furniture store like it in town. Items can be a little pricey, but youre paying for quality materials and design. I wish I could afford to furnish my entire home from here. Every item weve bought is amazing in both style and function.

Excellent show room and very knowledgeable staff. Real cool furniture - if you want innovation and excellent quality - this is the place. We had a very good experience - first stop in our shopping, ended up buying and was delivered with very professional crew - not a common experience with other purchases we have made with other firms.

Upon entering, we were verbally greeted by a salesman we couldnt even see, as he was around a corner. This was a clear indication that this was not a respectful person. That impression was confirmed when he arrogantly responded to our response of what we were shopping for. His whole demeanor was rude and unfriendly. We walked out.

I when to visit this store with my sister and we were welcomed by Michael Laut who took the time to show us all the gorgeous furniture in the store, we were very impressed with his knowledge and kindness , He took great care of all of my needs..... Scan design is the place for contemporary quality furnishings. The staff especially Michael who was our salesman (becoming a friend) professional knowledgeable and supportive. I needed a recliner for post total hip replacement surgery. Michael helped and had so much compassion as I was in a great deal of pain while shopping and a bit of a pain as well. Everyone was so pleasant David,Jean they are also salespeople who answered my many phone calls always pleasant. Well to make a long story short my chair was perfectly delivered by the nicest delivery gentlemen. So I am recovering in my luxurious leather motorized recliner. I cant wait till I am able to return and finish my home furnishings shopping. Dont want to forget to mention Adrielle (management )who made sure everyone was happy .Thank you so very much

Ugly modern over priced stuff

If you have any issues, they either forget about you or it takes forever, I like some of their products and have spent a lot of $ and had to have most items replaced a few times and still not right and have not gotten back to my over 2 months since I called them about issues with last delivery and I question if some of the leather is really leather as it was sold to me.I received a call from the manager saying they will make it right and will replace 2 of the items and replacement door for the other, once this is done I will update the review

We recently worked with Scan Design on a manufacturing issue related to a glass table we had purchased from a predecessor company. Scan Design provided absolutely outstanding customer service in the delivery and installation of the new tabletop and chair cushions even though they had no involvement in the original sale. In addition, there was an issue with two of the chairs and they ordered two new chairs for us at no additional cost. They will be our first stop in any future furniture purchases.

Scan Design sells high quality, European designed furniture for the modern/contemporary home. The company has several stores strategically located to meet the demands of most Floridians. We were helped in Fort Myers on several occasions by Elizabeth Wilson who was well versed in the companys inventory and is a delightful person with whom to work. From the sales experience to the delivery of goods purchased, the company and its representatives are five stars plus.

Scan Design used to sell very high quality, solid wood furniture. I visited a few days ago looking for a new bed and was severely disappointed with the quality. Most drawer boxes are butt joints vs dove tail and there is almost exclusive use of veneer only. They have a couple of quality pieces, but thats now the exception instead of the rule. The look is very modern and stylish and most of the pieces are very aesthetically appealing. But the quality for the price is very disappointing.
