We bought 2 queen mattress in November of 2020. After receiving them decided needed a king size but were not coming back to Florida for 4 months past the exchange period. But we just left there and upgrade was no problem. Who does that so glad we bought them here. Great people and service.

Easiest and best experience buying a mattress ever! I already had an idea of what I wanted but the staff really helped me narrow down the best option for me based on my needs and sleeping positions. Everyone is so kind and happy to help and not at all like your stereotypical “pushy sales people.” I had spoken to Andrew on the phone for quite sometime before coming in to the store, and he answered every question and clarification I needed on anything! I was going to buy my mattress from here until a friend bought theres. They scheduled delivery for a few weeks out only to get a call less than a week later saying they cant guarantee delivery on that future date and you must take delivery sooner. Who does that? I thought when you bought and paid for something you are guaranteed to have it? Buy your mattress elsewhere.

Erica was wonderful and actually taught me a lot about mattresses!! I was fully prepared to buy one of those expensive new mattresses-in-a-box brands online, and stopped the store just to see what the in-person options were. Selection was amazing, pricing was great, delivery options incredible, and the absolute best was Erica’s customer service. In fact, I’ll be back in a couple weeks with my daughter and her husband. Had a great experience at the Mattress Firm located off of College Pkwy and 41 in Fort Myers. Stephen was very friendly and knowledgeable and made it very easy for us to pick out the best mattress in our price range. He definitely knows what he’s talking about. He spent a lot of time with us, but definitely wasn’t pushy like we had experienced with another mattress company. We could tell that the other company just wanted to make a sale, whereas Stephen at Mattress Firm actually cared about what suited us best and what we could actually afford. Very satisfied!

We were told we could have mattresses delivered anytime we were ready. When we scheduled delivery ...they told us everything was in and would be delivered only to have them cancel our delivery several times... as they kept telling us only part of our order was available.After several failed delivery attempts they finally did deliver three beds and box springs but they were missing one box spring. It’s been almost a week and we still do not have the missing box spring. They blame everything on Covid... but I feel they have major scheduling problems.

I mentioned that I had wanted to purchase a Sealy mattress at the furniture store where I was purchasing the bed but they were out of stock. Erica quickly identified a very similar Beautyrest mattress which I ultimately purchased. I did not purchase the mattress on my first visit and when I returned Erica was not working. I came into Mattress Firm after having a terrible experience at Sleep Number. I was so relieved to receive such great service. The employees really genuinely seemed to care about me and what I wanted and not what they wanted me buy.

The employees were helpful. Then I called the next day to ask for a refund, before anything had been delivered. I told them that it was for an oversight in our budget, and we would be back the next week to repurchase. They were very rude and sarcastic to me. I will never shop there again, and I will make sure everyone I know doesn’t either.

I had a great experience buying my new bed here yesterday from Joshua Fink. It was pretty busy and he handled multiple customers coming in with patience, urgency, and grace. He was kind and helpful to customers who were having trouble understanding pricing information. It was one of the easiest large purchases I’ve ever made. I was able to do the 90 day payment plan option online and bring an e-mail to show him to pull up the account number. Everything was done quickly, I got great deals, and delivery the next morning! Highly recommend.
