Retail shopping in general is on my list of least favorite activities, and furniture/bedding shopping is the most challenging of all forms of retail for me.Our experience with Mattress firm was excellent. No hype, no grandiose personality issues - just straightforward and helpful service. Well Ill bet my situation is different than most we purchased an adjustable bed for my mother who was in a assisted living facility she was too use as bed when she returned from rehab as a gift to keep her comfortable but my point is my mother never got to use the bed she has subsequently passed away when we had to empty out a room I took the bed and upon clearing out the room could not find the controls for the adjustment of the bed anyway going to the store where the bed was purchased once again we were treated with great respect Express the sorrow for our loss and we were given a control panel for the bed and the power cord at no additional cost so Ill say from the very beginning my experience with mattress firm was exemplary the bed is very high quality great price the young man who helped me forgive me I cant remember his name was just top shelf from start to finish I would recommend to anybody purchasing a bed go right to mattress firm

Firm Mattress came when they said they would. Very friendly, efficient delivery and set up. I would highly recommend this company for an affordable mattress. The delivery people wore masks and PPE and were careful in set up, paying attention to social distancing. We are so happy with our new mattress!

We spent the morning looking for 2 mattresses and seen many stores. Some we were even ignored in (with clear visual eye contact). The moment we stepped into Mathers Firm we were greeted and given 100% attention. Some people would say hi and ill be with but nit here. Aron was our sales rep and he was amazing. We found the mattresses we liked. We had these two and another set in mind and we even told him that and he did not try to sell us in theirs. He said lets compare. He was such a personable person. The other set was a better set to what we wanted and even though it was more it wasnt much more. But it boiled down to, do I want to go back and deal with them. Aron got our sale because he is a very personable relatable PERSON... not a sales rep... mattresses firm really got it right with hiring him and the selections they had available. We were even able to go to the warehouse to pick up THAT DAY! Mattresses Firm customer for life now!

The staff is amazing especially Deja. They are so informative and they know their product. Deja took the time to educate me on all the products and let me try each mattress. I would never buy from another company again.

Are there negative numbers. Went there with my dad. He checked up on a mattress that was out of stock , but was previously promised to him on January 19th. Today he was told 2 of them were promised to the store in February but they didn’t know what customers they were going to. The manager also told him there was no way to check. He left without anything and found the same mattress down the street at another store. Oh and that store- City Mattress will have it here next Tuesday. No wonder you have a 1.6 rating on Yelp. Who did you pay to cram the ratings box?

My husband and I were mattress shopping and found a real gem.!! Mattress Firm located at 4770 S Cleveland Ave in Ft Meyers, ask for Nicoh Velez (manager ) he is knowledgeable, friendly, personable, not pushy, and took care of us extremely well. I would highly recommend him and this store. Our bed is coming the day after tomorrow, im confident if I have any problems it will be dealt with. We ordered a king mattress with adjustable bed frame for our guest room.

Do not be scammed by their fake warranty for mattress protection by purchasing their expense mattress pads. The backing fell apart washeda the replacement failed but the company claims that because the faulty pad was replaced by them there is no longer a warranty!!?? I didnt pay over $100 for a mattress pad wanted a warranty..I wanted protection against failure of their mattress pad. Good luck, shop elsewhere!

Okay so I don’t really leave reviews on places, but my goodness. From the moment we walked in, until the moment we got our bed set up in our house, we had an amazing experience. First of all, Darrius who helped us, what’s absolutely wonderful. My girlfriend and I were shopping for our first mattress, and we are the most indecisive people in the world. But Darrius really took his time making sure we found the perfect bed and understood the payment options we had. He saved us a great deal of money, and got us a bed with an adjustable base, which really helps with my snoring! Then let’s talk about delivery. These men pull up at 8:15, probably been working all day, great moods, great attitudes, roll out a literal red carpet And wore booties and had our bed, adjustable frame and all, set up, and out, in 10 minutes. I never thought buying a bed would be as simple of a process as it was, but thanks to Darrius, and the gentleman who dropped off/set up my bed, it’s a huge wait off our back, especially since this is our first place! Thanks for everything guys!
