I have been to Legendary Automotive on two different occasions. One was to service my Lexus and another to repair my Corvette. On Both occasions my experience was extremely pleasant. Quoted price was accurate and adhered to. Honestly I was very concerned about having my Corvette repaired but Steven put my mind at ease told me what the problem was and my Corvette be as good as new when I got it back. Ive took my truck to a couple other places, always had work done. But never been explained, almost every step of the way of what and how something was happening with my truck.Everyone in there knew what they were talking about and had useful information. This will be the only place I take my truck now.

We lost the use of our turbo on our Ford Super Duty 6.7 diesel on the way down to FL from SC. We had a Ford dealer look at the truck in GA and they could not find what was wrong. I searched Google and found Legendary, and decided to give in independent shop a try. They diagnosed the issue within 5 min and had a quote for my repair in an hour. The entire staff at Legendary did a phenomenal job. From the front desk, to the mechanic shop, to the billing and payment our experience was top notch. One thing I look for when I take my vehicle in for repair is the condition of the shop and how clean things are. Who wants a dusty dirty shop where contaminants can get into your engine while they repair it. Legendary was spotless. Clean floors, clean work benches, and even clean uniforms. I liked this place so much I may just drive back down to FL when my truck needs more service or maintenance. Its so hard to find good quality honest mechanics these days, but look no further. This is the place you want to come. Needless to say, we hooked up our trailer in Fort Meyers and drove straight home without a glitch. Ferdinand (our truck) pulled like a bull in 6th gear up and over hills, around trucks, and onto the highway like a beast. When people hear that Turbo wind up, they pull over, duck for cover, hide their kids and watch in amazement as we rocket past them! (ok, that was a bit of an embellishment, but you know how it feels when you hit the gas with a trailer attached and move faster than most traffic) Thanks Legendary for getting him back on the road and for being that type of business we customers search for.

The work was quick, quality, and thorough.Jon, Zach, and Steven were fantastic help! Kept me informed on my truck’s status and were courteous thru the whole experience. Upfront and honest about the work my truck required, no problems were “discovered” that didn’t genuinely need fixing/replacing.For example, I had a musty/mildew smell in my car on AC start up and suspected at least the cabin filter needed changing. I didn’t tell them this (although they probably smelled it too) but they still discerned the problem and offered to replace it.

Last week we traveled from South Alabama to Fort Meyers on business and along the way our AC went out. (95+ degrees) We were referred to one shop that tried to take great advantage of us with a major repair because we were from out of town and it would take a minimum of 2-3 days. We were then referred by another business client to Legendary Automotive and are we glad they did!. Very Professional, very concerned and very helpful. I made an appointment, they thoroughly annalyized the problem and had me on my way within 2.5hrs. Jon and his team brought my PT Cruiser up to speed for my long-distance travel. When I planned to buy my Michelin tires elsewhere, Jon matched the price. Im particular. Have a 19 year old Dodge diesel pickup with 509,000 miles. Im too old to do most of the repair work anymore.Needed to find a repair facility that worked on diesels and would take good care of my pickup. Legendary clearly looked to be the most professional in the area.My engine had a major oil leak and the radiator had developed a coolant leak. Jon and his team did a thorough inspection of the vehicle. In addition to finding those problems, they identified a couple of issues I had missed including a failed fan clutch. While they are obviously looking for additional work when they do their extremely thorough inspection, what the customer gets is the ability to prevent break downs instead of being stranded. I would rather spend less for preventive maintenance than more for a major avoidable repair.The estimate was below what I had expected. Service was done at the estimated price. My truck was treated like a new vehicle, as clean inside as when I brought it in. They thoroughly cleaned the engine and underneath of all the leaked oil. All work was done in a professional manner. They are clearly detail oriented with customer satisfaction as the highest priority. Its no surprise why they have such high reviews online.In conclusion: Extremely happy with the work and the price. FYI :At one time this was a great place to take your car for repairs. However , the last three times we’ve taken our vehicles there , the cars were returned weeks and one time two months later still in the same condition as we gave it to them. Nothing fixed , just lies oh and a bill. So tomorrow morning I’m calling the Bosch credit card and reporting them since they paid our bill but no work was done.Every time I’ve gone by there to pick up grand kids from the daycare around the corner our car had been sitting in the back of the building in the sea of other cars.SO BEWARE OF LEGENDARY AUTOMOTIVE across from the Edison Mall at 1921 Courtney Dr.RIP OFF ARTISTS AND LIARS !!

Found this place based on reviews, they did not disappoint. I had my Jeep in and out for tires plus inspection and was so impressed I sent my sister’s Jeep in as well. I have a 2017 Boxster and my warranty expired five months ago. Instead of getting my 20K mile annual service from Porsche Ft Myers for $1400, I opted to try Legendary due to the rave reviews. I was hesitant taking it anywhere as I always took it to Porsche in the past, but gave this place a chance and I was out of there in two hours for $75. Besides the oil change, they did the general list of inspections and put some needed air in the tires. Thrilled and this will be my to go place for service. I would definitely refer them to friends as well.

I needed some warranty work and some major manufacturer recommended maintenance tune-up services for my car. Not only was I extremely impressed that they got me in with no notice and then provided me with a virtual link, via text message, detailing all the work that needed to be performed (complete with photos and explanations), but the shop was clean and inviting to boot. After approving the long list of items, I was back in my car within 24hrs. Steven was the advisor that guided me through the experience. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and made the experience personable. It was like just talking to an old friend. I have used Legendary for multiple vehicles and every time I have not been disappointed. I have had to reschedule things and they have had to reschedule me and would provide a discount if they had to.They are always upfront, provide photos and explain the problems they find in-depth. I used to work with Joe (RIP) but have found a few other service reps that are just as honest and willing to work with me.I recommend this shop to anyone who needs work and while they may not be as cheap as some shops, the job has always been done correctly and in a very timely manner.Edit: I have brought in a 2017 Mercedes and 2013 Dart and have recommeded older vehicles and classics to check them out. Plenty of techs that have the training to do luxury or classics.

First and foremost just want to thank you all for everything you did for us. We were on vacation from Orlando when our car broke down. We had the car towed to their shop to have it looked at. It was a Hyundai Santa Fe. They said they would look at it as soon as they could and called me back within 15 min to tell me that there were metal shavings in the oil. They recommended that we take it to Hyundai even though we were out of warranty. Our year model actually has a lifetime warranty on the motor and they replaced it. They could have easily not said anything and took our money but they didnt. Very hard to see shops lile yours. I wish you guys were in Orlando cuz I would be a loyal customer. We appreciate you guys very much.

I came to Fort Myers to help my mother who is terminally ill. About a 150 miles outside of my truck started making a noise that sounded like a hub was going out. I googled a Legendary and they seemed to have many good reviews so I decided to give them a try. Their staff was very friendly and everyone seemed professional. The shop was clean so I left my truck with them. They quickly diagnosed and repaired issues I had with the truck. At the time I wasnt very concerned about the price because I was more focused on my family issues but after a while I started thinking about it and the bill seemed excessively high for the work that was done. I went through and determined that it was the parts that were priced excessively. I emailed the shop on April 28th requesting a parts list and never heard back from them. After waiting a week for a response I decided to leave this review. The Shock Absorbers in the front were listed on the bill at 1268.76. I looked up the part number and they are from OReilly listed on their website at 407.98. The brake rebuild kit was listed at 89.99 but usually brake rebuild kits are under 10.00. Suspension Ball Joint Lower was listed at 187.50 but the parts are actually 95.98. The upper control arm was listed at 681.70 but the actual cost through Ford is 282.90 non genuine parts cost even less.

Jason and the guys here got our Sprinter van in for an appointment and serviced in the same day. We needed new glow plugs installed. They offered us knowledge about many other aspects of our van so that I would better understand our van and how to maintain it properly. The service wasn’t cheap but you get good hands on your van for the $. It felt good to know these guys are well versed on working on Sprinters and other high end vehicles. They were friendly and pleasant to work with. Definitely will visit again when back in town.

I had an excellent experience with a recent major repair job on my F250 7.3 Turbo Diesel. The Legacy Automotive team was very professional, up front with the repairs needed and accurate in their estimates. They kept me updated throughout the repair process. I was able to see progress on repair online and through my mobile phone. They guarantee their work and followed up several times to make sure everything was working OK. Incredible level of service. After dropping off my car due to a fragmented wheel bearing, they conducted a complimentary full inspection and emailed me photos. They followed up with a very reasonable quote and got everything done in a single day. When I came in to pick up the car, the employees were very personable and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Took my ‘03 Quadrasteer in for an inspection as it appeared I had sprung a leak somewhere. They confirmed my suspicions and also recommended preventative maintenance to help keep me on the road and not in the shop. The best part is I didn’t tell them I thought anything was wrong. Just a simple oil change and look it over. Being new to the area, I was trying to find a place I can trust and not a place that just tries to upsell you on everything. I bought a airbag suspension kit for my F-150. I called a few places and everywhere said it would take 3-4 hours to install but I knew from watching the install videos on YouTube that it would only took 2 and that’s what legendary automotive did for me. These guys were a better deal and they were honest, which is a good feeling to have about a mechanic. I bought the firestone ride right kit online and it was supposed to come with air hoses for the air bags. The guys at legendary called me today while I was at work to inform me that the kit had no airlines in it, I thought I was screwed, I told them please do what you can for me and I’ll pay whatever extra it costs because I needed the airbags for work towing a huge trailer. When I came to pick up my truck they told me I didn’t owe them any extra. I will never go to another repair shop again, these guys earned my trust and business for a long time.

My RAM Cummins truck had a DEF system code. I called Legendary the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. They fit me in that following Saturday and quickly diagnosed the issue. Their customer service then really shined as the part was on nationwide backorder from RAM. I broke down right beside Legendary Automotive. Car over heated. It was a blessing in disguise. My AC hadn’t worked in weeks. I walked in and Steven brought it on right away. I got a Uber back to work. With in 30 minutes he let me know exactly what was wrong with my car. Explained everything to me in detail so I understood. I felt like it was very reasonable. Super professional!!! I ok’d the fix and he had it done the next morning. Not even 24 hours. Picked it up, runs great! I’m a happy satisfied customer. My experience from my initial contact with Legendary, to the completion of my repairs, was nothing short of amazing. Not only did they inform me of everything that was needed to fix my brake problem but they did a complete diagnosis of my entire vehicle, while keeping me informed through the entire process. I have to say there is no need to go to your local dealership with these guys around. After experiencing many problems with my 2014 Jeep Wrangler and taking numerous trips to my local dealership I was left with more and more issues. However, after taking it to Legendary Automotive I was blown away with the amount of respect, honesty, and generosity this place had to offer. I must admit I was a little skeptical bringing in my classic 1995 Jaguar to anyone other than the dealer however Im so glad I did. Jason and his Legendary auto team did an outstanding of completing major repairs. Whats even more impressive is he followed up in email nearly a year later to ensure all was still well. When I told him I was having an occasional issue with the car pulling, he had me bring it back in and corrected the problem free of charge. Great experience - came to this shop based on reviews online. They did not disappoint. Great group of guys - also great communication on presenting vehicle issues with photos, emailing, and texting this communication. This came complete with explanations about the part of the vehicle in question. In addition, great value. I found Legendary by searching auto mechanic. In read several reviews and decided to give them a shot. I needed a simple used car inspection, and got that and more. The technician was kind enough to take time to explain what he saw and Jessica up front walked me through the service and even had suggestions on warranties. From check-in to check-out things went smoothly. While changing the oil and filter on my Lexus LS460 they also performed a comprehensive inspection revealing a couple service points that will soon require action. This comprehensive report adds value to my vehicle and will be a resource in the future when selling or trading this vehicle.

The BEST customer service Ive ever seen! I had previously had work done on my car at a different mechanic. After the work, I started hearing a rattling noise. I took it back to that mechanic who quoted me another $1500 to fix the problem. I took it to another mechanic who guessed it was another thing. Then I took it to Legendary. They did a diagnostic and found out the original service was done wrong. They fixed the problem with my car but didnt stop there. They actually called the original mechanic for me to help me get my money back. They easily could have just let me take the hit but they didnt. Id definitely come back again if I have any other repair needs! Thank you Legendary.

Had an oil change today and the service was prompt and the price was to the Penny. Also part of the service was a printed vehicle inspection with recommended maintenance with price for service parts & labor.No high pressure to do maintenance right away. They leave it up to you when to schedule the work. Clean & professional service. Would highly recommend this business.

I have a very good experience with legendary they are some cool dudes and they do very good work. I had a issue with a leaking coolant bottle called legendary and Steven answered answered the phone and I explained the situation and he said bring it the vehicle in and I got there and them team went straight to work found the problem and fixed it. I had such a wonderful experience having my car repaired at Legendary. I had a persistent issue on my car that I underestimated the importance of (due to my lack of knowledge on cars) and they not only identified it but found other issues I had no idea were even going on. Its not like they were just looking for things to repair to charge me more, they genuinely care and in fact Im glad they found those other issues because I never would have known. Took 6 weeks to repair car. Way too busy for old car repair. Car broke down on the way home from the 6 week repair job with no real remedy.

Vehicle repairs dont come cheap - and if they do they werent fixed right or even fixed at all. Legendary was highly recommended and now I know why. The service, communication and management are superior,My sons Jeep Compass ( White Chocolate ) is back on the road in record time. I recently moved from North West Florida and was a bit overdue on getting routine maintenance work done on my Mercedes SUV. From some past experiences I was aware that finding a good repair shop that has experienced and honest staff is not an easy task. I decided to get the work done at Legendary based on AAA recommendation and great online reviews. I am glad I did so as I experienced dealing with friendly and very knowledgeable staff that keeps up with the manufacturers latest guidelines and maintenance requirements. My car was overdue for an A1 service and I took the chance and drove up to Georgia, shopped around up there for a good shop to service my car and everything was overpriced. Came back to Florida, shopped around and pretty much the same thing, I found Legendary and they did a great job on the car. I save around $400 not taking it to the dealer. Thanks a lot

Thanks again! Went in with my 2016 Charger 392 for an alignment after having the car lowered . First shop I went to could not get me on their alignment rack because the car was too low. Found Legendary automotive that day and they were able to fit me in the next day. I was in and out in under an hour which was a huge relief. The car now drives great. Jason, the owner and his crew are great people and provided exceptional service on my car along with excellent customer service. I will be back in the future.
