Nicole is the main positive to this review 🤩🤩🤩BUTTTTCONS: Whoever worked on my car forgot to repair the passenger review mirror, scuffed my car a little when buffing the car, forgot to tighten my bumper and screws were missing, lifted the hood and there were more loose parts where they removed the bumper, AND they left a small tool behind in my engine 😳😳. My car is a 2020 honda accord (purchased 8/2020) so the least they could have did was put all the screws back. I dropped my car off 9/9 and got it back 9/27. Due to the errors in repair, i had to go back a total of 4 times.PROS: again NICOLE is the best, and her personality and sincerity is genuine, even when addressing my concerns and disappointment. They did an EXCELLENT job on the paint job! And due to my inconveniences, NICOLE offered me a free car wash whenever I was ever near their shop.Honestly, I would not get my car repaired here again, but I enjoyed meeting Nicole.

I brought a 2006 Mazda see me to have a blow to the rear right fixed, and now they give it to me with a misaligned rim. The insurance company responsible for the blow has already met its problem, but Gerbers mechanics removed the tire to fix the blow, but they damaged the alignment and discharged the battery. And they want me to receive it like this.

Took a fleet car in for an estimate. They were friendly an fast! They logged in the car an had me out in 15 minutes! Withal the paperwork going to the fleet owning company electronicly

This was our second time dealing with this company in unfortunately for the past 5 months. Anthony was amazing both times. my husband took care of everything the first time. and i this time around. he offered me water, got me checked in quickly, determined it was not safe to drive my car and made sure my rental was called and I was good. I hope I never have to come back however if I do Ill go wherever Anthony is. Im sure this time will be as amazing as last when my car is returned

Went to get warranty work done with paperwork. Denied service work. Was going to get bumper redone but if they cant honor a small warranty job, they cant get the 750 bumper job. Bad service all the way around. I even was told this by the General Manager himself.

I wrote a long and positive review of this place about a month ago. Google posted it as a review of an Ace Hardware that must be close by. In summary this is the best repair shop I ever felt with. Most honest and helpful people.

My car was sideswiped and the entire process from working with the geico representative on sight, to speaking with the Gerber mechanic, to renting a car next door at enterprise was completely seamless. They were all excellent about working together and making my experience as easy as possible. Not to mention they replaced my door and fender all within a couple days and even rushed a little so I could have it done on my only day off that week that I would have been available to pick it up (so I wouldn’t have to rent for more days etc). When I called to check on progress they were super polite and if they didn’t have an answer then they found out and followed through with promptly calling me back. I will definitely recommend Gerber for sure in the future.

Danielle took me in and made the drop off as easy and quick as possible. Paul was one of the best service advisors Ive worked with in any industry. Communication was never lacking, I constantly had email updates or phone measages letting me know exactly where my car was at.The finished product... I dont know who is doing these repairs but the guys simply are not paid enough. My car look amazing and these guys went above and beyond even repairing some damage they found underneath from an accident before I purchased the car.I cant speak highly enough about these guys. After being hit head-on by a drunk driver going south in a north bound lane, my car was towed to Gerber Collision & Glass @12791 Metro Pkwy Fort Myers 33966. It has been 48 days since I agreed to let Gerber do the repair that they estimated at 21 days and I still do not have the car. The car supposedlyhad a new left fender and hood and repair to right. How come the paint on the hood does not match the fenders? A side from the color the surface and depth of the paint came no where near that of the factory. Car was returned for completion of work on 9/13/15 with a list after having the use of the car for Sat & Sun, yes only 2 out of 48. Morning of 9/18 Friday I called at 10 AM talked to mgr Maleek (spelling?) he said I should have my car this afternoon. At 4 PM I called on the status, said he was going to call Jeep dealer to check. I called back 5:15 got answering machine that they were closed at 5:30. So add it up really bad work that probably going to end up in court and I still no car plus they lie.

These guys do all my repairs. The one and only place that I will trust to fix my cars . Prices are very reasonable as well, but work is second to none.

This shop USED to be a five star.NOT NOW!!! Depending on whom you speak to all the answers are different and they don’t know the one from the other. It’s a Geico express shop which is how they stay In business and I feel honestly that they take advantage of the fact that they know you have to go there. I was sent to 3 different areas before getting to the right place. That’s ridiculous. They are very short with you on the phone as well. The Geico adjusters are within feet of the desk yet can’t be productive enough to talk and ask a question to work out drop off questions. The Geico manager was rude and made me cry. If they are put together to work together someone needs to teach them that.

I met with Mike, he took one look at my $92,000 truck and said I dont think were going to do a very good job with this. Youre going to always see imperfections and youre gonna have to come back and were going to go around and around and its never going to be done to your satisfaction. Why dont you just take the insurance money and get on down the road?

I dented my new car by doing something really stupid. I took it to Gerber for estimate and repair. I will use them again if need be. They made me feel very comfortable.
