Bought new tires here. After installment, the alignment was so bad that the whole car was rumbling at 45 mph.I went back and complained and they had me make an appointment to get it fixed. I made the appointment.I came back at the scheduled time and gave them the keys. Four hours later, they were taking new customers and working on their cars while mine sat in the parking lot untouched.I took my car home and will NEVER be back. Terrible shop, Id give zero stars if I could. Go someplace else.

Tim Colon was a delight to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and very transparent about my service. I drove 12 hours from North Carolina to Cape Coral only to have my tire pop on the road and when I say that this TIRE KINGDOM made my daunting experience so much easier. I can’t rave enough about the friendly service and easy process and quickness of my service. They were golden I will definitely look forward to future services with them again.

I am here in Fort Myers for vacation and I got a nail in my tire. I usually go to the Tire Kingdom by the Falls in Miami, so I decided to give them a try. As I was walking in, I met the manager, Tim, who was very welcoming even though they were swamped with other customers. I ended up buying 4 new tires, which I knew I needed. Tim explained the differences in the tires and suggested good and affordable tires to buy. He even gave my parents and I soft drinks since the coffee machine wasnt available because of the pandemic. This is going to be my Tire Kingdom away from home whenever I am in Fort Myers. I already told my brother who lives here to head over to Tire Kingdom when he needs new tires.

This was the only place that could get my seized lug nuts off my tire after going to 3 different places! Didn’t charge me anything! Tim and John are great! Definitely come here!

I came in out of the blue no appointment because right had just gotten a flat tire. The store manager came out to make sure I had put my donut on correct. Had Leo take a look at it. Leo change my back out with my donut to make sure I was safe to get home. They treated me so well, didn’t ask for a dime. I was so scared and they made sure I was safe to drive. Even gave me advice to see if my original tire place would take my tires back under warranty. Thank you guys so much.

Made an appointment for 11:30 to have two tires changed. After waiting 30 minutes I saw my car still sitting in the parking lot so I asked for my keys back as he disrespectfully did laughing when I walked out. They pick and choose who they are to better service I guess at Tire Kingdom. I went to Tires Plus less than a mile away and they had me on my way in less than 30 minutes with great service. They take longer than any other shop Ive ever been to at Tire Kingdom. BEWARE

I had an appointment for Friday afternoon, I received a phone call from Tim stating they had a few jobs that ran over on time. Tim asked if I could make it in Saturday morning and I told him I could. They were able to get my car in for us service first thing and were extremely nice and professional.

Made an appointment for 10:30 on a Saturday morning to have a front end alignment and tires rotated and balance. When 3 oclock rolled around and my car was still not finished, I began to get slightly annoyed. I inquired about my vehicle and was told it was taking longer than expected because they had issues aligning the front end of my car. After waiting 5 hours I ask for my car back unfinished and took it to another tire place. Tire Kingdom is a cheap tire place and you get what you pay for. In my case, nothing. Dont

I wouldn’t take your car to get an oil change here EVER! NOT EVEN IF THEY’RE THE ONLY ONES OPEN AND AVAILABLE!I took my vehicle here just before I moved. It took 4 1/2 hours to service an oil change, tire alignment, and brake change. Now, mind you, I work in the service industry and I know very well to have empathy and full understanding when it comes to this. However.. I went in as soon as they opened and was the only one in the store. The service was already slow from the get-go but, again, have compassion. I explained to them my needs/ wants and explained when I came in as soon as they opened to ensure that they didn’t feel rushed in anyway and had more than enough time just in case.Well, I moved to another state where they are no Tire Kingdoms around and had my fiancé change my oil as he’s a mechanic and just came back from deployment and someone I can trust... He gets under my car and for 2 HOURS he fighting to open my oil plug because someone took it upon themselves and take out their bad day on my vehicle. With that being said, they applied LOCTITE on my oil plug. I’m beyond annoyed because I’ve taken my car to be serviced at different tire kingdom locations and that one, specifically, twice and each time we’ve gone there and he’s never once seen that applied before. PLEASE HEAD THIS WARNING- I wouldn’t want anyone to have to deal with this.

I couldnt get anyones attention when I pulled into Sam Galloways quick Lane so I came over to tire kingdom. All I wanted was an oil change and for them to check my tires and thats exactly what they did promptly and courteously.

Ive been back for road hazard warrantee repair and alignments covered by the premium installation package previously mentioned. Ive never had any issue with honorable service. This location seems relatively popular, so I can see the potential for a wait, that others have negatively commented on. I had an incredible experience at The Tire Kingdom today! Ray, the new service manager, was on top of things and helped me get in and out quickly and efficiently. We were having a little bit of trouble getting my warranty to show up but Ray figured it all out super fast! It was such a relief. Chris changed my tire at lightning speed. I feel much better and safer driving my family around in my car now. The waiting room was very comfortable and the vending machine has some great snacks for only 50 cents! I am very happy with their service to my car today. You should come check out this particular Tire Kingdom for a pleasant surprise!

I just got my oil changed no problem there the issue is I have a upside down cross decal on the back of my car which Ive had for over a year. I gave my car with that decal on and when I received my car back the decal has been ripped off and flipped the other way around. This is ridiculous. Ill attach pictures if anybody wants to deny it I was too in shock to bring it up after I left the store and saw it but now I wish I had.

So according to them I need a whole new rim on a 2010 Armada because instead of cleaning off the leftover hackjob sealant that another place did and cleaning it to bare metal and then resealing it the right way the 7 year old ALUMINUM RIM was rusted so it wont hold air. Then they left my rim like this on my clean car......

I dont ever write reviews but Words cant describe how I feel about this place, its one of the best experiences I have ever had in my life I had some tire problems and from the minute I called Ray and Nancy were concerned about me and my sons safety, driving like that was not safe and i had no idea. the staff is amazing, caring, professional and honest. Nancy and Ray are amazing, I would recommend this place to anyone who needs work done on their car I promise you they will not disappoint you.as long as I am in southwest Florida I will never go anywhere else to get my car service, I have been to Tire choice, Walmart car services Rick Johnson they see me and always tried to take advantage of me but not Tired Kingdom they went above and beyond to make sure I got my car fixed and me and my son were safe on the roads. This is the second time me and my husband have, gone to Tire Kindgom, we like the service, and availability of the shop. This is our go-to shop for car repairs.

These guys are FANTASTIC!!! I just bought new tires from this store about 2 weeks ago so I was super bummed when I found out I had a nail stuck in one of the new tires this morning. I brought my car in early in the morning and I didn’t have an appointment so I figured it would take a while before they would take a look at my car, but I was pleasantly surprised that they were so quick to help and patient with me asking a bunch of questions! They patched up the tire and had me out of there in less than an hour and the repair was free with the tire warranty!THANK YOU GUYS AT THE TIRE KINGDOM AND THANK YOU TERRELL FOR BEING AN EXCELLENT STORE MANAGER!!!

Got a screw in the side wall of the tire. Made an appointment for 1pm next day to get a new tire put on. I was at work so my wife had to take the car in. Not only did they take over an hour to swap out 1 tire, but they also told my wife that the filters in the car were extremely dirty and needed to be changed and that the car had a couple of leaks. Thankfully my wife is no dummy. I cannot say the same thing for the staff at this particular Tire Kingdom. Had they looked at their records they would have seen that the exact same car was in their shop 5 days ago for a full service. Oil flush, full synthetic oil change, filters and so on and so on. So why are the filter dirty 5 days later and why is it suddenly leaking oil??? All because a female was the customer instead of man. Tire Kingdom you lost a good repeat customer. Great Job!!! And also someone decided for some reason to dig through the glove box also. No reason whatsoever for anyone to be in the glove box.

Went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I asked TJ how much it would cost to check the balance on the tires while they had them off as my 2016 T&C with 12k miles had a front end vibration at higher speeds. He said no charge unless a tire was out of balance. As we talked further I asked how much to check the alignment. Again he said no charge unless it was out of alignment. Turned out my left front tire was seriously out of balance and they gave me a computerized report on the alignment that showed it was good. Only charge in addition to oil change was $10 to properly balance the tire!About a year ago I took it into Galeana Chrysler for the same problem and they charged me almost $300 and did not fix the problem!Finally a knowledgeable, honest service shop I can trust!! Will have all my future business!! Now drives better than new! Thank you!

Very Slow service. My boyfriend brought in his work van to get new tires. He sat there from 2pm (which his appointment was 1 but he went a little late) and the work was not done until after 7 pm. They would not give a time or an estimated time as to when it will be complete just that they are balancing the tires and it’s been an hour since that was said. Very irritating. Definitely DO NOT recommend this location. The one by 75 is faster and better service in my opinion

Great service in difficult times. I’m a senior and have health issues that make me very vulnerable to the virus. T.J., the manager, and staff went out of their way to accommodate me and make my visit safe. Highly recommend- just call and explain what you need and they will figure it out for you.

I have used this business for years and they have always been helpful, prompt, and professional. They are all very knowledgable and skilled in their business. T.J. and Ray are always especially kind and helpful. Most recently, they repaired something that a local dealership messed up. I am grateful to this business and I highly recommend them.

Worst experience ever. Sent us away with a flat tire. Luckily we made it to Tire Kingdom south. The guys over there were super nice. This branch is horrible. Rude and reckless.

Had to change a wheel 4 weeks ago

When I dropped off the vehicle they told me it would be done late that day so I told them I would just pick it up the next day. I was also shown on the computer that it would be a total of $570 and some change. When I show up after 3pm the next day my van was not done and my bill was now $670 and some change. No explanation as to why the bill was more. About 10 minutes after I arrived they brought the van out, with the wrong tires. I let them know that I wanted to replace 2 tires with the same matching tires which I bought there last year. That is not what happened. So the manager at least showed concern but the correct tires were not in stock so now I have to take the van back next weekend and wait God knows how long. After that was scheduled I got in the van and noticed my glove compartment was open. When I tried to close it, it would not close. So I get out go around and come to find out that they broke the glove compartment while inspecting my cab air filter. Mistakes happen but I’m a bit bothered that this was not mentioned to me on the contrary it was kept quiet I guess to see if I wouldn’t notice. So I go back inside and once again the manager showed empathy and was noticeably upset with her team. The mechanic then says he can fix it. That’s when I had to tell him I would not be ok with him rigging it out. The plastic hook is obviously broken there’s no repair to it. Manager then assured me that a new compartment would be ordered for Saturday when I return to correct the other screw up. So once again I get in my van to leave and notice that my maintenance required light was still on. So once again inside I go. Manager once again called mechanic and asked him to clear the maintenance required message. Now, did my oil even get changed??? Who knows because my engine runs clean so the oil looked clean regardless so for all I know they forgot to do that aswell.This is not the first time I use you guys but after this experience I truly believe it will be my last. I work in customer service myself and I hold my guys accountable for their work and before we leave a customers home we make sure we inspect everything and then we walk the job with the customer to make sure they are satisfied. I assure you I didn’t get that level of customer services from this visit.

They gave me an estimate and told me that they can have it done for me that same day. Very happy with this place, will definitely be going there again.

After having another store check my car and misdiagnosed it, I contacted Tire Kingdom off Cleveland Ave, Gabe and John correctly diagnosed the problem and repaired the car for much less $ than was originally quoted by the other store. I had a flat tire on I 75 this morning around 8 AM. As a wheelchair bound veteran, this would normally be a serious challenge. I called this location and spoke to a man named Dylan that not only said he could help out, he personally texted me a number of a towing company and got me squared away with new tires. Dylan and the staff we’re very helpful and accommodating. This location is highly recommended!

They guys that work there either do not have any automotive knowledge or are just trying to rip you off. I went there today to replace my bent wheel. I purchased a new wheel online and went there to get the tire swapped and tire pressure also. The guy at the counter told me it would cost 0.5 hour labor about $60. He said: We have to program the tire pressure sensor, lol what? You are reusing my old tire pressure sensor which still works and charge me for that?Before that I had a bad experience where they charged me for a new valve stem and they put the old one back in place. I confronted the store managed and they said it was a mistake...Do not take your car for repairs here. They have no idea what theyre doing, theyre very SLOW, and they charge way to much.I ended up taking my wheel to another shop, done in 30 minutes and everything went well.

Came here because my right tire kept having a slow leak, found out the problem and needed to purchase a new one. They didnt have any in stock but another location did, the wait time was going to be over an hour! but one of the employees there John, immediately offered to go pick it up so that I wouldnt have to wait over an hour and a half. He picked the tire up, changed it out, and got me on my way! really appreciated the great customer service! hence the reason why Im writing this review:) great customer service keeps your customers coming back Ill definitely be back thanks again John!

This started out as a bad situation. A simple repair resulted in a replacement engine because of a mechanics mistake. Right from the start the mechanic and the store manager, Jonathan, took ownership of the mistake. Tire Kingdom ended up replacing the engine at no cost to me. At all times they were courteous and responded to all my queries in a timely fashion.Everyone is entitled to a mistake; it’s how they respond that defines the experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Tire Kingdom in the future and I will continue to use them for any vehicle repairs in the future.

I was told a week advance if I bought my car in sunday it was there less busiest. Planned I.n Advanced. Been coming here since 2012. No issues.. all of a sudden cant have it ready in time allotted. I have to work to pay them and roof over my head. One day missed Im sunk. What do u do. But my michanic promises he will try to have it will be done we shall see. Im worried. Stay tuned

The new staff at this store are great!! They took the time to explain what my car needed. They seemed really busy and not a lot of workers in the garage, yet they still took the time to personally help me. I didnt feel rushed or passed over.
