I was on Vacation and rented a vehicle to get around and sight see when the car completely shutdown. I was so upset and angry and scared because I did not know who to call. I was able to google a towing company near by and Starfive Transport was my first choice. I am so glad I choose them. They showed up really fast. They were so friendly and kind and helpful. There pricing was also reasonable. I will definitely recommend this company when ever your at need.

I used this company for tow service, during what seemed like my worst vacation ever, after having car trouble i could not find a tow company to tow me, after reaching Starfive from the online number, i finally got help, they where on time, professional, and the price was right considering it was a busy weekend, these guys saved me that day and they were profesional and friendly.. if i ever need help again they are my #1 choice.

My car got impounded and Eric was by my side to help me the entire time. My car would not start . Not only helping others in the yard as well he patiently waited and helped me figure out a solution to my problem. I will now be referring all of my friends and family to five-star for their transport needs. Star five gets 10 stars from me.

Geico set up roadside assistance with this company. We were given a 2 hour eta. (Arrival at midnight) They never showed, put us straight through to voicemail and their mailbox is full. After 5 hours, they did show up. They had police calls they had to answer.Hoping they get the car to where it’s supposed to go.

Should not get a rating. In the middle lane on 75. This tow company needs to road test drivers, because as they were getting on 75 came right on over to the middle lane where we was already. We are alert drivers had to do some hard braking to keep from a could of been a bad accident. But this crazy no feelings driver just kept going.This company needs to do a lot of apologies.

My vehicle was towed there after an accident. When I went to retrieve my belongings several personal items were stolen and the rest of my belongings were rummaged through and literally thown to the rear of the vehicle. And this was not due to the accident, as these were secure in storage compartments when I left the accident scene. Thieves. Do not do business with them and do not let them tow your car.

In regards to Jesse Whites comment, we do not conduct in this type of business, our impound facility is equipped with cameras, and we only allow the registered owners in the vehicle, or your insurance company, or the tow company your insurance company provides. We are not responsible for your secondary towing, maybe a better insurance company might fix your problems, you pay for what you get remember that before falsely accusing a tow yard of anything.

Took my vehicle to this shop and had a terrible experience! The staff was extremely rude and I will certainly never be using this business ever again!
