Apollo helped find LED downlights to replace OEM halogen lights that are no longer available. Same fit and look as the originals. Service was great.

I wanted light fixtures for my workout space and realized the owners frequently used the N word and then claimed it’s because someone else started it. No accountability and the two sides argument is inexcusable to say the least. What a sham if a company and to the community.

The store is spotless and organized. I called and spoke to Dana about a light I had that I didn’t know the sku or name of. I was able to email her a picture of the light, and she responded within minutes. I ordered two lights and arrived at my house the next day. You cant beat the amazing customer service and honest prices!

I asked to speak with John to discuss an issue. He never called me back and instead had his wife step in. Take ownership of the issue.

Its a shame some people would watch something on the news and decide to write a horrible review on this company. I had the pleasure of working with this company. Its refreshing to work with people who stand by their customers and their products. I would happily work with them again with my future projects.

I phoned in to get an estimate on light fixtures. The employee who answered my call said she couldnt understand my accent and hung up. I called back and tried to speak as clearly as I could, but she still said they couldnt help me and hung up a second time. Yes, I have an accent as English is not my primary language but at least make an effort to hear out a potential customer. I ended up going with Capitol Lighting, it was a further drive for me but they had excellent customer service. Avoid Apollo Lighting, there are so many better options.

This place is the worst for getting lighting. I would not rely on them for a flashlight. Extremely rude and not solution oriented.

The Marine Lighting inventory was outstanding and extremely organized. You can’t meet a friendlier Staff. Very accommodating and the CUSTOMER SERVICE was outstanding. If they don’t have it in stock they go out of their way to find exactly what you want and order it for you.

Great experience! We walked in with broken lights from our boat, clueless as to parts and models. The knowledgeable owner found what we needed and kindly explained how to replace complicated covers and fittings. Wish we’d found them sooner! We’ll be back as our boat refit progresses.

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I called to get an estimate for a subcontracted lighting project and initially my call was disconnected (no problem with that) so I called back. I was then placed on hold for 30 min until I finally hung up and called once more and eventually able to explain the scenario that took place as well as the nature of my call. The woman that answered phone became incensed when I spoke and extremely rude before finally passing the phone over to another worker named John that only escalated my frustration by his unprofessional demeanor. Not quite sure how this is a credible operation? I have taken my business elsewhere and so should you.

Call today about lighting, pressed 1002 and reached a lady named Brandy. She was extremely rude. She pointed out I sounded BLACK and she wanted to make I had money for the service because most BLACK cannot afford lighting. She thought she placed me on hold however she didn’t and while speaking to another employee I’m assuming she called me the N-word. She stated she hates when Black Broke N-woe calla her store. I will be filling a complaint with BBB and the State.
