This place is soooooo cool. They have a stunning showroom of consignment items. Dont hesitate when you see something you fall in love with. Things move quickly and I missed out on an amazing original painting. Their salespeople are super professional and helpful.

We found a cabinet on the floor in which we were interested. We chose to wait a bit for a price drop and we succeeded! We paid for the piece over the phone and arranged for delivery just a few days hence. We think we got a great value and Encore did everything they said they were going to right on time. John, the manager, was very helpful in guiding us to a fruitful conclusion! Kudos!

I have been searching for accent chairs for over a year. Retail stores just didnt have what I wanted or caught my eye. I drove pass this place once and reminded myself to check it out. Because I realized that if retail stores didnt have a chair I like maybe an antique or consignment store will. And as luck would have it. I came across these two beauties. And snatched them up🤗🤗. This place has some beautiful pieces of furniture and knick knacks. Furniture that predates me and looks like great quality. Im in love with my chairs. And the sales person Arthur was so nice and friendly. He allowed me to browse around without breathing down my neck. He explained the pricing and gave me space to relish in the beautiful pieces through out the store and there are many. You really have to take your time in here because you could miss something spectacular. The vases, beds, sofas, chairs, rugs, wall decor you name it. So glad I found this place thats not hidden at all. I recommend stopping by... you will be surprised and glad you stopped in.

Easiest furniture purchase & delivery EVER!Gino, sales associate I worked with, was informative & not pushy with making a sale & once I decided to make my purchase the next day, I had my furniture delivered within 2 days. I was able to do the transaction via email and texting! The delivery guys were a pleasure to work with. On time, happy and fast!I had gone to several stores around town both consignment & new. Encore has a beautiful selection of higher end furniture that was clean and unique. All styles.Any future furniture purchases will be made at Encore!

If you’re looking for furniture and decor Encore is well worth visiting regularly or visiting their website daily to see all new items listed. Encore is not wedded to one style. The main commonality is that everything is in excellent condition.I saw chairs and tables from famous mid century designers and modern American made furniture manufacturers for a fraction of the cost on sites like Chairish and 1stdibs. Such fun! Arthur showed me how to set up my wishlist on their website so I get notified when new items come in. He’s also such a gentleman and a very nice guy.

You can always find something amazing here, no matter what your tastes are. The smart shopper will learn to read the tags and when to come for the best bargain.

This store is absolutely amazing. I want everything! This is the nicest consignment store I have ever been in. There is 25,000 square feet of exceptional jewelry, furniture, lighting, art, and home decor items. Everything is arranged far more artfully than I could ever think to put it together. Items are a third to a half less than you would pay at retail. They claim to move 50 percent of the inventory every week so be prepared to buy if you find something you want.I was looking for a new bedroom set and while I loved several sets they all had a sold sign on them. I am going to have to keep an eye out. If I had an extra $3,000 lying round I would have snapped up a dining room set. Too bad I didnt buy that Game Stop. You can check Encore Interiors website for inventory so you dont have to keep going to the store to see their latest and greatest. You will want to visit often though because you will leave with tons of great decorating ideas.

They have furniture thats different, somewhat overpriced. I just look for good deal, sometimes they have new stuff.

My aunt and my self have been a long time consumer of Encode Interiors.I had visited a few rides in the past week.I notice a sales person named Phillip of African decant who jept eyeing me around the store the past few times.I went in today to purchase a piece of furniture with a measuring tape as I came in to head towards the piece Phillip walked right up to me and 2 feet in my face blocking my way u found it bazaar because as a employee Phillip should now 6 feet distance is still in place.I felt very uncomfortable as he asked me what am I looking for I said I was just on my way to measure a piece of furniture.This was very much uncalled for and unprofessional to invade my space.I felt it was a prejudice intent on me as a very long time consumer.I am Italian white woman and Phillip is a black man who was intimidating me from the start of entering the store.

Since I discovered this place, I make regular visits just to wander around and see whats there. Ive found many great items for my house, as well as accessories, dishes, glassware and great jewellery pieces. Whenever I need something new or want to replace something, I know to go there first. The staff are wonderful, kind and accommodating. Its a beautiful store, and they get amazing furniture and pieces!

I’m sure everyone realizes that at this time all our businesses are closed and we’re all finding it a little frustrating. This is really not a time to be Lashing out about things that are not in our control. I just LOVE this place and Love the people that work here! Everyone is always so nice! I started coming here just to consign ONLY, but once I set foot inside the store I could not help to start buying, specially when I compare prices at the internet and I see that the prices at Encore are lower. I really enjoy opening cabinets and looking at everything that is inside, I have found several beautiful pieces.

What a great establishment! When transitioning from a house to a condo, was able to sell the large dining room furniture from the house, and purchase a smaller set for the new place. Jeff and Chuck are committed to service excellence and quality products. Highly recommended!!!

Its hard to buy furniture at regular retail venues after being in this store. I love this place. The furniture is always changing so you have to go fairly regularly to catch the fleeting treasures in this place. Generally, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The new location is a lot more convenient to get to. This is worth a visit.

Ive purchased so many odds and ends here, all stunning stuff. Ill go in with no intention to buy anything but with such an array of beautiful things I always walk out with something. I bought an art deco vase, a gorgeous Greek bas relief on slate, a vintage atomizer and more... The furniture and art are stunning as well! The staff is very sweet and helpful as well!

Great experience. Bought a leather sofa for about 1/3 off price new in great condition with just one small blemish. Very happy with their service, the way they display and how they treat customers as guests! Went to pick up the sofa a few days later and had another great experience. I would give them no stars if it was possible. Dont buy anything from here unless you can carry it out yourself. I was a longtime customer but I will not be back. I purchased a bed and arranged for delivery. It was not easy to arrange because they cant tell you when they will get to your house just the day. I had an emergency and had to leave town. I called to cancel the delivery. As I was trying to explain to the lady that my mother was in the emergency room she loudly started counting over me and said they cant hold anything past 10 days. Then she said when will I get the bed. With so many consignment stores in South Florida I wont waste my time in encore interiors again.

I always thought consignment stores were dreary places full of dust and sad past glories. Enter Encore! The furniture is beautiful and in near mint condition. The showroom had nothing to envy Macys or Neiman Marcus. Service is excellent and I bought a gorgeous table for Very reasonable price. Worth a visit!

This is one of those experiences which just did not go right from the outset. We wrote (and subsequently sent photos) of a vintage chandelier that we wanted to part with. We were given an appointment time. We showed up - and was told we didnt have an appointment. After further investigation, we found that in fact, we did have an appointment. Someone at their end simply did not follow through. We relied on their expertise to assess a price that was reasonable. Over a week (or maybe two!) later, we saw that our piece was not on the website! In calling them, they found that something had happened to the upload on their end. They apologized and offered to extend the deadline for us. We picked up the item today, as it still has not sold. Dismayed, disappointed in the lack of attention to details seems (at least to us) to be a downside to this operation. They do seem to have very niece items for sale - guess ours was just one of those experiences that went wrong from the very beginning to the end.

Our old couch had seen better days. We wanted a great sofa without paying an arm or leg for it, and we are big fans of taking in lightly used items instead of adding into the landfill. This consignment store has a huge collection of beautiful things for sale, ranging from almost antique to modern. Most of the items there appear to be in almost new or good condition, with many not showing any sign of use or obvious wear and tear. The transaction went smoothly, including the delivery. They arrived on time and were very careful with making sure our new sofa and glass table wouldnt get damaged on the way. Their prices are more reasonable than most other consignment stores. We will return for more shopping

These people work hard for the money they make. I’ve seen consignment stores before; but, those were like junk sales. This place sells stuff i’ve Seen in the DCTA ( Design Center of the Americas). They sell end tables that originally went for ten grand now down below a thousand! If you like the high end Furniture and the fancy JAB or Pierre Frey upholstery and you can’t or won’t buy through a designer; Encore is your chance. This place has the goods. Ask for Arthur, the guy can design anything. Bring your home’s special measurements. You’re going to want to bring a credit card too.
