Store staff is awesome and helpful once you go in, good luck actually getting them on the phone to check if they have something in stock however, tried calling a few times over the course of my morning for about 4 hours decided to just go in only to find out they dont have my battery in stock....Edit: I went there on Saturday not Monday so why are you replying telling me you where closed Monday it has nothing to do with the above statement.

First time there, didnt buy anything. Searched Google Maps for cell phone repair that is why I went there, didnt even know they did that until saw it on Google.Didnt have screen replaced, a little higher than last place and I wanted to look around more. Looks like they do it all though, Apple & Android.Definitely will go back for batteries or bulbs, look to have a good selection. Lot of LED flashlights as well.Nice store, clean, nice guys there.

I purchased a key & took it to them to be cut & THEY BROKE IT (cut incorrectly) & then he didn’t want to give me a refund for the key because he didn’t purchase it, but you guys broke it!!! What is $75?! Then he accused me of not purchasing the key, when I sent him the receipt, that he asked for. Worst service I’ve ever got in my life. Why do you have a manager who doesn’t know how to cut keys properly at a key place?!Update: By the grace of God this man finally gave me my money back. I am very grateful, but they will never see my face again!

After placing a web order for my boss, I received an email an hour later that my battery was ready for pickup. But when I arrived the store said it was a mistake and they dont have it. He said it would take a week to arrive in store and he would email me when it arrived.Later that day my boss told me to cancel the order because he needed the battery that day to backup our servers. I tried to cancel the order over a week ago but still have not heard from theFort Lauderdale store.

Took my iPhone in to have the battery replaced and got my phone back with the home button and speaker not working. The store manager told me he didn’t know what happened to my phone during the fix. He then took the phone apart again to try to fix it without any luck. Told me to take it to Dr iPhone as he didn’t know what happened. I asked for the original battery back and he reluctantly gave it back as it was a mangled mess of battery. Clearly he had trouble getting it out and in the process broke my phone. He played it off as though my phone wasn’t working when I brought it in yet he used it before I had left and it worked fine. He offered me a no charge on the battery replacement as a resolution (admitting guilt in my opinion) but that he couldn’t help me beyond that. I had to take my phone to apple which cost me $150 to replace the screen. They told me that the screen is very sensitive and was broken in the process of this store replacing the battery. They said this is why they don’t recommend a 3rd party to work on iPhones and I agree. Do yourself a favor and don’t take your phone to this place. I called batteries plus corporate and the owner of this franchise has neglected to call me back like they have demanded. He or she is probably hoping that I will just drop this but it’s a matter of principal and owning your faults than about the money. For the owner reading this review, you will be receiving my letter of intent to file a lawsuit with small claims court. With your zero intent to try and resolve this issue, I will be having my lawyer take this to the fullest extent.

I bought a Dustbuster. Only 3 months after the purchase the batteries wouldnt hold a charge that would last more than a couple minutes. Batteries Plus built me a new battery pack for the Dustbuster. That was about a year ago and those batteries work perfectly. I will always go to Batteries Plus to help me with my battery needs since they did such a great job on this project.

Went there for a boat battery charger. I did some research online to find a boat battery chargers. Found The most popular one waterproof on line. They sold the one I was looking for and in stock it my local location. It was the lowest price even them amazon. Went there today walked in the door showed the clerk the item I was looking form my phone walk me right to it. He explain the item to me answered all my questions. It was $73.93. I love finding items locally then having to order them online. This is the charger I bought Noco Genius G3500 Charger.

Got my phone fixed. After Fingerprint scanner goes busted. Now i found my GPS is also busted after the fix... had to wait another 30 min. More after an hour of wait for my phone. As the tech guy insert aoem other customer to attend aswell.friendly culture from the staff is worth mentioning.

Sold me a battery that needs to be charged everyday which mean clearly there is something wrong with it. I took it back to them a week later and they wouldnt honor their warranty and exchange a new one for me. Do not trust these people, they are over priced and the quality are bad. On the back of their reciept it says you can return within 14 days and yet I brought it back within that time period not to return it but to get a exchange for something that would work properly but yet they refused.

I ordered a lap top battery nearly 2 weeks ago. I had not received a call by 10/23 so I went into the store to check on the status. Keep in mind, I paid a little over $100 for it up front. When I get to the store, the battery had not been ordered. I was told at that point, it would be ordered for next day and it would be delivered to me. I didnt call 10/24, I gave extra time. I call today and Im informed that I have to wait until Friday. The clerk(who originally messed up the order) was impatient and rushed me off the phone. I am very unhappy with this store. I used Batteries Plus all the time in the Tampa Bay area and never had an issue. I will not return to this store.

Went to get a key I brought in to program for my car to open the doors ONLY and took over an hour to cut the key and then another hours to tell me they cant program it. I asked for the key cutting to be comped due to waisting my time for something I didnt ask for and was denied. I honestly think it was the first time they attempted to cut and program a key. Huge waste of time.

They wont replace your batteries after they go bad, dont believe their warranty. I returned a battery after three month, They said since it was reading under 10V (ridiculous excuse) they wont return battery.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL, boat owners went in on Friday to prepay for a set of boat batteries. I was just down there today (Saturday 11/7/15).THE STORE WAS CLOSED. They dont answer their phone. Talked to another store and they said they hear about arbitrary closings of this store on a regular basis. Now they have my money and my batteries and I have know way to take the boat tomorrow without spending another 500.00 for a set of batteries. Tried calling corporate and surprise, surprise they-re closed as well.
