Visited this location for the first time, probably one of things that I liked the most was the outside sitting area. It seemed very inviting and relax, plenty of natural shade provided by the nice trees.Staff was polite though they were very busy even though I visited on a Sunday late afternoon. Meaning on weekdays probably it is very, very busy.This is not the usual starbucks that I visit but for sure will come back and sit on that area outside. 😁

This store is very well located near the corner of Federal Highway and Commercial Blvd. It is very busy but the staff is friendly and efficient. The parking here is a challenge and anyone that is not planning to use the drive-through needs to plan ahead and make additional time to find a parking spot. Overall, a good Starbucks pickup location.

Great service at this store. The people working here are always working so hard. Especially Kara she goes above beyond to make sure my order is correct any time she assist me.

It’s a regular corporate coffee shop with employees that act like they work for a regular corporate business. Takes longer to get a coffee if you walk inside thank go true drive-true. They on occasion will try and warm up more than one sandwich in their oven. But you can’t do that because they don’t cook all the way true and end up still frozen in the inside. Business like this is why I brew my own coffee.

Very nice and friendly! They are always very busy, but the staff has been very efficient! If you want an indoor table in the morning to get some work done on your laptop/tablet, be sure to get there earlier otherwise, you won’t find a table. Also, it’s very hard to get in and out of their parking lot. Anyhow those coffees, lattes, treats are always delicious!

I typically just brew plain coffee at home but I had a gift card to use. Somewhat overwhelmed with the selections, a gracious employee asked me a few questions about my preferences then made a recommendation which I went along with. Its delicious. I wish I remembered what was in it. The point here is the exceptional attitude of the staff since we already know how good this coffee is. Great job this local Starbucks and thank you.

Im just a food delivery guy but when I walked in Starbucks to give the name of the person I was picking up for Jodi ask me whats my name and how am I with a smile . it was my first smile of that day and it made my day . Great moment at Starbucks

Stood in line to place my order. An older female associate stepped in front of me (super close) for some hand off. No polite courtesy exchanged. Got to the front of the line, was asked if I had a mobile order; I said no. The associate proceeded to the next person behind me but failed to mention I had to place my order else where. Didnt find out until I asked. Then I waited in line all over again... Got to my car an 1 if 3 drinks top wasnt secured. Thankfully, I placed them in a plastic bag. 3 stars bc while I understand being busy, youre a corporate chain and attention to detail is everything.

Today I tried the strawberry funnel cake Frappuccino and all my taste buds were in heaven. I have yet to try anything from Starbucks that I did not like pinky drinkies are the most refreshing drink on a hot day. If youre looking for a bite to eat but dont want a full meal the banana cake slice is the perfect treat. As I said there is nothing that I have found here yet that I have not liked. Staff is always very friendly as well

If you want to stand at the register for several minutes without any of the four people behind the counter acknowledging your wait or helping you order; if you want to order a venti thats only 3/4 full; if you want to give special instructions and the person making the drink not follow them; if you want to receive an extremely hot beverage without a sleeve (risking that you burn yourself or drop your overpriced drink): you should definitely visit this Starbucks location!

Today 3/9/2021 at 7 pm I went for a quick coffee in my way to the cinema and I got an urgent email. I bought the coffee and the intention was to sat for a few minutes at starbucks at 4854 N Federal Hwy but I was told I could not seat. I was the only one in this large store in which there are 5 or 6 employees I came to know. I standed up answering my urgent email when Josh came to me and said I had to leave. Again I was standing in a corner (Because my ipad was charging) with my mask in an emply Starcbuck. I explaned to him that I was doing something urgent that was going to take just a few minutes and I would drink my coffee really fast because I wanted a refill.The store is huge and there was nobody there since the lobby is closed but open to ask for orders inside. Josh right away called the police.As promised I right away finished the coffee and he refused to give me the refill.I have been in many starbucks that are completely open to public when people like me have a mask and there is no issue and there are some like this one they let you come in and want you out immediatly.I think employees like this one bring a bad name to the chain and expose the franchise to a bad name and possible law suits.It is difficult to comprehend how this person is not scared to work a full shift with all those employees but believes because a customer stands 10 minutes or less in a corner with a mask creates such a threat to his health.I believe with this type of behaviours of employees this store should be close to public to save them from these kind of emplyees mistreatment, lack of customer service and common send and they should just do a drive through.After a year in the pandemic I think the employees should know better that in such a large store one person for 10 minutes with a mask in a corner is not a threat compare to 5 or 6 employees working with them.I hope Starbucks give classes to employees like this one to have a better undertanding of the pandemic, customer service and city laws.This Starbucks probably survives due to its great location.About a year ago I dont even remember what it was I was going to write a bad review on it for a mistreatment I suffered but I dont even remember even what it was. But today seeing 5 o 6 employees and there was a police officer that also saw them, it was lack of common sense that a customer standing in a small area answering an emergency situation was a such a health threat.To sum up, I find the store employee acting ridiculoulsy and I hope the owner of the store can provide customer service classes, and pandemic and health classes or accomodate better this employee so he does not find that a customer with a musk in a corner for a few minutes creates such a health theat to his who was very far away from that corner surrunded by 5 or 6 employees, since everyone came out of the kitchen.

The new homeless policy is very evident in the bathroom of this place, beyond filth, beyond disgusting. Never again.

Coffee and service is great. But the location is terrible!!! So hard to get into the parking lot. No way to park because of the drive thru line. Had to park in another companys parking lot and risk being towed just to walk over to pick up my mobile order. Will definitely not try this location again in peek hours.

A drive-through Starbucks on Federal Hwy, US1, accross from the Holy Cross hospital. It was busy so it was a bit slow.

Dunkin donuts quality service here. The people who work in this location seems to be irritated being there and they seem they cant mobile orders right and they get bothered when you correct them when you have the receipt to show that you indeed purchased what they said you didnt. Btw, check the blueberries, they were rotten when I bought the blueberry oatmeal last saturday

Starbucks is a fairly consistent go to. I take business meetings there all the time. You can get the same item at any Starbucks. Some are better than others because they have couches or comfortable chairs to sit in. Sometimes it is hard to get a table or even a seat because people camp out in Starbucks all day long. I like it a lot.

I’m only at Starbucks a couple times a month, but this one is a nice place to visit with friends and have something to drink. Service is quick and friendly. Get the app and order ahead... it’s ready when you get there. Very convenient.

Best Starbucks Ive ever been to. One manager is so good that when I walk in the door, if hes not too busy hell usually have my drink ready before I even get to the counter. And Ive seen him do the same for other regulars too. I even emailed the district manager to tell him what a good job this guy was doing, and she emailed me a $10 electronic gift card to say thanks for the positive feedback - Im super impressed!

Great service, but have some self awareness management. The music is blasting like a dance club at 6 am. Cant even relax and enjoy a coffee while waking up, or concentrate on prepping my workday. Ive been in some pretty wound up bars at 11 pm that arent this loud...

I honestly do not understand how this starbucks has good ratings... I work a few blocks away and used to go every morning. the service is subpar at best, they take FOREVER!!! to take your order, usually never get correct. I once got a matcha frap with barley any matcha, had to go inside and ask them to remake it only to leave annoyed because i asked for no classic or whip and got both. the only reason why i’m giving them the second star is because I have encountered a few baristas that have been very nice to me but mostly, it’s just all around terrible customer service with zero attention to detail.

Imagine having to wait 25 minutes for a simple drink order and a sandwich. Worst service I’ve ever received.

The barista put my cup on top of the machine and forgot it there. I was waiting for my order and she realized it was there. I was on break so my time was limited.

The staff is friendly and drinks basically always come out top notch...but lord, they need to do something about the lines. This location is always a super long wait and generally a total shambles. As a working mom with two little kids, caffeine is a huge part of my life, and dragging two toddlers out of their seats and across this disaster of a parking lot isn’t my cup of green tea!! I wish abled-bodied people with fancy complicated orders and who are very particular would consider going into the store :/Edit: I’m doing this in the drive thru line now, where I’ve been since 10:03 am.It’s now 10:25 am. And I’m still the third car back.

Always out of cookies! Everyday, anytime of the day. Usually drinks never come out the way they are supposed to, as opposed to other locations. Hit or miss depending on the day. I wish there was more consistency on the end products.

Everyday by 9am they run out of cold brew. The nitro machine for the cold brew is always broken at this location. Long lines in the drive through daily. Between 7am and 1pm are the busiest times. If sitting in the drive thru, you can expect to wait atleast a solid 20 minutes. Inside of the building is very well maintained and friendly staff. Unfortunately since this seems to be a daily occurrence, I have to take my business to another Starbucks a mile or 2 down the road.

Service is a little slow seems to be understaffed for the volume of customers they receive. But the coffee came out right and the staff that was there was friendly. Just my observation by how long the people where waiting to give their orders about 5 minutes after I took my seat.

Forgot the cinnamon powder as ordered -placed the coffee in the wrong area so that x2 people touched the lid of my coffee to lift it up and see if it was theirs. Ugh. One staff on his phone-must not be good management

Would give this location zero stars if I could! I’m done ever visiting this place again even though I’m an avid Starbucks drinker. On multiple occasions they screw up my drink(s) and this last time they didn’t reload my rewards card after charging my credit card. The store manager was HORRIBLE and rude!! Thank you corporate for actually practicing true customer service and other locations holding higher standards!

They were very friendly, but they did mess up my drink. Im sure they would have fixed it if I mentioned it, but it wasnt a big deal. Decently clean, bathrooms were not the cleanest Ive ever seen or even close. Overall experience could have been better but it could have been soooo much worse.

Theyre one of the ones that leave them out for you to take (I cant stand the stores that make you ask the busy baristas for your mobile drink.)

I always go there, just some members of the staff don’t even smile or say hello nor welcome or not even Hi. Starbucks has the reputation of great customer service but this store lack little of it. Also, tables and seating are old, old, old. Dear Manager, gets hands on !! Juan.

Starbucks is Starbucks, but the staff brought my experience to a new low. I usually gets a piece of ice lemon pound cake to go with my coffee as I did on this trip but watching a sloppy employee take it out of a plastic package and shaking into a bag ruined my experience. it made me feel like I was at Walmart opening up a box and grabbing a iced lemon pound cake out of a prepackaged box. Fast and sloppy is not what I expect when paying a premium.

Theres a barista named Sasha who really exudes what customer service is all about. What do I mean, I noticed she looks all the customers in the eyes and greets and with an incredible smile. Shes even gotten to know my name personally and addresses me when I come through the door. If more people could take their job with the onus that she has we wouldnt have too many customer service issues out there. Dr. Rodger.

Good coffe store, I really like the way that is inside the store, there is space for people to join your coffe and join the internet without being too close others.

This is one of the few Starbucks where the coffee is consistently delicious (not burned). Ive been coming here for three years now and honestly its one of about three that Id actually consider.

First they need to fix the outside speaker. They cant hear well. Our order was wrong. Coffee tasted burnt. They did not include a spoon for my oatmeal and we asked for salt and sweet n low. No salt was included or napkins. Which is annoying when youre eating on the run. Starbucks used to be so much better.. Thats why we pay more to drink it. AND ITS NOT JUST THIS LOCATION the Titusville location is horrible too. Always forgetting something or giving us the wrong coffee. We used to absolutely love Starbucks

This Starbucks is a great example of how the people make the experience great. I love coming and seeing the baristas. Ive travelled all over the world and have been to over a hundred Starbucks and this one is by far my favorite. Keep up the great work!!!
