How on earth is this place never open, even when their hours say they should be? Tried going a few times and its always closed, this was the last time

Martin is a very knowledgeable and friendly person to work with. I have only brewed one extract kit before and wanted to go to a home brew supply store. I called Gravity X and told Martin that I wanted to brew an IPA kit and he said “come on down and I will set you up.” I got there and he had already had a great recipe and had collected most of the ingredients with me never confirming that I was going. We ended up talking beer and wine for over an hour! What a pleasure and pleasant experience. I will be back.

Stopped by at 2:30 on a Saturday and no one is there? Really? No sign or anything. Please correct your hours on your website. Says a lot about the business.

He never answers his phone, and im not gonna waste my time driving over there to find out that he isnt even there. Which seems to be a common thing after i read the reviews on this place. Good luck competing with Craft Beer Cartel, a much more established business that actually responds to their customers.

My husband started making wine earlier this year (mango, then starfruit) and he cant say enough good things about this shop and the staff. They are very knowledgeable, help him get what he needs, and dont mind his questions. If youve ever wanted to make your own wine at home, this shop is a great tool to get you there.

At 1:00 pm it did not work. arrived then tuned in and left.

I loved that place! The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. I attended a class and was very pleased. If you are in the area definately try some good coffee.

On google maps it says theyre open monday-Saturday 10am to 5pm, but I drove here at 11:30am Friday and theres no one here, door locked, lights off, with a blank sign on the door. I called the number 3 times, no answer. I waited till 12 and then left just incase the employee was on a lunch break or something. Very unprofessional, just wasted an hour and some gas. I brew 5 batches a month, and now I will never waste my time coming here. Ill take the extra 30 minutes to drive to Craft Beer Cartel in fort Lauderdale since theyre actually open, and stay open till 10 pm.

After not answering the phone (during stated operating hours) for 2 hours, I drove over an hour to get cheese making supplies to find out they don’t do that any more. Update your web site, that’s what they’re for!!!! Thanks for wasting my time
