Did you know that Affordable Used Appliances also sells replacement parts for your current appliances? I had the unexpected inconvenience of the bake element in my 10-year-old Frigidaire oven going out over this past weekend. I knew exactly where to go to get the replacement part I needed, which was Affordable Used Appliances, which is housed in the same building as Appliance Factory. We have done business with Appliance Factory in the past and have had nothing but a great experience. I expected a good experience with Don at Affordable Used Appliances and I got exactly what I needed. I provided him with the model number of my oven, got the correct part, and had a very pleasant, efficient visit. Don told me the price of the part before he rang it up and gave me tips on how to replace the old part. He seems very knowledgeable about the parts he sells and got me on my way in no time. Great Service and prices

Let me start by saying Don at this store is great...he is friendly and easy to work with. The guy at the Greeley store is helpful too. I purchased a washer and dryer with home delivery/haul away. My beef is with the guy that delivered and installed the washer. The first washer I was given was not pulling hot water...I called Don, and he immediately told me to come down and pick out another washer to swap out for the old one per the 30 day warranty. When the delivery guy came to deliver/install the second one, it still was not pulling hot water...it was at this point that my dad mentioned are you sure that line is the hot water line? and followed the correct pipe over to my water heater (I wasnt home at the time). The delivery guy then said in newer homes, the hot water pipe is usually on the left. Sure enough, they swapped the hoses/pipes, and the hot water was working. If he knew that this was an older home, he should have had enough common sense to at least try to follow over the pipe to the water heater 3 feet away to make sure it was the correct one upon installation. Instead there was a lot of unnecessary hassle and trips made to correct the issue, and I ended up with a washer I didnt like as much as the first one, although one good thing is that I was able to throw in a dishwasher delivery for free with the swap-out. I like the 30 day warranty, but sometimes the issue is a simple one that could be troubleshot by a few quick phone questions.

My roommate and I went in for a washer and dryer about a week ago and had a wonderful experience. Don was knowledgeable and understood that we were on sort of a tight budget and found us something right in our price range. When the dryer we initially purchased broke, we were given an upgraded version at no additional cost. That is WONDERFUL customer service. The delivery men were also quick and extremely polite. I purchased a used washing machine for an affordable price. I went to all of the other used appliance retailers in Fort Collins and this was definitely the best price for the unit and installation (although full installation was more expensive than other retailers). The washer was delivered within a couple of days and it only took a couple of minutes for the delivery folks to install. So far the washer works great! There was a decent amount of used washers to choose from, it sounds like deliveries are made twice a week and I visited the store right after a shipment was received.

We took the units home, plugged them in, and the dryer worked great, but the washer leaked.We contacted Justin, and he provided a free delivery/replacement/installation of the washer in less than two days. The new washer works great, and we are very satisfied. You can trust this company to take care of you and make any potential problems right. We plan on buying there again.

When the oven in our stove died, my wife decided she wanted one that wasnt run by computer. Eventually our search took us to Affordable, where we looked at new and used appliances. They had exactly the kind of stove we wanted at a very reasonable price. We scrutinized it and found it in excellent condition. Don Laurey talked with us about the stove, their warranty options (which are very good), and arranged for its delivery. The guys who delivered it were extremely capable, very careful both with removal of the old stove (for which we were not charged) and installation of the new one, and thoroughly professional in every way. If youre looking for a used appliance, we highly recommend that you contact Don.

Found out it’s a scam, almost everything they’re saying the have online is sold but then they try to offer something else that’s older and not close the same standards for the same price. Dillon will say that the unit you were looking at has just sold yet it’s still on websites for weeks to bring you in for a buy.

The day of the delivery, the team called ahead to confirm they were on schedule. They arrived exactly on time, and had my appliance installed with no fuss in minutes. We purchased a used refrigerator that delivered on August 8th to our rental property. We decided to purchase through Affordable Used Appliances as we were told the appliances were serviced so we felt we were getting a better product than buying from a homeowner. We did not purchase the extended warranty, weve ever done this before on new or used items and havent had an issue until now. Today our renters let us know the refrigerator isnt cooling anymore, same issue the prompted us to purchase the refrigerator. I would have hoped that an appliance that was serviced would have lasted longer than 4 months, but calling this morning it looks like were having to move forward with servicing and possibly replacing again. Ill be looking for the most affordable option with future purchases since all the appliances are sold as is and there doesnt seem to be any advantage to purchasing here.

Very helpful finding reasonable appliances for our cabin in Red Feather Lakes. With limited stainless steel used inventory, Don was able to offer us a great deal on a new-in-box electric range. We also had selected a scatch-n-dent over-the-range microwave from his inventory, and he checked other local stores and found one in better condition for the same price! Both were shipped to Fort Collins within a few days, and we are ready to install them. Fantastic service, friendly folks, and a reasonable selection.

Always affordable and I have bought appliances twice from this company and they last for years without maintenance, very dependable. The company is very professional they know what they are talking about and dont pressure you into buy more expensive items. They have used as well as new stuff. Their stock is constantly changing so if they dont have what you want one week check back again later and they may just have what your looking for.

Wish I could rate less than one star....... I never rate to many times but let me explain the entire situation and maybe it’ll help you steer clear of this place. I own multiple rentals and was in a hurry to make sure my renter was taken care of because the old washer went out On her and I do not like my renters to go without. I found “Affordable” on offer up and asked about the two amazingly priced units. Of course they didn’t have those but did offer older units for pretty much the same price..... first thing wrong,, their delivery guys put the washer and dryer in backwards. Washer is suppose to go to the right and dryer to the left when it comes to front loaders. That’s why the doors open the way they do.Second, they came rusty and wore out, not the way they explained them or how the pictures were.Third, the water doesn’t drain and I brought this issue up the second day she had them. I was told they’re replace them but it’s been three weeks and haven’t heard anything.now the washer has a molding smell and leaves it on all the clothes. I wish I could add pictures of the text I’ve received from Dillon and the pictures I have of the gallons of water spilt on the floor and still left in the washer.This might be just the salesman’s lack of caring or it truly is how this company just wants to make a quick buck. But this is not how I treat my tenants. Having to buy another set to make sure she’s taken care of. smh

My gas oven decided to quit lighting. This oven came with my house and Im not sure where it was purchased. I wanted to fix it myself so I ordered a replacement part online and it was missing parts in the package. I was under the gun to fix it since we have people coming the next day and we need that oven working ASAP! There was no time for the online retailer to make it right. So I popped into this store and Matt back at the parts desk saved me and got me the exact parts I needed right there on the spot. I went home and had it fixed in half an hour.
