Love my new bike! Austin was so patient with all of my questions, and he took the time to make sure that the bike was a perfect fit before I left. All of the guys there are so knowledgeable and helpful - they all seem to really love what they do.

Unlike some of the other shops in town, the folks at Flag Bike Revolution are super friendly, knowledgeable and happy to take their time to help you out with even the simplest question. I went to three other bike shops in town trying to find a wheel that fit my 40 year old vintage bicycle. The guys here helped me figure out what I needed, taught me something I didn’t know and were patient with my questions. I will only shop at Flag Bike Revolution going forward. You guys are awesome.

Words cant even begin to describe how wonderful this bike shop is. It is seriously the best community of bike enthusiasts around, all the staff are welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable. I like to say that they have the PhD in Bikes because they know how to talk to and understand your interests and passions with bikes to help you match the components and bikes with your desires.Recently I decided to order a hard to get frame and the bike rev got it. Then Austin helped me select every single component to make the build exactly what I want. Austin and his staff helped me make sure everything was lined up and in stock given the difficult times with covid and ordering parts. Once everything arrived they called me up and I went to the shop...To validate how great this shop is, I drove from Durango, Colorado to Flagstaff to make this purchase because this shop is seriously the best. Once there they had a custom built customer bike build rack where I could see all my components lined up and they had the bike built by the end of the day! Amazing!

Austin was super helpful. I searched everywhere (literally... hours) to find my bike frame in stock. Flagstaff Bike was the only place that had it in stock. As many of yall know it is near impossible to find most bikes right now, and Flagstaff still had it listed at its original MSRP. At the time I was looking for this frame, guys on pinkbike where selling used bikes at MSRP and one person had a new frame of this bike for twice the MSRP. This place seems to have great staff and is awesome in general for offering a great value even when the supply of bikes is so low.

I’ve been looking to get active again and started looking into getting a bike. I stopped by another bike shop in town and was not asked any questions; just here is a bike I can sell you. The salesperson did not ask what I was looking for, it just appeared that they were after a quick sale. I decided to look at another bike shop and this one popped up so I went to check it out. Saturday I just went in to browse and today I went back. Rando approached me and asked if I needed help. I told him I was trying to decide so he talked to me for a while. He let me know what the best options were for me and pulled down a bike for me to try out. I took it out for a test drive and I liked it, but he pulled down another to make sure I had choices. I did appreciate it the time he spent answering all my questions and I did not feel rushed or pressured into buying anything. Great place to do business with. In my future needs, I will go back here to do business.

I had an outstanding customer experience at Flagstaff Bicycle Revolution from the moment I called them to confirm they had a particular bike in stock, to picking up the bike, to having all my questions answered. I actually drove 4.5 hours to this shop (one way) as it was the closest to me that actually had the exact bike I was looking for. I am definitely glad I made the drive because the person who helped me, his name is Rando (I think actually Randy), provided an absolutely A+ customer experience. I had no MTB experience since the 90s, and came with a list of written down questions which he answered patiently and informatively. Really, in the bike fitting, and overview, 90% of my questions were already answered. Then I was given a great deal on a helmet and bottle cage, not to mention pedals! I constantly note the bad or indifferent customer service I receive at places I spend money. I am very glad to say this time, spending a not insignificant amount of money on a new bike, and drive 9 hours roundtrip, Rando and the team at Flagstaff Bicycle Revolution made it all absolutely worth it. It is worth the effort to go there in person to get a bike. This was one of my all-time best customer service experiences. Great job FBR! (the only quibble, parking can be hard to find in the busy downtown area)

Dylan, at Revolution, was great to work with. They did not have the exact model in stock I was looking for. But he was able to put together a frame with upgraded components for a fair price. I now have a new bike and Revolution will have a steady customer.

He let my sweetheart ride two bikes to make sure she got the right size. He was thoughtful and patient when I asked a million newbie questions about bikes. Absolutely the best bicycle buying experience every! Spoke with Nick to verify inventory and compare the bikes. Spoke with Austin the next day to double check inventory before making the drive from Chandler to Flagstaff. When I arrived Austin had the bike reserved and he was waiting for me. The attention to detail when the bike was built was also very evident. He shared vast knowledge and opinion (when asked) of the different bikes in my price/category and then proceeded to do a proper fitment and set up of the bike, taking plenty of time to explain what he was doing and why. Rando and the team were incredible folks to buy a bike from. Since I live 2 hours away they helped me build my semi-custom bike over the phone. When I went in to pick it up they let me try different parts until I found the perfect fit. They were quick and professional. I love how the bike turned out. If you want to work with knowledgeable people that’ll take the time to get the perfect setup for you, this is the place.

Still trying to find my local bike shop to do the stuff I dont like doing lol! Ive tried a couple other shops in town, they did good work, but the vibe was just not for me at any of them. ALL the guys here made me feel welcome the second I walked in! I went in for an annual suspension refresh. From drop off to pick up, everything went smoothly. I was advised a 2-3 day turnaround based on current work in their queue. My bike was done in 2 days! This time of year is probably not their busiest, but still, turnaround was accurate and work was well done. The guys even offered to reset my sag (psis were the same as when I dropped off) but I was ok with where everything was preset at as I didnt have my full gear on anyhow. All of the used seals that were replaced were returned to me, so now I have some emergency seals/wipers if needed. I think Ive found my local shop for the stuff I dont like doing! Thanks FBR! You guys are awesome!!

Ive been on a road trip for a couple months and have had to find a few shops along the way for repairs and parts. These guys have hands-down been the best to work with. They have managed to keep a healthy parts inventory during Covid and got me all dialed in with a new cassette, rear wheel, and 2 new tires installed in about an hour. F-ing stellar customer service and just an all around positive experience.

I had my bike serviced here during the Covid situation so it was understandably a little different from the usual experience. I brought in a bike that was showing serious signs of wear due to sitting outside. We replaced the chain and sprocket on the rear wheel, along with the brake flush and full tune up. They told me turn around is 5-7 days and I’ll receive a call if anything needs attention (I never received that call). They finished the work in 2 days, which is awesome! When I got it back it was skipping a bit when climbing, I let them know and was expecting them to say something about it’s age and/or wear and to replace so and so for however much, instead they fixed it free of charge.Overall I worked with a couple guys but Austin really took care of me, made it quick and simple and the work is solid. I will definitely be using this shop again and just wanted to thank them for their great work! Really appreciate you guys getting me back on the trail!

Great experience after just opening post COVID shutdown. All associates wore masks. No entry to store but outside excellence. Test drove several bikes including a techs personal ride. Austin was very helpful in explaining the different options for various Giant full suspension bikes. I will definitely buy my Trance 29 from him when they come back in stock.

I cant say enough nice things about this place!Sales people are fantastic, patient, friendly, and enjoy getting to know you as a person, not just a money source. They are willing to answer the most mundane or complicated questions and have encyclopedic knowledge.Bike parking in front of the shop and inside makes it a great place to stop mid-commute or after a nice ride. The coffee is fantastic.Showroom isnt overwhelming or cluttered. There is occasionally a community workbench set up if you need a place to work on your bike.Mechanics are skilled, efficient, and friendly. They get very interested in older or unique bikes. You dont need to worry about being shunned for not having the newest, sub-15lb carbon bike with electronic shifting. They love all bikes.Owners are friendly and approachable. There have been plenty of nice conversations with all of the people here.

Been meaning to write this review. I had a fantastic experience here at Flagstaff Bicycle Revolution. I was driving across country, and had my car broken into in Albuquerque the night before (thankfully, everything of value was in the hotel with me). That fact is only imprortant so you understand what type of day I was having before interacting with the staff here.I rolled into town hoping to upgrade my freehub for some increased engagement, while it did not work out (I missidendified the type of freehub I had), the tech helped me identify what I would need to do, which I could not afford to do at that time.The part that really lifted my spirits was, and I am terrible because I didnt catch his name, was he took the time to help me plan a ride for myself that day. Being unfamiliar with the trail system there in Flagstaff, I was happy to have some great directions, that made my time on the trails very memorable.I did go back the next day and bought a bike pump, and I would go again if I was down in Flagstaff again.

I love this bike shop and their staff! While planning a visit to Flagstaff, I called them before traveling to get information on trails, camping, and demo bikes, and they were extremely helpful and patient on the phone. In Flagstaff, we visited the store many times and met many of the staff (Adam, Austin, Dave, James), and they were all really knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to spend time with us. Unlike many bike shops Ive visited, they always had a lot of staff available, so we never had to wait to be helped, and I think all of them wrench (no waiting in line for the one overwhelmed mechanic in the back). All of the staff get out to ride as much as possible, so they were very enthusiastic and happy to talk trails and bikes. We rented their demo bikes because we were in the market for new bikes, and we had a ton of fun on the local trails. Really fun bunch of people who love mountain biking. This is a great local shop. they didnt have a large version of a bike we were looking at and so they called one of their mechanics who owned one and he came down to let my my wife sit on it and check it out. Excellent, knowledgeable staff. Great resource for trail knowledge and other bike related things.

I hired a bike here whilst on holiday. It was a bit last minute but they still had a choice of decent bikes. I arrived in town the day before my hire, early enough to have a look in the shop and asked to change the Process 134 Id booked. It was no problem an the guy I spoke to spent ages with me talking about must do trails and just chatting.I went in the next day to pick up the hire bike (a Hightower), the next guy who dealt with me helped set up the suspension etc to suit me and again offered advice on where to ride.Its a really nice shop with a good vibe. The trails I rode are a bit more mellow than at home, and the bikes and kit stocked reflect that , but then I bet the locals pedal pretty hard.

Prices are what they should be, and the mechanics know their sh*t. I love that they open early! Their location is great, you can grab breakfast across the street, a beer next door, and a cool little pizza shop is there, too. ZERO attitude from the staff, hurray!!

Awesome shop! People are great, and they always go out of their way to get you on a bike. Coffee in the shop is great and always a plus after a long day or on those early morning rides. They offer awesome rates on demo bikes and make sure they are set up exactly to your liking. Great shop, best in town for sure, with a cool atmosphere and cool employees. Visiting from out of town and needed a spoke repair. Best price of all the places I called, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, very helpful. Seems like a well-run, successful independent bike shop. This would be my local shop if I lived here, as long as I wasnt in a hurry. Lost one star for sitting on my minor repair for nearly 2 full biz days (11 am Thursday to 3 pm Friday).

I am looking at taking a hospital contract from Feb-May so I called and talked to Nick who gave me very insightful information about the current trails and weather conditions and what to expect. Also about the fire and trail closures but Sedona being close enough. Looking forward to coming there for a few months!

I was incredulous when I saw this business is rated 5 stars. I decided to check it out anyway and was not disappointed. The staff helped me fix up an old bike and get it working. They didnt try to up sell me and even gave me the seat for free. Best bike shop ever. Keep it up guys.

Bikes...Coffee...thats awesome! Being a female cyclist I struggle with the bro attitude when I walk in to a place. I loved that if I had a question I wasnt made to feel stupid for asking. If I wanted a price it was a set price not a ball park figure. I dropped my bike off and told its be done in 2 days and then they called the next day and it was ready. Efficient. Honest. I recently got a new full suspension bike from them. They lent me a different set of wheels to use until my special ordered ones came in so I could ride sooner. It was awesome. LOVE my NEW BIKE!! The Rev is a store you can feel comfortable walking into with all your questions and vulnerabilities about cycling and walk away with answers and feeling comfortable. They will also give you a cup coffee and make you feel at home and talk bikes in a more casual setting if you just need to find clarity in your own world of gears, chains, and lube.This is the store to come to if you want to make friends, learn about bikes and the local area, and support an outstanding local business. Not to mention, all the guys who work here are ridiculously good looking with fantastic haircuts.

The mechanics do good work. The used parts selection is decent, and their prices are reasonable. If they cant do something, theyll be up front with you about it, and they have stands and tools for rent if you want to work on your own bike.

I’ve been a mountain bike guy since the early 90’s so Needless to say I’ve seen a lot of bike shops in Cali n Az. This is by far the friendliest An most knowledgeable staff I’ve seen an experienced. I’ve been there twice with a 2000 specialized bike with top of the line components xtr an they all loved the older lightweight bike. Super staff.

We ordered a bike online and it had several issues when it came. We took it down to Flagstaff Bicycle Revolution and asked them to take a look at it. They were able to fix the bike quickly and we were happily surprised at the low price they charged us. They were very friendly and happy to work on the bike even though its a much cheaper model than the ones they sell in-store. Ive never left a google review before, but in the words of my husband We should leave them a review, its so rare that I feel delighted after visiting someplace new. Yes, he used the word delighted. Highly recommend their shop.
