I only stop by this location once a week. New owners are wonderful people. Its a rough area, and the employees are a little rogue and unhelpful. But the management work hard to resolve issues and complaints. They are kind people. I thank them.
This 7-eleven specifically impresses! The family that runs things is full of personable and respectful people. They make me feel welcome every time!

EDIT: THE MANGER CONTACTED ME AND SO DID CORPORATE OFFICE. THEY WATCHED THE TAPE AND VERIFIED I DIDNT GET THE MONEY BACK OR ON MY CARD. IT WAS REFUNDED IN FULL. THE GENERAL CONCENSUS WAS THE CLERK WAS NOT PAYING ATTENTION AND IT WAS A MISTAKE. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THAT MISTAKE ALMOST CAUSED. I AM SATISFIED THAT MY $ WAS REFUNDED BUT WITH THOSE KIND OF MISTAKES THEY SHOULD HAVE AN ATTORNEY ON PERMANENT RETAINER. ORIGINAL: The clerk on swing shift stole $400 from us. He was supposed to load it on a GOBank card and after we approved the transaction he refunded the transaction so his register was not short and pocketed the $$. He THINKS he got away with it... thats why hes not in a paid thinking position. Hes not very good at it.
DO NOT GO HERE, YOUR LEGAL U.S. CURRENCY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED EVEN IF YOU HAVE THE EXACT AMOUNT!!! Worthless location, tried loading $400 cash on a prepaid card and had $5 for their fee and they refused to load it for me. Called corporate and complained, next step- discrimination lawsuit.
I ordered a pepperoni pizza and had Postmates deliver it. I opened the box to find a cheese pizza. Theres nothing more disgusting than just cheese on pizza. How disappointing you cant follow simple directions. I would hate to see you try to do a job requiring any kind of skill... Sad ...
Stopped in to grab some energy drinks, had to pay with a $20 bill that was from 1950. The clerk clearly had no sense at all. She tried a counterfeit detector pen which only goes back until 1960. Those pens all say on the package they only go back to 1960. So I was turned away and they threatened to call the police. After which I went directly to a Chase Bank location at the 104th and federal spoke to a lovely teller who told me the bill was 100% authentic and gladly exchanged it for a current $20 bill. The clerk and the manager are morons, I made sure to call and let them know that as well. I urge everyone to not patronize this 711 location. Reading from reviews they have violated health code, have extremely poor customer service, and are rude. Take a second to go South on Pecos to Maverik, theyre much nicer there.
Depends on whos working and rather they want to be friendly or not, but 24/7 which is better than most

Compact store with low ceilings. So so 7-11. Customer service from associates so far has been great.
If i could give this 711 no stars i would. The jerk named Michael who works often is a complete moron he doesnt understand what customer service means ! Personally I do not believe he should be working in the customer service field he should be fired immediately!!! Lazy worker!!

Horrible customer service. And no public restrooms?! First time Ive been to a 7-11 that didnt have one. 2am and nothing else is open and they cant even let you use the restroom. Ridiculous
