Every time Ive tried to fill a prescription from this location something goes wrong. First it was because they put the wrong gender in my demographics, and then they said they needed clarification from my provider before they would dispense, but the provider has spoken with them multiple times.Maybe if pharmacies could actually provide medical care we wouldnt have people drinking horse dewormer to stop covid-19!

Free flu shots is a lie. If your insurance doesnt cover it is 42 dollars. As we found out tonight. This location also needs more people in pharmacy with better people skills. Might want to change free flu shot ads. False advertising.

Very rude and careless staff. Ive been ignored while they have personal conversations, they smoke cigarettes outside in their uniforms and have mixed up my information countless times. I once had to pay a co-pay because they ran my insurance incorrectly and then REFUSED to reimburse or even acknowledge it when I showed documents stating they were wrong, and even my insurance company called them. It is not worth it to deal with this walgreens or the staff.

Pharmacy at this Walgreens location is unbelievably terrible. When I order prescription refills using their app they always fall into some deep hole and are marked delayed or say they can’t be filled. So I always have to call to get them to actually fill it even though there should have been no issues. This is probably why when you call there is always a long wait to talk to someone. Pharmacy staff are extremely rude, especially Steve (Pharmacist) and Nick (Technician). I won’t go into personal details but I have never been treated so poorly or felt so disrespected. Absolutely terrible customer service skills. In addition, Drive Thru window and drawer are filthy and have been that way for years. Speaker is apparently broken and they have to bend down and yell through the drawer. They reach their hands out thru the drawer to give you your prescription. It has been that way forever. It’s just so unprofessional. I could go on and on. It’s so stressful to try to get scripts filled there because I know I’m going to have to follow up to get them to actually fill it and that means speaking to one of their rude staff members. They need to get their act together and possibly replace current pharmacy staff with a more competent group of employees.

Just called the store to set up a covid test because their website wasn’t working. Sat on hold for about 10mins and the lady who answered was rude as if I was inconveniencing her. She told me I can’t schedule with her and that the website was the only way. I let her know the website wasn’t working and that’s why I was calling. She gave me no resolution and basically told me too bad. I’m sure their calls are recorded. If you want to be treated like they don’t want you to help you this is the Walgreens for you.

Would give 0 stars if I could.Worst pharmacy Ive ever dealt with. They genuinely do not care if you have to go without necessary prescriptions. Medications are constantly out of stock, (how that happens when you have patients with regular, monthly medication needs, Ill literally never understand) and when you have the gall to ask when they might be back in stock, youre given different responses, all of which turn out rude and incorrect.Perhaps most significantly, Ive been lied to both about the status of my insurance, and the availability of medications, by both the pharmacist and pharmacy technicians. Funnily enough, when I called the Walgreens location around the corner, they were able to figure it out in about 5 minutes.They are beyond incompetent. Take your business literally anywhere else.

Another nightmare at this Walgreens. They cannot fill prescriptions because of a printer issue. Well at least that’s the story for today. This is day three for their inability to function as a pharmacy. Over 300 people are waiting for their meds. Walgreens can’t get a printer to work. Am I in Brigadoon?I do not believe Walgreens envisions themselves as a drug store. Prescriptions are at the bottom of their business model. Instead they have become mini Walmart’s, selling lots of stuff with small drug stores far in the back of each store. Selling side walk chalk and Palmolive dish soap outrank filling simple prescriptions.What they don’t understand is that customers dissatisfied with the drug store part are NOT going to shop at Walgreens at all. There are so many better options, like Target(CVS) and Walmart and Safeway and Kroger.Bad job Walgreens! Shame on you!Update 7/28/2021:Couldnt fill a prescription snet by my husbands doctor on Jun 23rd. They said they didnt have the quantity.prescribed. They have had 38 days to get the quantity and somehow just couldnt get it together. He went to CVS and got it done with no trouble. People, do NOT go to this Walgreens!!!

Absolutely the worst place on the planet to get prescriptions. I fill a prescription and give them a set time. I get a text that the prescription is ready (5 hours after my selected time). I cant pick it up bc the store was about to close. I try the next day to get the prescription to be told they never ordered it and they dont have it. Ill need to come back the next day. This is a life saving drug. Last time I will do business with them.

The pharmacy is terrible. I have had to ask three seperate times for them to fax my doctor for a refill. My doctor will not refill a prescription unless first notified by pharmacy, like many other doctors. I am now stuck without an asthma inhaler during allergy and fire season again because of their lack or responsibility and professionalism. Instead of apologizing I was told I need to contact my doctor and I should get more than one refill. I get 6 months worth at at time. This is exactly why I use to shop at Rite Aid before you bought them out. Better service and more knowledgeable staff and pharmacists

I have sent 3 photo orders and I received Emails of all three orders being ready, when I went to get them the lady who was very disrespectful said in a very rude way that only one order was ready, then I told her I didn’t applied the 50% off online and if she could apply it at the store, she said no, which I can understand but just the way she was treating me was the worst. I did not pay for those pictures.

Waited one and a half hours for passport photos for my family. They were taken by a training staff member, and they were wrong. They forgot to even do one set, and damaged two. Asked for a refund. Shift lead was stocking while the line was up to 7 people deep. Im done with this place. Awful pharmacy. Awful photo department. Rarely ever someone actually at the front to check out. Will not return.

Drive through service is always exceedingly slow. I would recommend going inside to get your items unless you have a ton of time to kill. I wanted to rate 1 star, but its unfair to assail the entire store because of the slow drive thru.

I usually dont review online, but this is just so crazy of a story, I had to share. Ive been using Walgreens pharmacy since I was a kid, so we are talking over 30 years. I have never had a problem with any location I have ever visited, until this one. I was headed out for a vacation where I wouldnt have access to a pharmacy. I needed my meds the day I was flying out, and this is a critical medication for me. The usual refill process for my medication is every 28 days at the Walgreens I always use in Littleton. But I live right by this location in Thornton, so I hoped to fill it at this one rather than drive 1.5 to 2 hours to pick it up at my usually store. Mind you, I need to get to the airport by Noon that day. This pharmacy told me NO, I couldnt pick up my already filled prescription at their location (5 minutes from my home). So I had to drive from Westminster to Littleton and THEN to the Denver airport all in 3 hours!! The reason they told me I couldnt transfer my filled prescription to their location is because the pharmacist just decided arbitrarily that he waits 29 days to refill my particular prescription and I was one day early! This is not a Walgreens rule, it is up to the individual pharmacist at each store. So even after hearing my unique, particular situation they refused to accommodate me! Yes, this really happened!

Always something on special. This time Arizona Ice Tea. Two cans for a dollar. Pharmacy is a little pricey but they can usually fill any prescription. Store hours are great. It seems like they have a little of everything and just about every essential. Layout of the store is generally pretty good. Employees are always helpful.

The best retailers provide quality product and services; those that efficiently fix a problem with understanding and a smile Excel! This Walgreens Store Manager, Francisco and his staff Excel. They were gracious and resolved my problem, exceeding my satisfaction. I have shopped at this store for 50 years. This incident has served to ensure I will continue to shop at this location and I encourage you to give them a try. If you havent shopped here in a while, give it another try. I think you will find it a quality place to spend that hard earned dollar.

Horrible service by the woman who works in the pharmacy. She was immensely rude and refused to give my mom the prescription that my dad immediately needed after a terrible work accident because of the ID that she had presented. I spoke to the lady over the phone and asked her what was required of someone when picking up a prescription. She did not mention an ID until I asked her why my mom didn’t get the prescription that she was picking up for my dad. She immediately changed her answer and said that by “Walgreens rules” she was not able to give her the prescription because it was a narcotic (which it was not) and they needed to check an ID before giving it to anyone. I informed her that i had never been asked for an ID when picking up any prescription even when it was a narcotic. She said i was wrong and I could go pick the prescription elsewhere then.When I presented myself to pick the prescription up nothing was asked of me except for the payment for the prescription.

This Walgreens isnt getting another dime from me. If you need a prescription within 30 days, go to the Sprouts next door, the King Soopers across the street, or literally anywhere else. Ill be going to CVS here-on-in, because CVS almost always has my medication for me on time, regardless of the situation, and if they dont, its usually not their fault. Even if it is their fault, they call and tell me they cant fill my medication, and I can get it on time from somewhere else, even from a different brand store. Take notes, Walgreens.My list of grievances with this store in particular is numerous and many, and Ill list them chronologically.First, they told me that my insurance was no longer covering me. After a long phone call with my insurance in their parking lot, in which I only talked to my insurances machines, I was able to determine that I was in fact covered. I went back inside and they were able to figure out that it was one of my medications that wasnt completely covered. It was close to $1000. Thats not Walgreenss fault. Whats Walgreenss fault was that two separate agents told me that I wasnt covered by my insurance, both before and after I talked to my insurance, and that I had to argue with them to figure out what was really wrong.Next issue: it took them a month to fill my routine prescription that I get from them every month. No reason as to why, no pointer as to where I can pick it up (the next nearest Walgreens is down the street. I could have easily and would have been willing to go there.) I got only one or two notices that the date it would be ready was pushed back. Instead, I had to go to the window to get that update. They did give me half a prescription, which I do appreciate. I understand pharmacies have problems. Supply chain issues are legitimately hard. But dont act like everything is fine with the customer until they go to pick up the goods. Thats customer service 101. Hey we dont have this is all that they have to say.The final straw is this. I have to constantly call them to make sure my refills are ready. Medication that I get every single month I have to make sure that they have and have ordered. I was in the middle of a move, and realized that I was out of medication on my last dose. I called them 5 days ago. They said were working with your doctor. Thats it. Thats all they said. Nothing more. Customer experience is partially about managing the customer. Tell me what to do. Tell me to call my doctor. Tell me you cant do it. Thats what CVS does.Tell me I need to take action. Dont tell me everything is fine when its not. Be a little transparent with me.

Tried to fill a prescription there was told it would be ready in about an hour. Checked on it the next day was told they needed to order it in and would be ready in a couple days.I called back two days later just to be told thier supplier didnt carry that medication.I asked if it was standard procedure to not let patients know if they cant provide a medication instead of waiting until the customer calls. They tech wouldnt answer the question.People could suffer real health effects by this lack of communication and indifference by the staff. Judging by other reviews here thats just business as usual at this location. I pulled all my other presciptions from Walgreens and will not be doing any business with them in the future.

Have to be honest. Everytime I come here theyre very short staffed and the woman that works at the front register just looks mad all the time. No one is particularly friendly and the only reason I come here once in a while is the proximity to my home. I really dont like giving them my business. Also, theyre pharmacy is ridiculously slow and they all seem over worked and like they hate their jobs. It reflects in their customer service.

This has got to be the WORST pharmacy. The wait times are outrageous! You have to wait in line for 45 mins to either drop off or pick up. Not to mention, the staff is extremely rude. After you wait in line for so long thedont even bother to apologize for the wait as staff with good customer service would. The pharmacy staff works at a very slow pace. The make you wait 45 mins to drop off and expect to get back in line 30 mins later just to wait for another 45 mins. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!

Dont bother ordering photos on line to arrive at this store, they dont have paper to fill your order and they dont call you to let you know, I drove there thinking my order was ready with the surprise to know they dont have any photo paper to print them in.

I dont know where these negative reviews are coming from. Ive never had a problem with the pharmacy and have always talked to nice people.I use the texting service and its amazing. It texts you to ask if you want a refill, you respond, then it texts to confirm and again when your prescription is ready. If you dont pick it up that day or the next, it calls to remind you. Easy peasy.

This walgreens is definitely the worse one I have been to. Very unfriendly staff. Women at the front register did not value the price sticker that was on an item. Every time I get photos printed they get lost or come up with some missing. Iv even had photos mixed in that were not mine. Go to a different walgreens!

The understaffed pharmacy is a huge problem! You will spend 30-45 minutes waiting in line for your prescription when it takes other pharmacy’s less than 5 minutes to complete the same procedure. The pharmacy staff is obviously equally upset by the lack of man-power behind the counter and as such they make zero effort to make it a quick process. It’s infuriating

Terrible service at your pharmacy , the pharmacist on duty told me I had a two hour wait for my meds , went back the next day , told we had to wait another 15 minutes because it wasn’t scanned in , and they only had 3 instead of 4 , so more delays ! How can you expect people to give you that much time and you still botch it up .

I never use anybwalgreens pharmacy since a bad experience a few years ago. I use Rite Aid Pharmacy on 104th and Colorado. The pharmacist Steave is Amazing and his staff is Great. Prescriptions ready in 20 min or less alaways! Never have issues. It is worth the little deive.

Worst Walgreens pharmacy ever. Rxs never ready when they say. If there is a problem with the rx, dont expect them to put much effort into contacting your dr. to resolve it. Inside line vs drive thru is a lose-lose; both will have you waiting a ridiculously long time.

This pharmacy has such a poor customer service, with technicians who simply do not care. Our after-hour physician called this location for a medication, since it was later in the evening, and they accepted the prescription. When we arrived there after the physicians office, we waited another 20 minutes sitting there, and only then, we were told that they were missing the main ingredient of the ear infection antibiotics that we needed. It was already late to transfer the prescription to another pharmacy (such as King Soopers or Safeway.). They told us to go to another Walgreens pharmacy, in Arvada, about 25 min away, and we drove there, since we really needed the ear infection antibiotic, but the second Walgreens told us that they were just closing when we drove there (even though they had received our prescription about 30 minutes earlier and they knew we were going to pick it up). Just a total waste of time and still in pain, without meds!!!We have had other problems with this particular pharmacy, I mean serious problems with this Walgreens location (on 104th & Federal). Again, it comes down to the technicians and the manager not caring for their customers. They always, yes, every single time, processed our insurances wrong, even though we told them to use the primary insurance first and the second insurance second. We literally had to fight with the personnel there, trying to tell them how to process the insurances right.Otherwise, they would charge us a lot and tell us that our insurances didnt work!!! Complaining to the manager does not help either. Actually he is as bad and as rude as the rest of his technicians. They benefit that they are located in a residential area, and have a convenient location for the people who live here, especially the elderly, who do not, or cannot drive far to pick up their meds.
