First off, the customer service at this location is one of the worst customer services Ive experienced in a long time. With one exception being the older gentleman who works the night shifts. He is absolutely awesome!! Other than that, the female employees that currently work there during the day and early evenings are completey, 100 percent, flat out rude. The female employee who helped today made me feel like I was being profiled. They stared at me from the moment I stepped front into the store till the moment I left. She rushed my transaction even though they werent busy at the time. She did NOT give me back my change, my receipt, my scratch tickets, nor did she stop me from trying to leave knowing that she forgot all these things. I, unfortunately, didnt notice until I got home. I tried calling about five or so times and kept getting the busy tone. When I went back to get my change and my scratch tickets, once again I did NOT feel welcome whatsoever. The sad part about all this is the factor that going back and looking at some of the reviews orhers have left, it seems like I am NOT the only person out there that has had a bad experience at this location. On the brightside of things, they do have wheel chair parking and accessibility.

Never coming back here again, the girl working here is rude didnt let me use the restroom and she was in rush to get me out of the store I asked her to check my scratched tickets and she didnt let me finish my shopping

I went to this store on 84th and Huron The corner store tonight 1-4-2021 @ 9:10 pm, I had the girl scan my colorado lotto ticket, she said it was a non-winner. I asked for the ticket back and she said Jon the owner told her shes not allowed to give non-winning tickets back. I never heard the machine say it was a non-winner, truthfully I did not trust her. I had to leave because she refused to give me my ticket back! How is that even fair? She said she was told to not return them to the customers, and they keep them, what if I wanted to use the same numbers again? Something is not right about this. I contacted the lottery commission, and what makes me mad is other places give you your ticket back! Has anyone ever heard of this happening to them, all I have to say is this is on camera and the lottery commission has been notified. 1-6-2020, I went back into the store this morning to talk to the manager John, he confirmed they do not give the tickets back, because people keep bringing in the tickets to have them rescanned. And they get tired of rescanning tickets, hello...This is your job! This is fraud to keep peoples non-winning tickets people are suppose to get them back! This is in fact illegal.

I whent to buy a marlboro cigarettes and an old lady on duty asked me for my Visa or passport to buy then october 19. 1 pm approach , i told her really ? Are Ice or migration authority to ask for that ? Im a 46 years old man . thats was ridiculous....... I really invited to every one DONT. GO to this store. Never
