Went in looking for boots & jackets for myself & my husband. The sales staff were anything but helpful. So, we looked, decided what we liked & we will just order online.

This is very nice dealership. They have a great supply of bikes for sale, accessories and clothing. This was the first time Ive been there and I was impressed with how nice this place is. One of out riders traded motorcycles there Saturday and this is the 4th motorcycle she and her husband have bought here.

I will never bring business to this dealership ever. The sales team didn’t care about what my budget was or what I was looking for. There financing department doesn’t know how to do anything. I was very dissatisfied with my experience there but I have found a great bike and another dealership to work with and that’s where all of my business will be from here on out. I will also recommend all of my friends and family to the other location.

Ive been working with Fort Bragg Harley Davidson for 5 years and I just wanted to say that the current Service Manager Sal, and the Parts Manager Jon have really gone above and beyond to take care of me. I also want to mention Pat the mechanic who does an amazing job no matter which bike I bring in to him. Its not that there are never issues but these guys stand by everything they do. Thanks to all of you and also Brian at parts and Jon at the service counter. I do miss Jen though

What a great place! My dad rode his bike down to NC from PA and on his way down his headlight on his CVO got smashed by a rock. Stopped here and they didn’t have the LED headlight in stock for a CVO but they got him all set up with a different light so he could get home safely, free of charge! The whole service department went above and beyond to make sure he could make it back home. Thank you!!

Went to look at a Harley Street 500 and requested a test drive. They explained somebody had just test drove it and they were going to wait and see if the couple would make an offer on the bike. I waited for about 20 minutes and walked around to look at other bikes. After 20 minutes I asked the sales guy to check and see if the bike had been sold. They spoke to the manager and said the bike had not been sold, but that they would not allow a test drive because they possibly still wanted to buy it. I explained I had cash in hand and would buy the bike immediately, but I needed to test drive it first. They refused to allow the test drive and when I asked the sales guy to call me tomorrow if the bike had not sold, he shrugged and said I guess I can call you. They lost a customer, I would have paid cash for the bike, but they had terrible customer service.

Took my 2006 harley davidson softail deluxe there to have them dyno tune it because they said it needed one since I installed a air cleaner and exhaust system. I picked it up and the guy that dynoed it gave me my sheet and I asked him where was the first dyno sheet how the bike was running when i brought it to him and. He said he didnt even look to see what it was so how does he know what to adjust or not to adjust like air fuel and spark timing. I paid them 560 dollars and left riding my bike home and it popped more and louder than it did before I took it. I finished installing my fairing and 21 in wheel and I started it first time with it being cold and it started fine but idle was up and down and then chocked off. It a efi bike so I shouldnt have to give it gas during cold starts. I feel like I been shafted with no lube and I know it wasnt tuned right.

The free food and the staff are all nice. Other than test riding motorcycles during demo days I am not qualified to give any reviews of purchase and maintenance service. Why am I even posting this? Because Google asked what I like about this place.

I dont ride personally, but Im a professional driver who had to stay at the hotel across the street. The Fort Bragg Harley-Davidson dealership allowed me to drop my trailer in their lot for the day while I rested. I appreciate that they appreciate professional drivers and Im proud to share the road with Harley-Davidsons any day of the week.(I should say, if youre a professional driver, CALL AHEAD for permission. I ended up here because another hotel with a large lot screwed me over, dont expect this to just be open to anyone at any time!)

After sale customer service is subpar. Recommend making the drive to shop elsewhere like Tobacco Road or Cox’s. They are unable/unwilling to get a license plate in time before temp registrations expire. When speaking to Sharon or Cheryl, who said her position is the general sales manager, at the dealer their answer was that there is a folder of plates at the DMV for them to pick up but “we don’t have anyone to send to get them” and that “you should be fine riding on the expired temp tag until we get it”. She also continuously blamed either the DMV for processing times or COVID for creating delays. According to her, the blame of delays falls to everyone except the dealership. Not worth spending your money at this dealer. Go elsewhere.Edit: Shockingly about an hour after this review they call and say they have the plate. I still recommend shopping elsewhere.

Parts Department Needs Help! This rating is only for that!I purchased new at the end of October. The entire experience was great from sales to associates on the floor and finance. All top notch. I even wrote a review. 5 Stars! I spoke with the parts manager about upgrading to SE Stage II. Got quotes (verbal). Asked about printing me the quote he he told me No need, its in the system. They can pull it up. Good until the end of the year. A few week passed and I called back to schedule the upgrade. And for those you you that know, you know were up in the thousands for mods. Anyway, when I called back the parts manager said he knew nothing about it. Said he never spoke to me. And refused to speak to me over the phone. I could hear him in the background saying, I dont need to talk to him. So I asked for the quote again from the person I was speaking to, (who was very polite). And to my amazement, it was a few hundred dollars higher than quoted earlier. But in the end, I have a HD dealership thats closer to me that beat the original quote price and got the mods completed. Fort Bragg HD will more than likely never see me again.

Went in and signed up for the riding academy and realized...I don’t have a helmet!!! Went back up there and Shelly(I hope I spelled that right) was phenomenal and patient. Went and checked if they had the size i needed (BIG head) on at least 8 different helmets. The young lady that was training with her, started with an A, did amazing as well. Absolutely will be getting the rest of my gear there, and sooner or later a bike!!

Good dealership. Cant go in there without spending between 200 and 30,000 dollars! Their MSF course instructors are great, classes here are a lot of fun and very informative. The staff is very helpful as well. I havent bought a bike here, but I hear the deals are ok, might find better away from a military base, 🤷🏻‍♂️. Parts/service folks are pretty awesome. My friend was looking for his first bike to get into motorcycling because this will be his primary means of transportation and the sales lady brought him to a $16,000 harley and said this would be perfect to go fast on the tail of the dragon. She never considered his skill level or his riding experience. I wont be recommending this dealership to anymore future riders

Fort Bragg Harley Davidson is the best Harley Davidson dealership i have ever stepped foot in. I was greeted as soon as i walked in the door and helped with what i was looking for right away. I was then offered a test ride which I accepted. The test ride was great and i felt very comfortable. The guy went over the bike and the controls before we left. After the test ride i was offered a great deal and accepted. I am now the owner of a 2020 HD Road King Special and i love it. The purchasing process was very easy and quick. After the purchase they gave me a tour of all the services they offer and then i was on my way. Im a very happy and satisfied customer and highly recommend Fort Bragg Harley Davidson over any other Harley Dealership. They make you feel like family.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I went in to the store to order the part. They wouldnt give me a part number first off so I had to go in. When I went in I had the part online pulled up. I was told the part would be here. Friday came and no part. They are rude and lie.

Excellent 5 STAR PLUS Service, I brought my bike in for a service and tire change. I received excellent service form beginning to end. The mechanic assigned to my bike Mr. Pat was AWESOME! The entire staff were friendly and professional as I waited on the work to be completed. Job Well Done!

Walked in just to browse but all the staff that I encountered and asked questions were super knowledgeable and helpful in answering. Negotiations were fair and honest. I couldn’t have asked for an easier transaction.

Bought a bike from them that they didnt have on the floor. They told me it would be 3-4 day but 7 at most before it would get here. Its been almost 2 weeks. No bike. They wont return my calls. They wont tell me where my bike is or when it will be here. The customer service is terrible. I will never step foot in the dealership again after I get my bike. Wish I could give them ZERO STARS!

Purchased a used bike, along with it a it an ESP which I just found out 4 July, anyway 6000 miles later water pump goes out.. you would thing they would say, sure well help ya out, but no such thing. I know its my responsibility to keep up with those kinda things. But it is what it is, I understand things are going south with HD. But the customer should not have to feel it too. Thanks HD...

Had a great visit at the dealership today, was met in the parking lot by one of the salesman. Right off the bat he wanted to know if I needed any help, with anything.Told him I was just looking and he said let me help you look, and answer any questions you might have. This same salesman checked with me several times while I was at the dealership, but it was not to bother me, he just wanted to make sure I was finding everything I was checking on, or just looking at.Also received really great help from the parts guys there today. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The salesman name was Ramon M Dang Sr. You dont found many salesman walking around outside in the cold light rain as today to greet people at dealerships. I give a shout out to FORT BRAGG HARLEY DEALERSHIP.Thanks to everyone who helped me today.

Big store, but clothing selection seemed limited (such as only 3 shirts in the 3 sizes per design). Miscellaneous (clothing) sales person was really good and made it easier to part with my money... :-)

My bike wouldnt start on a day there was a HOG ride. I got it to the dealership and only had 20 minutes to make the ride. They replaced my dead battery and had me out the door in 19. Great service and wonderful people. Thanks.

Today,I did not have the best experience at Harley Davidson in Ft Bragg.I am a Veteran and chose to use my veterans discount when I was informed that if I was not a Retired Vet or Active duty Military my service did not count.Unbelievable, apparently all the ex military members that just served their time and got out dont matter.Good Luck with that Harley Davidson of Ft Bragg, you are sending a great message!!

Great dealership and team! Negotiated the entire deal over the phone and everything was ready to go when I arrived and they even delivered the bike to my home about 45 min away after closing. Kate, Josh, Ted and Cheryl were all friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with as well as the young lady in the clothing section, the parts and service guys I chatted with and the gentleman who delivered it. Top notch dealership go see these guys . Highly recommend!!!!
