Daniel has had my Honda xl650 for over two years and rarely responds to my inquiries. He always says it will be one more week, but then has another excuse. I will also be taking legal action. Unfortunately, I failed to get any documentation from him when I gave him cash and when I dropped off the bike, but I do have facebook messages that will help in my case.

I would rate this shop 3 stars for a few reasons. The number one reason is the communication. When i try to call the shop it always goes to voicemail and it says to text him. In my opinion that doesn’t seem like a good way to communicate when you run a business. But it’s not my business so I won’t say what way he should and shouldn’t do things. It just makes it hard to communicate. Another reason is the work that was performed. I had a couple bolts that was broken off and he drilled out the old bolts and put new ones in. One of the bolts was a bolt that is for the air filter bracket. It requires spacers between the bracket and engine to keep it spaced out when you tighten the bolts. Some spacers were left off. Also the battery was replaced and the battery cover was left off when I picked up the bike. After it was brought to his attention he did fix those couple of things on the spot.

He stole my bike. I took it to him to diagnose it and when he told me what was wrong, I told him I was working on getting a parts bike for him to use to fix it. When I got the parts bike he never answered my calls or messages again. Its been 2 years and I cant get ahold of him. Im now in the process of getting a lawyer.

Last year I purchased a dirt bike from Williams Motorsports. The bike was reasonably priced, and in great condition. I havent had any problems with the performance of the bike. I brought my dirt bike back for maintenance and Daniel did a great job getting my dirt bike ready for spring time. I didnt ride it all winter so it needed maintenance pretty badly. The staff was very friendly and professional, and I will definitely recommend this business to a friend.

Best price in town by far.Weve used Daniel for everything from tune ups to tire changes , even a bit of custom bodywork & have never been disappointed.I wouldnt take my bike to any one else.

We needed a place who could change out our tire on our super Tenere. We spotted the sign for Williams Motorsports. He was closed but a guy pulled in and called the owner, Dan, for us. Dan came in within 5 minutes and changed out our tire for us. Dan’s a great kid and we can’t thank him enough.

Williams Motorsports is highly competent. I take my scooter, ATV, and trailer to Daniel for any and all problems. I found out about Daniel through other small engine guys. They highly recommended him. Couldnt get a higher recommendation than that. His prices are reasonable and his skills are excellent.

I had my scooter worked on I was very impressed on how knowledgable he was and how professional. I will encourage my friends to have there bikes worked at Williams Motorsports. Its hard to find honest mechanics look no further

Took my bike to Daniel on a really short notice and he got me in and out in a hurry. Great guy, great service, and even better prices. Only guy I will take my bike to from now on. Great guy!!

Daniel does an amazing job with motorcycles. I took my Honda to 3 different shops and they couldnt figure out what was wrong with it, it only took Daniel a week and it runs great. I will never go anywhere else.

Ive had service done here plenty of times. I consider Williams my own personal mechanic. Awesome service second to none. Will be taking my softail deluxe for its 5000 mile service here soon because I trust the company which is hard to come by, TRUST!!!!!!!!!! Great guy and very knowledgeable.

Hes Dan the Man for a reason! I think of my bike as my baby and I like knowing who is handling it. Daniel is a great guy with a great rate(best in the NWA area) and does a great job with handling all of your motorcycles/ATVs. Just give him a call and get back on the road or trails!

Daniel does a good job fixing anything on my bike. If anything is wrong he will work overtime to make it right. I highly recommend Williams motorsports.

I’ve tried time and time again to contact this company to get my four wheeler back.We have came by during normal business hours and the gates closed. Never answers calls, texts or voicemails. Going to try again this week to get my wheeler back before going the next step.Customer service is a one star, cause I haven’t had any service what so ever.Thanks.

Daniel has years of experience and has helped me work on my scooter. He can fix anything! Great at helping troubleshoot when I cant bring my scooter in and has great prices!!!

Williams is a solid shop.. After calling around to get prices on replacing a rear tire and being told i would be charged extra seeing bow i didnt buy my tire at their location, i called williams and he gave a great price and had it in and out super fast ! Highly recommend to any one.

When it comes to putting tires on my Yamaha Warrior Daniel is fast. I dont think theres a faster place in town.

I recently paid $1200 to do a complete tune up, carb rebuild, and anything else it takes to get me to New York. Immediately after, during my inspection, neither the front brake to rear light connection, nor the horn was plugged in. After fixing that, I noticed that the bike was returned to me with low oil. 300 miles in to the trip my chain broke, another $400. Finally, the slider pegs installed dont extend past my fairings. Take it as you will.
