I have been here often and liked the majority of the workers over the years. Today, I showed up thirty minutes before closing and not to just pay a bill. I was in a pinch and needed to add a line and get a phone, which as anyone knows can be a process. The girl working was as nice as anyone could ask for even though it’s about time to close. She took the time to help me find a phone and plan for a good price and best for my situation. By the time it was all said and done, she found a good deal for me, showed me all the available accessories, and answered my questions (there were a lot) all while maintaining good spirits and never seeming to be in a hurry to push me out the door and close down shop for the night even though it was past closing by the time it was all said and done! I have and will continue to use this place for years to come because they always take the time to hear and help me out unlike other providers I have used in the past.

Cheyenne started the transaction, ordered my phone. It was shipped to the store, when I went by to pick it up Cheyenne was already gone for the day so we were assisted by Kaitlyn, she is a new associate but her personality and willingness to research and find us the best deal was outstanding! Even though we were still there past 7:00 p.m.(closing time) she took the time to apply the screen protectors that I had purchased for my phone and my tablet and put my new cases on, etc...she wasnt hurrying us out the door. I had an enjoyable experience, Very pleased with the outstanding customer service!

Cheyenne was awesome. She walked us through the entire process with great customer service. Core had a few issues but she kept trying to help until everything was solved. Because of her we are now with Verizon. Due to her help and extreme patients and perseverance we will recommend there store to others.

Jake was great. About 3 of us came in at the same time and was able to give us all attention and take care of what was needed. Very kind and polite. Personable guy to make the new phone process easy! Thanks!!

My agent was very knowledgeable and friendly and he helped me gain access to my locked device through Gmail and Google to retrieve accounts contacts and notes, the service was great he helped me set up my phone and put it in a protector with a screensaver I purchased a new charger for the car with a cord and I have lifetime warranty on my accessories

We got great service at this store. They didnt have what we needed, but we received a very helpful referral to another location.

I would not recommend this place, they scammed us out of a free phone . We bought 2 phones because we were promised the buy one get one free, one of the phones had to be ordered but was guaranteed the BOGO deal. When we saw our bill that didnt happen we were charged full price. We called Verizon they said they couldnt honor it because it was not a Verizon store, we would have to sort it out with Russell Cellular. So we called Russell Cellular 5 times each time being promised a call back from manager. No call was received. So we never received any compensation.

I started my search for a cell phone at the big-box store a couple blocks away but zero out of three wm employees could Answer any of my questions.I eventually walked out of that store because I wanted customer service and not just a shiny gadget. Glad I did. Granted, I did have a significant amount of wait time because this Verizon store was busy.T. Seemed very professional in the way he he handled juggling multiple customers, new arrivals, as well as incoming phone calls without dropping a beat.Screen protection is always expensive and I have always done it myself. I try hard and am usually pretty good at putting stickers on straight but this guy? Perfect job.I marvel at the pixel-perfect centering. Sub-micron accuracy that Steve Jobs would be proud of. No bubbles underneath. From now on I know where I’m going to have a screen protector put on.

Too slow and costly even with prepaid. Nah wont go again.

My iPhone completely died and I was stuck without a phone. I made a quick call to my local Verizon store were I learned that they had the new 2020 SE in stock. I arrived at the store and was greeted quickly by Kevin and Bryan. They were knowledgeable, polite, and within a 1/2 hour they had me completely setup. Great service from both of them.

I got my new iPhone in the mail, thought I would be able to set it up myself, I was wrong, went in and ask for help, Travis was the only one there already helping someone but still helped me set up my phone along with 2 other customers needing the same thing. Travis was very friendly and helpful and very patient! And took care of four customers at once! More than I’ve seen others in the corporate stores do !

This place is awesome! No wait time like the corp store. I came in madder than Hell but the staff was very helpful and kept me from transferring to AT&T. The guy even had the first name as me. These people with bad reviews are crazy, Ill never go anywhere else.

Lied about bill price. Lied about discount. Was told I get $300 off my Pixel 3 because the wife got a certain phone. That hasnt happened. Explained how much my bill was at AT&T. Travis said that was ridiculous. Now.....now I am paying more for my bill. Just trying to make a sale.

Helpful Staff but Verizon will screw you over. They couldnt explain why my bill was $20-$40 more expensive each and every month. Should have never switched over from AT&T. Spent 3 hours in the store for Nothing. They have so many hidden fees it is ridiculous! Save yourself the Misery of going in there and just get a pre-paid service so they cant rob you each month

I live in an area where cell service is horrible. Needless to say I have not always been pleased. The manager Ive been dealing with has been so nice informative and has taken care of any issues Ive had.

Employees are not very kind and they are unprofessional. It felt sketchy walking in when I went to buy a new phone they were misleading about prices to make a sale and get commissions. Just go to the Verizon Corporate store up the road.

Very helpful with all my questions. Fixed my phone for me when I messed up some settings and transferred service to a new phone with no problem. Let me look at a product Id been on the fence on and explained it to me. Ill definitely use this store from now on. Compared to the rude service and extreme wait times at the other Fayetteville store, this one is amazing.

Rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. I went in and explained I was transitioning out of the military and going to school and that my income was dropping a substantial amount and told them I was going to switch to a cheaper carrier, and what options I had. They said Verizon would not take my phone back, and that I would have to pay about $500 to cancel my line. they then demanded to know what I was doing with the amount of data I used and told me not to trust the other carriers(my family had been using this other carrier for quite some time now). quick call to Verizon corp. and they sent me an address to turn my phone in to, set me up with the best possible date and explained how to switch carriers and keep my number. 5 stars for Verizon , 0 stars for this store. Order online and save yourself the pain of dealing with these people

I broke my phone beyond repair and needed to switch my SIM card to an old phone I had. Whitney instructed me how to do so over the phone. After a few issues arose, she had me come into the store to look further into the problem. 20 minutes later, my phone is up and running. She was so helpful and very professional and she probably, most definitely needs a raise :)

Ashley was the rudest person, when I walked in the store she was leaned back in a chair on her cell and didnt recognize we were there. Then she got up and went to checkout counter, set down put her feet up on the desk while another representative helped. She rudly interrupted the sale. So I told her I would report her and she said go ahead, I dont care and gave me her name. So maybe if this Verizon, Russell Cellular store has enough negative reviews they will fire her or shut down.

Just went in to pay my verizon bill and was told there will be a 3$ handling fee. I told the lady Ill go to an actual Verizon store in that case. She tells me that no matter if I go to a real Verizon, the fee will still apply. She was 100% lying. There is no cash handling fee. What a joke. Verizon should strip their name from this building. Disgraceful.
