Cell Phone Repair Fayetteville (CPR) is exactly as all the reviews say! I went in there with a broken screen on an iPhone 7 and Drew T. had the phone repaired to its original state within 40 minutes. He was respectful, fast and the price quoted is what I paid. This is a must-go-to repair shop for all electronic devices.

Great service my only complaint is that they don’t give you the lowest prices at first. The price they game me was $200. I told them that was too high and then they said $150. Apparently the price depends on the quality of the screen. I told them to give me the cheapest one and then it went down to $117

Great compa and y with outstanding service. I brought in my phone for a screen replacement, I was told it might take a couple days no issues there. They called back the next day and it was ready for pickup. Price was under the competition so thats always a plus. Overall great team of guys working there. It will be my go to spot if I need any other repairs. Oh yeah they also offer military discounts huge plus.

I had a very good experience with CPR. I came in to schedule an appointment to get the screen replaced on my Galaxy S20 Ultra and they had one in stock and had my screen fixed in less than an hour. Their price price was cheaper than ever other place in Fayetteville and the service is awesome.

Got my XR screen replaced due to touch not being responsive. Cost me $160 took them about 40 mins which is good. couple hours later , my screen has ghost touch… taking the phone back tomorrow with the receipt , hopefully they can fix it for free since i paid already for a new screen. assuming this is caused by the person who put my new screen on.*Update*Took it back today, They ran my receipt and then took my phone and replaced it with a new screen for free. Been working great since, Hopefully i have no more problems with it.

Going to get real detailed. No i’m not someone hating on this business. No i’m not a bot. This is a actual review that hopefully can help someone in the future. My iphone XR began receiving touch issues. I took it in the first time and they told me it can be caused due to a small crack on my screen. I left and came back a week later after the entire screen stop working. I paid $150 which is not a bad price compare to all these other places. And they didn’t have XR screens but luckily the new ones came in exactly that day. Mind you there (FRESHLY NEW SCREENS). Anyways they took about a hour and called back once they where finish. Cool, Got home and my screen was working fine. After 3 hours of using it, Screen started experiencing serious ghost touch issues. I took the phone back the next day and they ran my receipt and all and took my phone and put “another” new screen on it, Free of charge. Now this time it went a whole week fine. Until after that week, It Started ghost touching again. I went to this place 2 different times for both screen replacements, So i’m pretty sure 2different people put new screens on my phone. So i doubt it was the way they put my screen on. My biggest guess was they order cheap faulty screens and which is caused this. This caused me to purchase a new phone and wasted $150. For anyone that has a XS max- 12pro max, i advise you to purchase a whole new phone if something wrong with your screen. They are going to charge you $450-$600 for a whole new screen just for more issues to be brought with it. Im just lucky that $150 wasn’t that much.

This store was wonderful. I called first around 4 different stores for pricing. Here I got not only a full price, but the cost of the part and the price of service, and I was quoted a price lower than the other stores who had to call me back or text me later to give a price. I dropped my phone off, they had to order a part, and repair it, and it only took 3 days even with shipping time. The people were friendly and answered all my questions. And I have my phone back like new! Store was clean, which I always appreciate. People were professional and helpful. Nothing but good things to say! :)

I needed a replacement battery which they ordered for me. I returned a few days later when I was told the battery would be at the shop. I gave them my phone and within approx 45 minutes, they had exchanged my old swollen up battery with a new one and tested all functions. My phone now works well and has not been hanging, restarting, and other anomalies. I have used their service a few years ago and they are outstanding at their service and repair work.

After 3 times of making the travel, they finally were able to tell me they couldnt fix it... at least I got most of my money back. *I shouldnt have had to come back as many times as I did if it was diagnosed/fixed properly to begin with. The first time I was told nothing was wrong with it and the second time I was told it was fixed after replacing the power supply. I understand there is a process for diagnosing, but it should have been done all at once instead of me having to drive an hour home just to find out it still didnt work.

Who can be without their phone!. I needed my glass screen replaced on my IPhone. I called the store and they told me to bring it over. They had my phone for less than one hour and it was fixed like brand new. If you worried about the Covid virus, they do a great job of social distancing, wearing a mask and even ask you to disinfect your phone before they work on it. Very professional and a good experience!

Dropped off my sons PS4 for repair and it was fixed within a couple hours. Staff was polite and assured me before I left that they could do the repair in a timely manner. Also the staff has sanitizer available to take measures in helping to prevent the spread of germs. This would be my first recommendation to anyone looking for PS4 repairs.

We called three cell phone repair places and this was the only one that answered all my questions. When we brought the phone in, they could have charged me for a part ( charging port ) that I didnt really need, but instead they were honest and cleaned my port out at no cost. The port works perfectly and CPR was awesome! We would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

EDIT: Scheduled an appointment online, and got an email with an estimate within a few mins. $180 with tax for a XS screen replacement. Took it in at 10:15. Screen was repaired and ready to pickup on time at 11:00. Friendly and quick service. And it’s right next to the bike shop! 😄 Not that my wife would be too happy about me spending time in there.NEW: Had to return the phone to the shop after a couple days. Some issues with the screen, but they put another one in without asking too many questions. A couple months later now and Im gonna take it back again, screen is flashing next to the camera when it first comes on.Definitely a lower quality screen than Apple. At night, greys are obviously made of specks of other colors, some ghosting issues from high contrast images or text (Black on white in particular). Ive mostly learned to ignore these, but they are there.Still a much better price than youd get from Apple, but that is probably reflected in lower quality product as well. Still not a bad choice, but know what you are getting.

My son was devastated because his PS4 went down right before the Fortnite Season 16 update, which corresponded with his birthday. Thankfully CPR was able to quickly, affordably and professionally repair his hard drive in less than 2 hours from walking in. I wish I got the techs name because he was not only friendly, but also very thorough about explaining everything and even giving me some tips to keep the PS4 healthier in the future. The location was extremely clean and set up for operation during COVID.

Needed a new iPhone 6 Plus screen asap. Called and confirmed they could do it. Waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes while they did the repair and had a great new screen. I had replaced the screen before on my own, which saved me about $70, but the time it took to order and watch how-to videos and the stress of doing it wasn’t worth the money I saved. The owner and support is awesome! I cracked my screen and took it here to be replaced; they did and gave me my phone back roughly a week ago. Something must have happened a few days ago and I my display went bad I brought it back and in a matter of 30 min they fixed my display and helped me tremendously. My daughters phone had both the front and back glass cracked. We received a quote from a competitor which her insurance recommended. On a whim we decided to check out CPR. They were able to fix her phone and install a screen protector for less than the other company quoted for just fixing the screen. And it comes with a warranty! They also offer a military discount where the other didnt.

Previously took my iPad for similar repair to another local company. Months later, begin having problems with my iPad. But would have to take back for full repair at full price.
