I have to admit my experience didnt start out amazing but this company went the distance to make up for it!! I ordered floors for my entire house: carpet for the upstairs and luxury vinyl for the downstairs back in May. I was told by the girl who is no longer employed there that it would not take long to get in. She measured the space and put the order in. I got the carpet fairly quickly and Frank and his amazing team came in in rain and installed it. They did beautiful work but it turns out the measuring was wrong. I called up and spoke to Allen and he made sure that the same carpet from the same dye lot was ordered to make sure it would perfectly match and did not charge me for their mistake and they got that in quickly and Frank came out and finished installing the next day. The downstairs floor took some time to come in due to covid and I was super frustrated. I started getting updates from Allen who spent so much of his day calling Mohawk to check on my floors personally and got them in as quickly as possible. Once Allen took over my order my experience was amazing. He took time to call me and update me every step of the way. Once they came in, he had Frank come out the next day to install. Frank and his team were amazing and stayed till 9 pm to finish installing. It was so worth it to have my floors in and I highly recommend working with Allen for the sales end and Frank as the installed. My floors are beautiful and I am sooooo happy!! 😊

I had a leak in my bathroom coming from the shower and a leak from my dishwasher in the kitchen. My plumber recommended I call you guys. Brian Jacobs came out the same day. He was so helpful. He answered all my questions and made sure to explain the process fully. He even called my insurance with me to make sure they had everything they needed to file the claim. He didn’t have to do that, but he was happy to do so. He came back out when the guys came for mitigation to make sure everything was running smoothly. Everyone was so nice. I was very impressed and would recommend to anyone. Thank you, Brian!

My grandfather’s rental property experienced a broken water pipe in the kitchen and of course water damage to the entire kitchen and laundry room. Cape Fear Flooring and Restoration was recommend by the plumbing company and came out to the home in a timely manner. Brian Jacobs was so kind and explained everything to us over the phone. My grandfather was sick and I was caring for him and we could not make it out to the property during this stressful time. He was extremely thorough in his inspection of the damage and communicated what he felt needed to be done concisely and clearly. I’ve never had to handle an issue like this and Brian put my mind at ease during an already stressful time. Brain even offered to contact our home owners insurance claims department and help us get that ball rolling as well. He was knowledgeable and was always in contact with me and answered all my questions. The team got the ball rolling quickly during the mitigation process and was able to get the water damage removed with their equipment and a sub floor in. We are now waiting for the 2nd phase of repairing and replacing the cabinets and floors. I will update on that process as we continue.

I have been trying to get a quote from this company for about 5 months now. Originally someone came out to give me an estimate and gave me a quote that had completely wrong measurements, so of course the estimate was inaccurate. When I called to question it, I was told that person no longer worked there for that same reason. I was assured they’d send out one of their best employees to redo the estimate. He came, measured and said he’d contact me in a few days. That was about a month ago and I’ve yet to hear from anyone. They must not be hurting for business because this was going to be a flooring job for my entire house. I will be moving on to find another company that is professional and reliable.

Choose another company if not be sure to check under house in crawl space if you choose this company. Left 5 bags of wet installation also knocked ducts down in my crawl space. Damaged a post on my porch and has not responded to emails about these issues took the money (18,000) and ran.

The follow up skills he had while my husband and I thought about doing such a big job was fantastic. Emmanuel schedule while doing the job was amazing, on time every day while job was in progress. Our home recently experienced serious water damage. Cape Fear Flooring and Restoration came out to my home within 3 hours. Mike Hall was professional, courteous, and showed up on time. He was extremely thorough in his inspection of the damage and communicated what he felt needed to be done concisely and clearly. I was totally stressed out about all these details until Mike put our minds at ease and reassured us that he and his company would take good care of us. He even offered to contact our home owners insurance claims department and help us get that ball rolling as well. He was knowledgeable and took his time making sure every detail was captured. I have recently had a slab leak in my house, which required my kitchen floor to be ripped up, at the same time my upstairs bathroom flooded, so they required my entire bathroom to be redone! I went with this company and have been absolutely pleased with their customer service and all of the work from the beginning of the process until the end! My project manager was Joey McDuffie and this is the second project in my house he has been in charge of, and once again such an amazing job! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get projects complete and upgrades and such in the home!The crew that Mr McDuffie works with to complete different phases in the process all have worked so hard and have done such and awesome job in my home!! UPDATE: We where refunded immediately the next day after this was posted. Quarter rounds where not fixed even after I was told they where working on getting someone to come fix. I was contacted by a manager on Facebook messenger and she stated she would get it taken care of. I have attached the photo and that was the last I heard from them. We try to be patient and with the best for business but this was not acceptable. Photos provided.We where not fully satisfied of the finishing touches. There where issues with the quarter rounds not being placed properly. This is not why I am giving a bad review, the reason I am giving a bad review is because I was being avoided.We paid over $5k up front for new Flooring and installation. The gentleman Brad always returned my phone calls every time I had a question or concern. Once the work was done we had a final walk through and where told that they would fix the quarter rounds. A week went by and I sent an email stating we have not gotten a call as to when someone will be coming by. Another week went by and I called and asked why we still haven’t received a call, the gentleman I had been working with said they would find out why I haven’t gotten . A week after that I went to the store and the gentleman I had been working with was not there. They told me they will make sure he would give me a call back. He never did! I was being dodged! I was told that I would get my money back for my carpet removal and furniture removal since I did my own carpet removal and moved our furniture out. They owed us $711.25 for that and keep giving me the run around as to when we are getting that money back. Not to mention the $300 in repairs that we have to pay to fix what they haven’t fixed. We where patiently waiting to have this issue resolved. It shouldn’t have taken three weeks to have our quarter rounds fixed and it shouldn’t have to be a hassle to get our money back for work that we did ourselves. We took out the carpet and moved our furniture and they are refusing to give the money back.

We had a late-night upstairs flood when a supply line toilet connection failed. The damaged extended downstairs into our garage. Christopher was onsite within a few hours (we are over a hour away from their site). He and his team took care of the mitigation, and he walked us through the entire process. He was very knowledgeable and thorough, and the mitigation work was excellent. I highly recommend Cape Fear Flooring to handle a water crisis.

Initial contact and water mitigation was adequate...and that’s where the service ended.Over estimated the deal because insurance is paying (approximately 8k high), customer service doesn’t or rarely at best returns calls. E-mails are ignored.Like many military in the area we move out of town and maintain a rental. I am so glad they did not do our work. I am sure it would but have been up to par.I finally got them to e-mail me and say we will not being doing your work.Your strive for 5 star ratings but provide 1 star service.Best Regards

Our master shower was leaking into our garage, causing water intrusion between floors and, insulation and dry-wall damage. Brian Jacobs of Cape Fear Flooring and Restoration (CFFR) called me in less than an hour after the initial call to CFFR. Brian then arrived at my house in less than 30 minutes of his phone call. Im sure their schedule doesnt always allow them to do things this quickly but on this day, they could and they did. Brian arrived, inspected the situation and damage, constructed a plan, and guided me through the process, to include assisting in the coordination with our insurance company. Brian didnt leave until all my questions were answered and I had a complete understanding of the process. He is personable, courteous, professional, and most importantly, knowledgeable. Brian has been proactively helpful throughout this process. Brian and CFFR had a crew out to the house the next morning to begin the restoration process. The mitigation crew: Charles, Christian and Chris were very friendly, professional, mindful and, careful throughout the set-up of the required equipment. Based on the first two experiences with the folks from CFFR I can recommend them without a doubt. Everyone from CFFR that Ive interacted with has represented their company well. I will post a follow-up review when they have completed the restoration process here at the house. So far, this has been one of the top customer service experiences Ive had, with any type of company, since moving to Fayetteville.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not sure how this company has four stars.I scheduled a date to measure my floor space in order to get an estimate. On the date of the appointment no one showed up or even called to reschedule. Wasted afternoon of my only day off.Three days after their no-show they called me asking if I still had their carpet samples (which I had returned to them the day after I signed them out). However, I took this opportunity to express my frustration with their customer service. Lady on the phone showed zero concern and didnt even offer to reschedule. Seems to be more interested in her samples than providing a service.On the fourth day after their no-show I received another call now trying to reschedule but still not admitting fault.Long story short, Im going with another company. Good Luck!

Mike H did an great job. He was professional told me how much everything would cost upfront. This was a good experience and I would definitely be using this company again.

Joey and JR helped repair a water damaged ceiling in my home. The job was down quickly and professionally at a reasonable price. The workers at my home were polite and respectful of my home.

Late last year I called Cape Fear Flooring and Restoration to come out to do some water remediation work due to a leaking toilet. They response time was quick and over the top. The minute I told them I was using my insurance to pay for the damages all type of heavy duty equipment was brought in to dry a small concentrated area for about two weeks. I had to call them to come get it because it was driving my electric bill up. Once the crew returned the next day they told me they had to take my toilet out and remove the tile in the bathroom because there was wood underneath the flooring. I didn’t really think about it until later that there’s concrete in the hall and other room....why wouldn’t it be in the bathroom. They lied to create more work and then left.The project manager later came and gave me another outrageous quote in addition to drying out everything. Of course the insurance did not comply and I was left with the damages as well as the open plumbing. I also received rude correspondence from someone in the company stating that I only had 10 days to pay since I didn’t want the insurance check to go directly to them. The initial information stated i had 30 days to make sure they got their money. Some of the crew members that came on were respectful and fast but the overall experience was unpleasant and unethical. Find a more trustworthy company or have someone familiar with the process before hiring this company to do any work for you.

So I am a new homeowner and my water heater decided to leak suddenly unknowingly to myself and family. Mrs. Sabrina was amazing when I spoke to her about obtaining help from this company. She sent out Mr. Josh who was very informative, patient and caring about the well being of my family as well. The damages to my home was very depressing to discover, but he reassured I and my hubby that we were in good hands. We had a pipe burst in our garage and flood most of our home, Cape Fear Flooring and Restoration did the absolute amazing and professional job I have ever seen. They responded and came on site the day of the damage. Mike and his mitigation team were professional and quick to mitigate all the water damage not to mention they were able to get all the fans and start the mitigation process the very next day, they worked with us and answered any question we could possibly ask. I am writing this review as we have only been in this process for right at 10 days. So far the service we have received has been excellent from the restoration team. Chris, John, Brain T, Will S, Kori, & Robert were the first people that we dealt with. They were fast and helpful and answered so many of my questions. We have also worked with Sandra and Fred who have been out to do moisture readings who were both so kind and worked quickly. The only complaint that I have so far would be that for most of the days we werent given a time range of when they would be out to do the moisture readings. That was partially frustrating as I would rearrange the day to attempt to be home for whenever they called. Everyone has been courteous and professional and really helpful. I have been a homeowner who has a laundry list of questions and thankfully they have been helpful. We have been told the wait time for repairs may take 3-8 weeks due to the back up from the hurricane. This is understandable. I have high hopes that the professionalism and work will continue to be fair and completed to satisfaction.

I just had some work completed and it was done so well. Joey Mcduffie was the project manager, he is remarkable. I had constant contact and updates. The work was excellent and the crew was extremely polite and worked hard . I would recommend this company. One of the crew that worked on my project was Chris. His work was outstanding.

I came into store on February 13. I had a rental house that needed new flooring in dining, kitchen and laundry room. The tenant wanted to move in on February 17. Ms. Rhonda and Mr. Allen were so helpful. They got me a great price for the new floor and had it down on Thursday so my tenant could move in on Saturday. I couldn’t believe they were able to get it done so quickly. Great job excellent service and work. I will definitely be using them for all my flooring needs. I was experiencing soft spots in my kitchen floor where the staples of the subfloor were literally pushing through the vinyl. Thomas was beyond informative and courteous. He asked all of the right questions to find out what took place. Back last year my fridge was leaking and I thought it was a defrost issue but it was my water line to my ice maker. I had my father unhook the line and mopped the floor. I mopped up the floor but the water had trapped itself between the layers of subfloor and was never properly dried. He was so professional and helped me get my issue addressed. I would highly recommend him. Even with the pandemic he was sanitary and very intentional with wearing his mask. Thank you Thomas!!!

I WANT TO THANK Cape fear flooring for great job. We had a water heater burst , they were called an our troubles were over. I and my wife had numerous appointments often requiring us to leave them working and from start to finish they had been nothing but professional. Mr. Lacy answered every question that was asked ; his crew was on time and worked everyday to our me and my wifes satisfaction, again thank you very much!

I am highly disappointed with the services that I have received from the “restoration” side of things. When the storm hit, they responded quickly and I thought things were good. Then mitigation started. Again they responded quickly. I needed part of my ceiling removed and dried. No problem! Except they did not tarp it and it has been open for months while we wait for the insurance part of things. I cannot get anyone out to cover it. My electric bill is through the roof, my heat is escaping the house, my very young children (1&3) are sick because my house is absolutely freezing down stairs and a furnace upstairs. This has been the worst experience. No one calls me back. Yesterday a project manager was supposed to come out to get repairs started and he never showed. I would not recommend to anyone

Eric P. and Will C. arrived on time and proceeded to carefully and quickly assessed the progress of the mitigation. They confirmed that the moisture levels in my kitchen had been restored to proper limits and removed the equipment with precision and professionalism. The contractors were very professional and did a great job at Gods Little Blessings Daycare center. The staff was very friendly and worked consistently to get the job completed in a timely manner. The work completed was phenomenal I couldnt have asked for any thing more, the staff did exactly what was asked of them. The contractors names were Tiffany, John, Brian And Fred. I would definitely recommend these workers and Cape Fear Flooring to anyone who wants the job done professionally and correctly.

We moved recently to North Carolina and bought a house that had been flipped. While the outside looked amazing the downstairs bathroom started leaking water all over the newly remodeled basement. Here we are barely moved in, in a new state with an up and coming deployment not knowing what to do. Cape fear was that light in the darkness or, the helpers Mr Rogers talked about. It didnt matter when we called they came out immediately. We went through three plumbers before finally asking them for a referral. With the repeated problems they were ever present. The plumber they recommended came and did the job right the first time. They oversaw additional work. Worked with our insurance company. The men they sent were always on time, clean and professional. Call them. Even if you dont know whats going on, they can help and give you the right referrals.

I am so grateful to Cape Fear Flooring! I just moved into a new home and 2 days later my laundry room had a leak within the walls...well guess whos staff was on the scene immediately Mike J, Mike H, Eric P and Sandra! Eric and John have gone above and beyond to help us out. We had a hot water leak under our slab Which required drying out before restoring walls and floors. Not having ever been through anything like this before, Eric and John took the time to explain what they were doing and what we could expect going forward. They were very professional and knowledgeable. This is who we would call in the future if anything else were to happen in our home.

I am very pleased with services provided to repair water damage to a bedroom wall and flooring after the recent hurricane. All steps of restoration process starting with estimate were performed and communicated with professionalism. Project Manager Joey McDuffie was great at communicating when work would be performed and coming by shortly after to make sure work met their expectations as well as my own. Although he was handling multiple projects after a tough hurricane season, he was very personable and definitely treated my restoration as a priority. While having multiple projects in progress at my home involving other contractors, the experience with Joey and Cape Fear Flooring clearly stood above others and I look forward to peace of mind using them for future projects.

I had a water heater rupture damaging 80% of the floors in the original footprint of my home. This occurred in November 2016. It took several days for a plumber to come out but, thankfully recommended Cape Fear flooring and restoration. I had someone at my house in hours to assess the damage, by the next day I had a team of four people on the job packing all my belongings in the areas requiring work, ripping out damaged flooring and left with 12 pieces of expensive equipment (dryers, dehumidifiers etc.) in place to minimize the damage as much as possible. It seems like a slow process to hear it can take 2 months or more to restore your home but, I was here most of the time they were working, 3 separate crews and there was no wasted time. There is the inevitable wait till it drys, ( flooring, dry wall mud, tile glue, paint, etc.) before moving forward but, during those times another crew was there doing other things in other areas. The best part was Lacy! You may not get him but you will get a project manager who will coordinate with everyone, including insurance inspectors and adjusters and will keep you informed about every step of the way. You have questions, concerns, complaints? You take them to your project manager and it will be handled to your satisfaction. The office staff were also wonderful to work with. Im a proactive, on top of things person and no one was put off by that and answered all my questioned though they believed I was getting ahead of myself. My great insurance company, Grange Mutual, backed me up by not once denying a claim and sent reimbursement expediently to keep things moving along. I will fully recommend this company for all your flooring and restoration needs and Im a perfectionist who does not accept anything substandard.

I was getting ready to move out of the area and planned to use my house as a rental property. I called Cape Fear Flooring and Restoration to get an estimate on repairing some damaged carpet. Allen came out with one of his installers to take a look. They could have fixed it but after talking it over with them, I decided to spend a little more on a full replacement and Im so glad I did. The new install looks great and will help get a higher rent to off set the cost. After a few days of mulling it over I contacted Allen again to replace the carpet in the other two bedrooms.Their level of professionalism was amazing. I wasnt home during the install but when I got home later that evening, the only evidence that anyone had been there was the great looking carpet in the bedroom. Putting half up front was a little scary the first time but Allen and the rest of the staffs professionalism helped allay any worries I had. Thanks for a great job at a fair price. If I could give more stars I would.

I would not let them remodel my dogs house after they finished with mine! Long story short they were hired for water damage to my floor. They subcontracted the work out to a shade tree carpenter. They finished half the floor and left due to rain. Upon further inspection they did not repair the water damaged plywood and started laying the Vinal water proof laminate over the warped floor! When I called the company they sent out the foreman and he spent his time arguing with me that the floor was level. They came out with another crew and took up the floor and laid padding down then the floor. I thought life was good but here I am eight months later with my floor starting to buckle and separate in multiple locations! I contacted the company and the ceo adviser they were not coming out to repair there work! I have made several attempts to contact the ceo again but she will not return my calls!

This company was quick and friendly. The men they sent out, John C and Will C, were so helpful with answering questions and respectful of my home. This kind of service during a stressful time shouldn’t go unnoticed!

Very quick response to a frozen water pipe. They made the whole process of mitigation and repairs very manageable and maintained great communication with my insurance the entire time. Phenomenal customer care and response to questions. Very happy we went with Cape Fear Flooring and Restoration and wed use them again if needed.

Lacey was our project manager- and he did a great job! Cary did a wonderful job painting, and the tile men did fantastic!! They even helped me with the addition to the tub . Everything looks wonderful , and we are very pleased with the quality of the work.

Ive used Cape Fear Flooring twice to make repairs to my property sustained from hurricanes. They communicated with me regularly. I could access their portal to see the status of my work orders and they handled all communication with my insurance company for claims which streamlined the process. They will always be my go to company for any restoration services.

Communication and customer service are extremely poor! These folks were contacted by my plumber on a Saturday. I waited three days before someone finally contacted me and came out to my house, indicating they could have an estimate to me in an hour. 24 hours later I contacted them again and finally received my estimate. They cannot take a card over the phone without a 3% additional charge so I met them at my house and paid them in full. I reviewed the bill more closely and saw a $128.67 charge for an emergency call. When I asked about this, I was told this was standard, wheels out the door to begin work charge. RIDICULOUS! Would NEVER recommend or use them again.

Cape Fear specifically (Mark Gonzalez) did a amazing job on my floors in the living room as well as bathroom. Defiantly recommend them for individuals who need flexibility in renovations. I work full time and mark always found the time to work around my schedules,Am in love with my floors and will defiantly be using them again.

Joey is really helpful and was here during each phases of the process. If we ever needed anything or have a question he was a phone call away. We are lucky to have him as our project manager.

I had a flood in my downstairs and I called these guys. Thomas was at my house within 30mins. He was very professional he made sure we understood everything in the process. He explained the paperwork to make sure we understood before we signed anything. He also had a cleaning crew same night with drying fans. He always makes himself available to answer your call. At first cape fear was great. Thomas and his team from mitigation were wonderful at drying out my home and getting things taken care of with removing what was damaged. After that, things started to take a toll. It took them 5 weeks after that to even get a project manager out to my house to look at what needed to be done. The people at the flooring store wouldnt even send anyone out to my home until I submitted my estimate from my adjuster so they could compare notes. Well come to find out, even after I told them there were things on there my husband and I werent doing through them, they still charged us (EXACTLY TO THE CENT) what my insurance company was sending me for the repairs. So I called someone else, and had a flooring expert out there the next day and a contractor out looking at what needed to be done 4 days after that! This contractor came in, gave me a price for how much it would be to do the work I asked him to do, and NEVER ONCE ASKED FOR MY ADJUSTER ESTIMATE OR HOW MUCH I WAS GETTING! In my opinion, this place was a complete waste of my time (except the mitigation team). Dont waste your time here if youre doing an insurance claim. Do your research first.

Cape Fear Flooring and Restoration came out to estimate a job that I currently received a quote of $3000.00 . When the technician came out he was friendly and professional. I was taking care of my elderly father at the time so getting things done was of the essence. When the technician came in, he said the quote I received was not necessary and all I needed was something extremely minor. Such a blessing, with taking care of dad a $3000 bill was not in budget and Cape Fear Flooring and Restoration, explained to me what was happening and how to correct at a low cost. I cannot say enough about the trust and peace of mind they provided me. First time going through this process, so wasnt sure what to expect From the intial inspection to today, each person was super friendly and professional. The team of Will, Eric, Fred, Rob, Victor and Maria were fast, efficient and very friendly. They took the time to walk me through each room, explained the process and what to expect. Called in to get a estimate. They said they couldn’t because we still had a leak in pipe. We told them the water was off. No other company told us this but them. Keep in mind this is the 3rd time we called. Each person told us something different . The sales department does not know what their doing .

Rhonda is rude. Refused to work with us, we almost left without business since she said they don’t do business and I should have accepted their work a month ago? When she finally called someone else they easily understood us and started the process to help.

I have been absolutely astounded by the poor communication and lack of professionalism at Cape Fear Flooring and Restoration. After starting a job with incorrect equipment (no air scrubbers although they promised they would be in the home), my family suffered adverse health effects. We called and notified them immediately that we would be vacating the property and that advanced notice would be needed for entry while we moved our belongings and no additional work would be completed until we vacated. On more than one occasion, they showed up and called me upset that we were not home (no notice was given - no appointment made, after they were informed we were moving). We finally had a 3-way call with the property management company (as we were renting the home) and management at Cape Fear Flooring. They told us that they would come by to check their equipment in the morning between 8 and 10 AM, that the equipment would not be removed so as not to spread the dust (mold was present in the home) out of the sealed off area. The next morning, their team calls to see if they can come (close to 10) and we accommodated them. They wanted to removed equipment from the home (even though it was agreed upon that they would wait until after we moved out - early the next week as this was a Friday). Their team left and apologized. About 15 minutes later, a woman from Cape Fear Flooring and Restoration called me to say ***the police are on their way, we have stolen their equipment and I will be arrested*** (the equipment that their team just had eyes on a couple minutes earlier, that they said was fine to stay). I called the police myself to inform them of the false report. When the police came, they were disgusted by the manner in which Cape Fear Flooring and Restoration treated us, how they went against their word (as corroborated by the property management company due to the 3-way call, who came to the scene to let the police know that what Cape Fear Flooring and Restoration claimed happened was far from the truth).I have never had such a horrible experience with any company prior to this. Not only did they lie to the police and harass my family, they put us in danger and failed to communicate. There is absolutely no way that I would allow this company anywhere near my family. I’m amazed that they are still on business and firmly believe that they should be black listed as military families should not be subjected to such treatment.I did learn a valuable lesson from my dealings with Cape Fear Flooring and Restoration: integrity is not universal and even some veteran owned companies (such as Cape Fear Flooring and Restoration) suffer from a lack thereof.

Cape Fear Flooring and Restoration company was recommended by the plumber who repaired a leaking toiletin our Bonus Room bathroom. Immediately a professional and knowledgeable team was sent out to assess the damaged floor in the bathroom and ceiling in the kitchen when I made the call. An explanation of how the repairs would be handled was given and was shown the water damage behind the cabinet wall with an instrument. The project manager, Joey McDuffie, make us feel comfortable with all the procedures that had to be used and constantly checked on the work and us. The repairs were done over a two months period with the expert work of JR Sandovals crew (painting, replacing cabinets, electrical work). Allen McLamb did an excellent work with the flooringin the bathroom. He also made suggestion ofOur insurance company was notified by CF Flooring and was contacted several times by Mary Taylor, project manager and Dana Dudley until the bill was paid.I would recommend this company for flooring and restoration. Our experience was remarkable.

I am very please with the customer service, professionalism, installation and assistance I received at Cape Fear Flooring and Restoration. I am a property manager and I needed a quick carpet installation before my next tenant moved in. Other companies wouldnt even come out to measure or give me an estimate for weeks, whereas Lorenzo from Cape Fear Flooring came out next day and enabled me to get carpet installed that weekend! He made so many calls on my behalf to get an installation crew so last minute and for that I thank you and I will be coming back for future services.

I did my research and initially chose this company because of their location in proximity to the job they would be contracted to perform. At first I was ready to just throw in the towel and cut my losses. I was so disappointed, but...... a different salesman came out and observed the job and went to the owner to let her know firsthand I was not just some hard to please customer, just complaining. She gave him permission to make things right. It took a while, but I am thoroughly pleased with the outcome, did I say, pleased, ecstatic is more like it. All companies will probably have some negative reviews, this company showed me that there are still some companies out there who wont just take your money and leave you dissatisfied. I would certainly do business again with Cape Fear Flooring and have shared the experience with friends and family, the unfavorable part of course but I make sure they know that in the end this company proved themselves to be of an old fashioned nature where they truly care about their customers and will stand behind there work and do their best to leave you pleased that you gave them your business. A great big thumbs up to Mr. J.R. Jackson and the owner of the company, they are still willing to treat the customers right!

We were pleased with the project completed by Cape Fear Flooring and Restoration. They repaired roof leaks, removed mold and painted those areas at my mothers home. The work was done well. A special accommodation goes to Joey McDuffie, the project manager. He worked so well with our mother and was always a phone call away for her.

The crew was very professional, considerate of the family and space or lack there of. The attitude of all were great thank you very much.

I requested a quote back on February 25th. It took them two weeks to come and look at it and was told they would have a price for me in a weeks. After 2 weeks I never got a call so I called them. I was told someone needed to come back out and redo measurements again. They said it would be a day or two before the man the needed to do it would be able to call me to set up an appointment to do so. A month and a half later, and after making four phone calls I still haven’t talked to the guy they said needed to come and redo the measurements to set up a date to come out.

Very professional bunch of guys. Highly recommend them John Clark and Mike Johnson came out today for a water extraction & drying process due to a pipe break. They explained the process each step of the way and even found another leak that the plumber missed. Although I never hope to have another pipe break, will definitely use them again if such an occasion occurs

NEVER USE CAPE FEAR FLOORING!!!!For those of you in the area, avoid Cape Fear Flooring like the plague! I am so mad right now that I cant see straight. First, it took me a week to get a quote, and that was after I called twice to ask for it. Then, the materials took twice as long as they said for them to come in; again I had to call twice to find out where our stuff was. THEN THEY ORDERED THE WRONG THING! What was supposed to be a 1-day project took NINE DAYS! And after all this, they give me a 5% discount, which the manager thinks is more than fair, and is twice what she was going to offer me. BEYOND PISSED!!!On a side note, the guys who actually did the work did a great job. If I could just hire them and avoid the actual company of Cape Fear Flooring, I would.
