We decided to extend the Shaw flooring that we had installed 4 years ago in the kitchen and hallway area to our living and dining room. Checked online prices and found Woodwudy was less than 1/2 the price of the retail store we originally used. Flooring matched perfectly. Ordering online was super easy. Flooring was out of stock at the time I ordered, but came in on the date they estimated. Would buy from Woodwudy again!

We went back and forth between flooring and the team at Woodwudy was incredibly patient. When it came time to purchase, they actually had the white oak wood in stock. They answered all my questions and loaded it all with care. I understand why they do not allow people to take samples with them from the store, but that would have been helpful in the selection process. The entire team in sales and in the warehouse worked hard and was always willing to help. We did our own install. Pictures show the white oak #2 during install.

Fabulous experience. Staff attentive and answered many questions. We didn’t find on the showroom floor what we were looking for; in describing what we wanted Eric pulled out a catalog and we found what we wanted in less than 10min. If I could give zero stars, I would. This company sold me 2300 square feet of white oak. The price seemed very reasonable, and the staff member I spoke to seemed very nice. I paid online, and it was delivered quickly ($500 delivery fee). Everything seemed great until the flooring contractor called and said I was almost 800 square feet of flooring short. I was only sent 1500 square feet of flooring, but paid for 2300. The staff have been no help with this matter. As a matter of fact, they have cut off all communication with me. They wont return an email or a phone call. They wont provide the delivery photo. No help at all. Im out over $2000 and they dont seem to care.Buyers beware, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.They stole from me, theres no reason they wont steal from you too.

We have been happy with the flooring we got at Woodwudy Flooring. We purchased a vinyl laminate, which I installed myself. The sales representative assured me that its a pretty easy project. The new flooring replaced old carpeting and it looks terrific. In total, its about 1,200 square feet of flooring, which we got from Woodwudy for a terrific price. We will use them again, in the future.

Great group to work with. Purchased #2 Common Red Oak, Bona IntenseSeal and Bona Traffic HD for a floor in our vacation home. Turned out great and is a one of a kind floor. The #2 Common has a lot of color variation that you dont get in other grades. Even called them on a Saturday morning with a question and they answered the phone!

Absolutely fantastic company. After getting a few quotes to have laminate floors installed on my whole main level, I decided to see what was out there online. I stumbled across WoodWudy and they saved me a ton on my laminate. And come to find out they were just in my back yard. A quick 1 hour drive to pick up the material saved me even more. One product they sent us was a mistake, and it was Bona Traffic HD - which is doubled in price from what we ordered. Not just they sent us the hardener for free, they went extra and didn’t charge us for this price gap. Today we completed our project. It looks fantastic!!!! We were lucky to find this store! I had a great experience with this company! I spoke with Ryan on the phone the majority of the time, but everyone is customer service was so helpful and knowledgeable. We went with the Shaw Catslewood Oak Floors in Chatelaine. They were a fraction of the cost purchasing through Woodwudy. The boards arrived quickly, install was quick due to the wide planks and it turned out beautiful! We ended up with a little excess and we did 10% overage, but there was literally almost no waste with the boards!! Awesome quality.

More I say, it will be still less about Woodwudy! My experience with them was extremely good. The staffs are very much helpful and their on-time communication is outstanding. Most importantly they are easy to reach and ready to help you in all possible manners. I purchased several Bona products from Woodwudy and I can tell you no one can beat their prices. My utmost respect for the team and the owner.

Online purchase from South Carolina. Great customer service and quick shipping on order of 1300 sq ft of flooring. The only issue I had was the shipper damaged some of the boxes loading and unloading the pallet. Shipment may need to be better protected on the sides but it didnt turn out to be an issue due to extra flooring.

Installed brand new red oak T & G. I wanted to make the floor look like a solid piece of wood. Did some research on what to use to fill in the hairline cracks of the flooring. Bona pacific filler was most highly recommended. Ordered online from Woodwudy. The package was timely in arriving. I had a couple of tech questions which they answered very promptly. As you can see the floor turned out beautiful.

While I didnt end up purchasing flooring from Woodwudy, I found Matt to be incredibly helpful in my search. I was interested in a particular flooring that is out of stock, but Matt spent time with me on the phone to try and find me a good alternative. I ordered online from Woodwury. Days after placing the order they contacted me to say they had to charge $250 extra for shipping. When I canceled due to the excessive charge, they charged me a service fee for canceling. If they had been honest about the charges when I placed my order, I would have known not to order. Their lack of honesty is very disappointing. I would not recommend ever ordering anything from them.

Deceitful for small orders. The company will charge a $100 handling fee for small orders. The fee will not show up in your shopping cart. They will write you an e-mail charging this fee after you purchase and then charge you 6% to get a refund if you do not want to pay the fee. I purchased from them because they had the cheapest cost upfront, but that was not the case at all with their hidden fees. Efloors.com is much better with all costs up front.

Great staff, great prices and most of all great customer service. The staff at Woodwudy was very helpful in getting me everything I needed to complete my flooring project. I will definitely refer friends and family to Woodwudy for all of their future flooring needs.

I placed the ordered online as I spoke with them on the phone. Order placed Wed., shipped Thursday, arrived at my home in central FL on Monday ... pretty fast. Via the phone and email, they were very helpful & professional. I recommend them.

Dont purchase online from them. They wont own up to their shipping/delivery logistics. Only go there if you live within a reasonable drive from them.I purchased unfinished hardwood flooring from WoodWudy. While the staff was friendly I have a serious issue with how they handle business.I sent my flooring contractor on a 20 hour round trip to pick up flooring from their location in Georgia.Upon coming back with my flooring they forgot to send three boxes with him. They would like to argue that he was supposed to double check them when they loaded him up. Its quite infuriating to have business who you just spent thousands of dollars on not only not own their mistake, but also not own up to the amount of problems its causes their customer. Their solution presented was either 1) take the refund or 2) me pay an additional $400 for shipping and wait over a week for them to get the three boxes they owed me shipped to me.They refunded me for these three bundles, but seriously delayed my project as I will now have to wait for my additional 60 SF I have to go find somewhere to acclimate.I gave them 2 stars because the product is nice quality.

Horrible customer service. Purchased a powerpalm and cleats. Charged shipping for both and then when they refunded the cleats (because they were out when it said in stock) they didnf refund the shipping for the cleats. The wood floors weigh thousands of pounds but they came on a pallet and were in perfect condition. I ordered the Somerset HG wood and loved the color and quality. Im so glad I found Woodwudy wholesale! I refinished a couple hardwood floors in my house renting a floor sander from the local big box stores. The only problem was that I couldnt find a commercial finish dealer inside of 150 miles. Using the junk at the big box store wasnt an option. My search led me to Woodwudy, as they had the best price and seemed legit. I called them up and the rep from the company gave me a lot of helpful information, including that they didnt have the finish I wanted in stock but were going to place an order in the next couple days. They added everything to a shopping cart and sent me a link. Once I felt ready to order, I clicked the link and finalized the purchase. It was only a few days and the finish arrived. The end result was outstanding, and I have Woodwudy to thank. I would have paid about $150 more to go through the store I used previously for the same product (except probably fresher through Woodwudy). I would not hesitate to order from Woodwudy for future projects.

Woodwudy, by far, had the most competitive pricing for the Mohawk flooring we purchased to match what the new builder installed (we removed carpet in some rooms and went with all wood flooring). They worked with us to hold the product until we went to settlement and had it shipped/delivered without any problem. The staff was great to work with, especially during the COVID crises! They were efficient, friendly, timely and responsive. I will recommend them to family and friends who are looking for great service and pricing!

The transaction from Georgia to California was easy. Stayed in constant communication throughout the process, and was able to beat competitors pricing. Product was shipped to a local warehouse and the pickup was easy enough (Home Depot truck rental and a little muscle is all you need).

Google wont let me back in to revise my previous review so here goes: My wood filler came in damaged (from shipping). There was a delay in getting a response from customer service which was frustrating, but once they reached out and explained that they were out of the office that day, they were very accommodating and took care of sending a replacement same day. Id just say be aware that although their site feels like a big box store, they arent. Fine with me, Id rather support small business anyway!

Good Prices, but watch out. After you check out they will then send a follow up email stating they are going to charge you another $100+ for handling. It is not listed on your invoice at all. It is a completely sepatate charge not accounted for or quoted when you pay. Then when that puts your over they will charge you a restocking fee for cancelling your order becasue it is more than $100 more than what you initally agreed to. Their excuse? They have a disclaimer on the site that you will get this unknown charge. Be warned!

They were a pleasure to do business with! I could buy various widths of 3/4 oak in small amounts, unlike other shops who force you to buy a large amount of sq.ft. in each size. I bought 200 sq.ft. total, broken down into equal amounts of 21/4, 3 1/4, 4 and 5. Perfect for finishing the 2 rooms I was re-flooring. Their #2 grade, while milled well, kept the character of the oak to add a great country look and feel. I wish I had more rooms to do!!

On our project, we ordered stain from Woodwudy. Not only good prices but great service. We ran short of the stain so when I called to order more, they sent it immediately and we received it in a couple days. Our project continued without a hitch. Thanks woodwudy.
