I got a great deal on a whole house quantity of Luxuary Vinyl Plank flooring. The warehouse staff are just great folks. I bought the flooring materials from USA Flooring, but, I got it installed for less than half what they quoted.

Find another company. All they care about is collecting their money after lying about the quality of their work and the skills of their workers. I was told that the work was completed only to come home and find these disasters. Also, they enjoy working in cold temperatures cause my thermostat was set to 50 degrees and left running for three days in June.

I personally love this place! I went to the Bragg boulevard store and I would highly recommend using this store. Angelina helped me out so much with a remodel and her honest and professional opinion help me choose the right carpet to make a house look great. The products and the people in the store are all great but Angelina always want that extra mile to help me with the purchase. I would be back any day to buy product from her. I worked with a Lori at the recommendation of my Realtor. Lori is fantastic the price was great. I needed my floor pulled up and replaced after a water leak.Let me first say the flooring looks amazing. The guys that came in and worked reeked of cigarette smoke. I have asthma so I stayed far away. My biggest issue was how messy they left my home. They did all the cutting in my garage left a mess. Installed the toilet wrong so it started to leak. Left all the old toilet pieces in my bathtub did not dispose of anything. Left screws on my kitchen counter. Spilled coffee on my husbands military equipment. Broke tile while installing the floors. Manger came multiple times to come repair and clean everything. I am even more annoyed now because the people they called in to repair tile screwed up around my fireplace and it looks like garbage. So even more people will have to come to my home and fix the things that could have been done correctly the first time.

We had an amazing experience with USA Flooring which we used to replace the flooring on the entire first level of our home. The service was prompt, organized and professional. McKade was extremely helpful and accommodating. He was always available to answer any questions that we had.

Great selection but had to get upoer management involved because the salesperson couldn’t give a straight answer regarding our order. Lack of communication regarding a custom carpet installation … In the end everything turned out great but the in between was very frustrating. Won’t be back

In May 2021, the services of USA Flooring, Bragg Blvd, Fayetteville NC were used to install hardwood flooring at my Mother-In-Law’s residence in Fayetteville NC. The manager, from USA Flooring – Bragg Blvd, came to the residence and measured the floor and wrote a contract that specified the correct size and color of hardwood. USA flooring ordered the wrong thickness. USA Flooring ordered a thin cheaper hardwood; yet, they charged me for the standard ¾ inch boards. The store sought to profit from providing cheap material. In addition, the store manager failed to account for the need to install quarter round which resulted in an additional charge to me.The correct size hardwood took an additional month to be delivered. USA Flooring engaged the services of a third-party contractor who did not deliver professional service in terms of installation. USA Floor did not assist the customer with issues that arose with the contractor. USA Flooring, Fayetteville – Bragg Blvd., took the position that now that payment has gone through we are no longer involved with any issues you have with the third-party install contractor.The bottom line is that USA Flooring did not live up to their service advertisement. It was clear to me, from my dealings with USA Flooring Fayetteville location, that their goal was to get you under contract and collect a check or credit card payment then you are left on your own to deal with any residual issues. Based on my experience with USA Flooring, I would not use them again or refer them to anyone. Find Another Flooring Company! Especially in Fayetteville NC.

Our floors were installed in May 2018. We had USA Flooring install hardwood floor in our living room, hallway, sitting room and bedroom. The hardwood floor needed to match the flooring of the kitchen, dinning room and foyer. All our concerns were addressed at the beginning. Lori was our sales person and I can tell you that she has done a fantastic job and earned our trust and confidence. She did what another local flooring company did NOT wanted to do. The other company did not want to search for the name of the manufacturer for the floors we have or find the contractor who installed it. When I found the information needed, I made two calls and they did not return my calls or acted as if they were not interested. I found out that the contractor who sold and installed our hardwood floors, no longer carries the shade and it is no longer available. Lori was up for the challenge. When Lori arrived, she was able to tell us immediately our flooring brand and was able to narrow it down to 2 or 3 variations. She brought some samples with her and ordered more samples the same day to get close to the variation we needed. She returned a couple of days after and found a closed match with a much better quality. Lori is punctual, professional, and was able to convey our concerns very clear to the installer . Before the installation date, she brought the installer to discuss with us the installation process and to address our concerns. It was a wonderful experience.My rating consist of my experience with Lori who works at USA Flooring. I did not go to the store but, read the company reviews and called.The Price Quoted-was affordable. Customer service- she kept us informed and followed thru. knowledge- she knows floor. Experience- she understood our needs and exceeded our expectations. Overall experience - I recommend USA Flooring to anyone who want hardwood floors and definitely recommend Lori. I love my floors and I am a very satisfied customer. The third and fourth photos depicts complete installation.

Couldnt be more impressed with the work done at my house. On Friday 8/6 the guys discovered old termite and water damage. They called and arranged to com back on Sunday to repair the floor and then lay my new floor. They could have put down my floor and never said a word. I would definitely recommend them.

During my remodel project we ordered tile and carpet. There was a guy who came out from this company claiming to do mold remediation as well in the beginning of the project and was telling them what pieces supposedly were supposed to be replaced. Well on the day that mold remediation was supposed to take place on my home, I was sitting in the yard and no one never showed up. When I questioned this I was told that the person had already left.Following this event they supposedly was unable to contact this “mysterious person”. Needless to say we had to go with another company who failed horribly at doing what they said they would do and had to pay someone else to do testing on my home.The carpet installation went fairly well. The person who laid down the transition strips didn’t ensure that all carpet was moved out of the way in order for the carpet not to be sticking out from under it.The tile experience was awful. During installation the person used my bucket I had been using to put clean water in for his mud and mortar. He laid the tile wrong and due to him not paying attention to the wall that was hung wrong and slanted, he continued to lay the tile and both the wall and tile ended up noticeable slanted. When I said something about this to them, they came back and replaced maybe a piece that was wrong and left the rest.Was not satisfied at all with the tile installation nor the professionalism that was exhibited during this time.

Had hardwoods installed in my new home and though there was an issue with materials arriving on time due to COVID (not USA Floorings fault), they arrived on the arranged date and did a great job matching my new hardwoods to the previously installed hardwoods. There were three workers here and they all worked hard on the install and we are very pleased with the results! We will be using USA flooring again for future flooring renovations.

We purchased our tiles and LVT and the quality and cost was better than any other tile store in Fayetteville. The salesperson we worked, Brandi Gregory went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were taken care of. She is one dedicated employee and the customer experience we had was second to none. Very impressed with the quality of work we received. Our original plan was to go to Lumber Liquidators in Fayetteville to try and match the wood from our kitchen into the living room....Save yourself a trip and dont waste your time going over there. When we arrived asking for advise/ questions in the quality of wood, we were treated like we shouldnt even be there. Unhappy with the customer service/ products they offered we called USA Flooring and spoke with Jason OBryant. Wow- what a difference! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He gave us some great options with SOLID WOOD flooring (which is pretty unheard of nowadays) and we decided to purchase the flooring. I asked when they could install, and he casually said next week, I was so surprised and happy we scheduled right on the spot! He delivered the wood to our home 2 days later so that it could acclimate to the climate, Tuesday 11/21 a crew of 3 men showed up and had my beautiful oak floors installed with quarter round in less than 6 hours! I am SO happy we went with USA flooring- we will NEVER go back to Lumber Liquidators..... EVER AGAIN. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience and a great product BEFORE Thanksgiving :)

I scheduled an appointment to have USA flooring to come to my home to do measurements for a future flooring project. On the day of the appointment, no one showed up or called me to let me know they were not coming. So I gave them a call 10 min after they no-showed to see where they were. The rep who answered my call laughed and said, oh, they didnt call you to let you know we werent coming today? The guy who was scheduled to do your measurements became sick yesterday and he forgot to call you. This is so unprofessional. It was my first and last time giving this place a chance. Theyve wasted my time!! I planned for them to be here at at a specific time. I had even postponed other obligations to have USA flooring come over and they couldnt even give me a courtesy cancellation call Such a disappointing waste of my time on a Saturday afternoon!

Great company! We are a military family and we have a rental in the Reaford area that needed new floors. Lori did an awesome job at putting together some options for us and taking the time to email and text them since we do not live there anymore. They were fast and did and really great job!

These people are so nice until they get there money that everything changes. Two weeks later and my floors are still not right, I have called twice for Annie, she doesnt even have the time of day. But they have their half its the installer that doesnt get paid. They rip off Veterans. Think about paying double just because your a Vet,and because there the middle man. If I could zero stars I would.

This new management/ownership has terrible customer service. After waiting weeks for our flooring to come in, I called and Annie had not even ordered it. She stated she left a message asking a question, but we never received a message, and we had already paid. Then supposedly a truck broke down, adding another week to the timeline. Then, they said they would deliver it before 12:00 and when calling at 3:00, it had been a busy day. I get stuff happens, I get trucks break, but the lack of communication unless we initiated it, is not good customer service. Also, Annies husband was the person who came to measure for the flooring. He seemed alright, but bragged about how much better the store is and how bad it was before. Weve had completely the opposite experience. The service we had in the past was much better.

We worked with Scott at USA Flooring in Raleigh to replace the carpeting in my wifes condo before we listed it for sale. Scott was incredibly easy to work with, the price was competitive, and the installation was beautifully done. I will definitely call Scott when we need carpet for our main house.

We recently had work done with this company and it went very well. They took out our old floors and back splash from the kitchen and bathroom area as well as put down new LV and tile in the bathrooms and laundry room. The gentlemen by the name of McKade was in contact with us constantly and letting us know what was going on, when items would arrive as well as setting up a timeline that worked for us and him. To do the house, it took them about 3-4 days over all and the price was not outrageous as some of the other places we looked at were trying to charge us. Any issues we had were resolved and I 100% feel that McKade went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and that we were satisfied with the finished product. We allowed the workers to be in our home when we werent there and there was no fear of theft or misconduct in the home. Great company and great service, especially if you work with McKade. Best customer service.

So sad, it has been a week, still no call at all. This will let me know the service quality of theirs. Will not go there anymore.

I am incredibly pleased with the quality of  service provided to me from  Ms. Lori Albertson, Manager of US Floring , Fayetteville, NC. I requested a warranty repair on my floor and  she took less than 24 hours to contact me and scheduled a repair service after my claim  was approved by the main office. Her crew did outstanding job in  less than an hour. The detailed work was incredibly good. Kudos to Lori that she is always helpful for me for any issues related to my floor-COREtec installation and product warranty  since her office intalled  it on my entire two story house few years ago. She answered always all my questions and concerns. Loris professional manner in which she handled my query must be commended!!! This company is successful because of its  focus on its customer services. Well done!

I needed to have some tile installed very quickly and the tile person I had lined up ended up having to cancel. So, I went to USA Flooring in Fayetteville. The initial customer service was great. David tried to help me find the right tile and was able to schedule an install when I needed it. However, the problems started there. Having never had tile installed before, I trusted USA Flooring to do it properly and that ended up being a mistake. The individual that they sent was not their regular person (they did not advise me of this until after the tile was already in) and because he was limited on time he did a quick install--the fast dry stuff that can be grouted after only a few hours. Neither they nor he told us that this particular process should not be done with porcelain tile (I discovered that on the internet while looking up other issues). When the tile was in, it looked okay EXCEPT that the floor was much lower than before and so the marble separator we had before would not work between the hardwood and tile. Instead of stopping, going and getting the proper piece, the tile guy just left a quarter inch gap between the tile and hardwood. Once he did that, my options were to have the tile ripped out and reset (the piece fits under the tile) or get some tacky looking piece to put over the doorway. In the end thats what I had to do--and, since USA didnt really come out for weeks to fix the issue, it was my brother who purchased and installed it. Additionally, along the tub and wall the tile guy left too much gap where the tile should have gone and so there are places where the grout is about an inch thick--my understanding is that eventually this will break out and will be a continual source of trouble in the bathroom. He did not finish in the closet.In short, the tile guy did a really sloppy job. When USA Flooring was made aware of this, they did come out and look and there were all kinds of promises about fixing things. Unfortunately, this is an old house and the solutions they could offer after the tile was improperly installed really could not be done without another major renovation to the bathroom. Because of our time constraint we paid USA Flooring about $150 more for this project than our other highest quote--and that quote included installing baseboard (which USA Flooring did not do).All in all, the bathroom is not as professional looking as it should be given how much I spent to have it done, but as of yet it does not look awful. I expect problems and because of that and because USA Flooring did not send someone out to actually fix the issues until many weeks after the initial installation and because the issues could not be properly fixed by then, I would urge others to look elsewhere for someone to do their tiling. The people there are really nice, but there is a breakdown in the system. Someone from USA Flooring should have come to check the finished job before the tile guy left initially and once they saw the problem it should have been fixed in a timely manner.Also, they never reimbursed me the $30 they charged for a new marble piece. They kept the piece and the money.

The staff was generally friendly and helpful in matching wood flooring in one room of my home for a carpet to wood project. The prices just to buy the wood were high and I found out later I could have saved if I had purchased from Lowes.USA Flooring didnt even do the flooring installation, which was the primary reason I called them in the first place. They contracted it out to a small flooring business in the area. The flooring business wasnt much better. They scuffed up my walls, cut wires to my door chime/alarm system, and the finished product has obvious gaps and blemishes.I paid USA Flooring a bunch of money for more problems, an ugly floor, and an unpleasant service experience. Will NEVER use them again.

Outstanding customer service. Came in looking to refloor and got a great deal. I wasnt pressured for an upsell, or bullied into a purchase because I dont know anything about floors. I left feeling confident I got an increadible deal. Ask for Dave.

We had our floors done by the Fayetteville NC store. We worked the a salesman by the name of Shane who was pleasant and of course sold us the dream of how professional and competent his company floor contractors were. As a result we had hardwood floors done throughout our home and carpeting upstairs and in the bedrooms. Initially they came later than originally discussed due to the material ordering and the contractors having another job to complete. I must say overall the floors looked nice initially until we realized the carpet was cut too short in a couple of the rooms and the hardwood floor boards were loose in several areas. There were also nail holes that had light putty on them in several boards. This was definitely an eye sore. After discussing the issue with them, they came out fir repairs and one of the contractors literally cut a piece of quarterboard and nailed it in the corner of my hallway to cover an area they cut short. Of course we called back and they reluctantly came back out and attempted to repair the floors again after making excuses about how they have to nail on top of the flooring because it would be to difficult to take the boards up etc. Well 5 months later and two very intense conversations with the general manager, Scott, we still have loose boards, shedding edges of carpet fibers and an uneven floor which has lippage that you can feel shift under your feet. The new excuse is it is our subfloor. Of course if their was a subfloor issue we should have been notified prior to the install and we currently have hardwood in our home (formal areas) when the home was built that we have had not one issue with which is in the same subfloor. After canitacting then again, the manager Scott was extremely aggressive and unprofessional and became so upset that I ended the conversation so he could calm down and requested a call back once he was able to talk like a professional. Needless to say we have not heard from them since. Please beware of this company if you are looking to spend your hard earned money to have flooring done. We will keep you posted because we will be pursuing this issue for a resolution. Troubleshooter’s will also be contacted now that we have a few other customers that have had similar experiences with this company.

I was not going to share my review. However this morning upon looking on Facebook I am compelled to do so. This was an absolute nightmare dealing with this company and this morning was the kicker. It was supposed to be a straightforward job sand and refinish of my wood flooring. I was told Id be out of my home for four days. Turned into 3 1/2 weeks we were not even to have a functional kitchen during Thanksgiving. Lucas The first contractor sanded the floors and stained them the wrong color not to mention he had gotten stain everywhere to include carpeting, cabinets, windowsills, walls, door knobs, and so on. My floors were a light natural color and it was supposed to match that color however Lucas stain them a reddish dark color.Once this is brought to the attention of the company we are offered a huge discount to stick with it which we were not interested in doing so we were told we could walk through the house and the lack of craftsmanship was evident throughout. The district manager came out and saw what the issue was and agreed we needed to have a new contractor come out and take care of it which was done thankfully . Not even 24 hours after it was fixed I received a text message for the remaining balance which was promptly paid. Of course I receive no discount for the inconvenience of not having a kitchen being out of my home having to deal with the inconvenience of the situation. Nothing... I was still going to keep quiet until this morning looking on Facebook I come across an ad for Lucas the first contractor. He somehow has the finished product picture of my home. I never authorize anyone to take photos and use them for advertisement. Especially the first contractor who caused such chaos and damage to my home. Someone from this location had to of sent him the picture of the finished product and I find that to be very unprofessional and unsettling. This is my home and it was completely disrespected and clearly my business means nothing to them. Lucas did not have any hand in the final product of what my home looks like now nor had he been to my home after the first night. I went with USA flooring because I thought that they were a reputable trustworthy company. I will post photos to include the Facebook post of my home that Lucas is trying to pass off as his own work

I had a very bad experience with this company. They were subcontracted to replace my hardwood floors in my home and the tile flooring in two of my bathroom. When I went in to pick my flooring they gave me just a few choices. Anne told me that they were the only choices in my price point. I told her that the contractor had told me that the flooring in my home that was being replaced, and paid for by my insurance company was $6.50 sq foot. She then reluctantly showed me some other choices and we found one we liked. I had to get my contractor to call her and tell her that the $6.50 was just the flooring and not the installation. Then, the sample of the tile I picked was almost a solid white. What they put down had more sand color in it than white. I was not brown like my old floor but not the mostly white that the sample I was shown was. I asked her about this and she showed me a different sample and said that we had picked it. I never could convince her that the sample she should me after they put the floor down and the sample that her husband had shown me at the house were different. I finally just gave up. The tiles are not exactly what I wanted but they are a lot lighter than what we had before so they do brighten the bathrooms up a little. When they came to do the work I was told that anything they moved they would put back. When we moved back into the house out of the hotel, nothing was where it had been when we left. The furniture was not back where it had been and they had taken my cloths out of my closet and thrown them on the bed. I will have to dry clean a couple of my dresses to get the wrinkles out. I complained and they came back out to put the furniture in place. I had to rehang my cloths because I needed to get to my bed to be able to sleep before they came out to put the furniture back where they had moved it from.They were suppose to clean up everything after they finished installing the floors. They did not. Every thing in my house was covered in sawdust. There were wood chips all over the place from where they had taken up the old flooring. I asked them why they were cutting things in my house because that was the only way the sawdust could have gotten on every surface in my house. They claimed they didnt that the cut the floors in the garage and the sawdust just blew into the house with the ac. I dont have an intake in my garage for the ac so that could not have happened.My husband is disabled and in a wheelchair. The transitions from wood to tile and wood to carpet were level. Instead of replacing the transitions the same way, they put speed bumps at every transition. I had to complain and have them replace the ones in the master suite and the laundry room. They put smaller transitions in that are better but they did not put the same type that was in originally. The worker said that he had not been told the transitions had to be flat. My issue is that they should have known to replace the transitions with the same thing that had originally been there. The transitions from the wood floor into the guest bathroom was suppose to be a marble piece. They put the marble transition in and then put a wood speed bump transition in half covering the marble transition. It looks strange and I havent been able nor do I know if I will get this fixed.Someone hit the door frame of my garage. They did not say anything to anyone. I contacted the contractor and he had his people replace it. They also broke my desk and did not say anything. USA flooring did not mention any of this and did not replace any of it. The contractor covered the cost of these repairs and replacements that USA flooring damaged.They were suppose to replace some wall tile. They never did it even after several requests from both myself and the contractor. The contractor crew replaced it.I would stir clear of this company. They are terrible with terrible work ethic and they lie to you.
