We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Flooring America. We bought a home and the carpet was stinking up the house. It needed to go ASAP. They were able to fit us in quickly and for a fantastic price. They made sure our concrete subfloor was ready to go and worked quickly to get the LVP in. Trisha was a wealth of knowledge and went to great effort to make sure we got the floors we wanted! They replaced the entire downstairs except for the bathrooms. The floor has been in for 3-4 months now and we have not seen any problems yet!

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience with Flooring America. I was quoted over the phone for around $100. I was also quoted $100 IN PERSON. The first appointment was rescheduled due to a hurricane. The second appointment was missed by us because we were not at the house and they did not have a phone number for us (Im not sure why?). The third appointment a new person came (they were supposed to fix the flooring this time) and then said he couldnt fix it because he thought he was just supposed to look at it and did not have enough material for it. The fourth appointment he finally came and when I called to pay over the phone I was charged $180. The vinyl replaced was a 5x1 section and a 3x3 section at 10 Commando Avenue.

When it was time to get rid of the carpet and go with vinyl waterproof flooring because of the animals, I turned to Flooring America. I initially met with Trisha. She was very knowledgeable and was able to help me find the right flooring in our budget. She was very easy to work with and helped me through every step of the process. Yesterday Andres and his helper came to intall the new flooring. They were on time and very respectful to us and our home. Their work was beautiful and you could tell that detail was important to them. They also took pride in their work and explained what they were doing. They also worked very efficiently and were able to complete the job in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Flooring America to anyone.

I cant say enough about Klinton and the whole team at Flooring America. In the last 3 years Ive used them multiple times in my personal home as well as my rehab properties and have never been disappointed. Its so difficult today to find local contractors that actually follow through on what they promise. But with Flooring America, Ive never been misled, overcharged or let down. Klinton always respects my budget, my time and my input. Ill definitely be using them again!

Weve used this company twice for carpeting and I wish wed use them initially when we had hardwoods put in by a larger, less honest company. Mark is one of the most responsive and friendly people Ive ever worked with for home improvement projects and I will continue to go tothis company for as long as we live here. Highly recommended.

Nice people to work with.

I wish I could write a positive review of this company, because I love the flooring product (color, finish, durability). However, we believe the installation of our floating LVT floor was done incorrectly and has led to buckling of the LVT itself and the popping-off of quarter-round from the baseboard. The website says that Flooring America of Fayetteville specifically honors lifetime install warranties (see photo), but even after we had a contractor come out to inspect the subfloor for moisture or structural damage, the Flooring America owner has been adamant that the flooring issues are due to improper installation. This is not to mention the adhesive stains and the forgotten closet during install (i.e. the original installation team had to be called out several times after their initial visit to remedy issues). Im hoping that there can be a positive resolution from writing this review, and I will gladly update this if/when the problem is remedied. Love the product, but so far highly disappointed in the companys response and their install team.UPDATE-After hiring another contractor to come out to inspect the floors and write a report for us, Flooring America has honored their lifetime installation guarantee. Im not super thrilled about coming out of pocket to hire a general contractor to inspect the work of a professional company, but Im pleased that the floors are being repaired now.

Nice open floor plan allows for quite a variety of inventory. Overall this place had quite a few options and their prices were reasonable. Most of the flooring we looked at was between 2.49 and 4.99 a square foot. Didnt seem to make much difference between the brands. Also they have a huge discount selection if your looking to flip a house or need some carpet for a project. Lots of selection in hardwood, vinyl, and laminate floors as well. We got there kinda late so I didnt get to explorer the upstairs or other side of the building. Swing by and check them out.

Klinton recommended to use the luxury vinyl boards to replace our old floorings, it was a great advice! We installed it throughout the entire house and it looks absolutely fabulous. Sad to say they are the worst EVER! I will never recommend or use them again. They sent one guy to install our carpet 3700 Sq ft. They (the manager) had to come out several times and they still could not get it right. The staircase was horrible. They had to hire an older gentleman to come redo our staircase after the second time because they couldnt get it right, and he did a good job.My carpet doesnt look like it was done by professionals and the older guy agreed especially when the entire house was empty. It was pulled enough. They didnt apologize or offer any of our money back.

Everything here is overpriced, Id really shop around because their quote was pretty high for a lesser floor. They markup the material cost quite a bit. It can be hard to find floors in Fayetteville but keep looking. I also find it kind of desperate when the sales staff leaves reviews for their own company. Great job Klinton, keep the fake reviews coming.

We shopped around for flooring and decided on Flooring America of Fayetteville because of the wonderful reviews they got. We wanted to replace the rugs in the living room, linoleum in the kitchen/dining room and wood in the hallways with one product. Klinton, the salesman, was very knowledgeable about all products and showed us a variety of flooring. We decided on a fairly new product called Gortex Plus XL. It looked like real plank flooring and it was water proof.We were especially lucky to get a crew who were hard working, diligent and committed to giving us 100% quality installation! I went to Lowes but they didnt have many options compared to this place. This place had so many varities, my wife loved it. And the staff were very helpful. They gave us a very good quote. But more than that i loved how friendly Mr. Mcgee was. He made first time carpet buyers like us feel comfortable and made it easy and fun. I am glad we went there for our carpet.
