Great shop! Friendly service and great prices. They were able to bring my tail lights back to life! They look like I just drove off the dealership lot. Can’t wait to try them out for my future mechanic needs too.

They charged me more than $100/hr for a diagnostic and a wheel alignment. They didn’t even realize there was a front tire of a different size than the others. So I spent $300 just to get the car in the same conditions as before and they didn’t even spot such a big thing like a different tire size while doing a wheel alignment, if they really did it.

I had my lift kit installed a couple month ago and wanted to test it out before reviewing.1. The owner is very helpful and kind, really genuinely does what’s best for you.2. Gave a good price to install the lift for $400. Other places were charging $600.3. I got it back way before I expected.4. Good vibes, my jeep is running great with the new lift. I will definitely go back there.

I used to really enjoy the staff and had no complaints before but since they lost a lot of people and told me they would work on my car I never got an update or anything. I had to keep calling and I just got told they were busy which I understand, it’s a good mechanic shop. They told me bring it in ASAP, which I did, and then was told “it won’t get worked on till next week”. Yes I was upset but whatever I waited. Still NO ONE called. They said “we are busy and it hasn’t been touched it’s being diagnosed.” So I waited a week and no call. I waited TWO WEEKS and nothing. No call, no updates, no anything. I found it frustrating and annoying that I had to keep calling to get the same response because I was told two weeks ago someone would work on my car and I get told they are overbooked when by now I could have already have had my car fixed with someone else. Don’t schedule someone for a day and make them wait two weeks when you can’t even touch it. So now I have to find someone else who can schedule me accordingly.

They did an amazing job with my 6 rough country lift, Hercules tires, and my Fuel Rims. Very professional and made me feel more like family than a customer. Didn’t get the part I needed, never called me to update me on when they’d have the part or when to come back in.

Went to firestone previously to this shop to get a checkup on my vehicle before making a trip. Firestone told me my car wasnt safe to even drive down the road but they told me it was completely fine and explained why. Got reccomended this shop from two friends and Im happy I decided to go to them.

We were told that the SUV just had to be checked out but it took them 4 hours to do so and the lady had a serious attitude which is not good.

Took my car in to look at the exhaust and help troubleshoot. They diagnosed the issue, gave me a quote to fix and I was on my way. No overselling and great estimated repair costs.

Brought my Ram 1500 in for new struts and mounts. Had a squeak that was diagnosed by my dealership, but the guys are Redline offered to not only diagnose the issue further, but replace anything else that may be contributing to the squeak. Same day drop off and pick up. Truck drove off the lot great, couldn’t be happier. These guys have been working in my truck. I have a 69 C10 and theyre doing excellent work so far. I recieve updates from the shop now and again with pictures. They often interact to ensure what I get is exactly what I want. If you want some horsepower, custom wheels, or some suspension work done these guys are your best bet. They make you feel like family immediately. Ill surely continue to use this business.

I believe in small business and these people are very personable, they take in your vehicle like its their own unlike those big dealers who only show up to work to work on some random persons car! They replaced the catalytic converter on my Chevy Colorado with the upmost care and you can really tell that they take pride in their work. Nick and his staff explain in detail what the issue is with your vehicle and like I said above 👆 they will fix your vehicle with that great workmanship that you just dont see these days anymore. Went to Redline because I had some locking lugs that the middle had snapped out of and I needed off so that the tires could be changed, they got them off no problem and we’re happy to assist in changing my tires and even getting my TPMS installed in my RPF1s to get rid of that blinking tire pressure light. Pricing was fair for the amount of work and was about where I thought it would be but I feel even better knowing that it’s being taken care of by a team that knows cars and actually cares about them rather than someone just chasing a check. Anthony was the one that removed the locking lugs for me and he did an excellent job. Tim was the one that got me checked in and even helped me out by getting me black spline lugs for my car and mounting my tires to the newer wheels. He was very pleasant to deal with and did everything he could to help me out, overall he’s a really cool guy that seems to enjoy cars as well as his job. Any questions I had were answered and they were just overall a very good group of people. I know for sure I will be back and I am 110% going to recommend them to anybody that has wheel and tire needs or even general maintenance that needs to be done on your vehicle. They got me in on a short notice and did everything I needed. Thank you Redline and an even bigger thank you to Anthony and Tim for putting up with my questions and requests! 10/10 would recommend!

Car shut down on me. Sent it to another shop which it was vandalized. Moved my car here and the guys jumped right on it. Took a few days but they cleaned out fuel injectors and stuff. Very professional and the desk guy is eye candy.

Great group of guys that know what they are looking at; they did an awesome job and even tightened up the steering when they knocked out the alignment. Dont hesitate to take any of your cars to Nick and his shop.

This shop just ripped off my girlfriend. Went there for an alignmnet, and they said they cant do it because it needs a wheel bearing. This is nonsense. Even if it does need one, it would have to be the passenger side as that side wears tires unevenly. They say the drivers side needs one. Plus they claimed the oil plug is stripped and leaking, which it is not. I changed the oil recently and know it is not stripped. I also checked the oil yesterday and it was not low, but they topped it off- meaning it is overfilled now and I will have to drain some out. Checking oil levels right after a car is shut off is never accurate, and you dont top off oil like you do a gas tank. Then they charged her 26.75 for a rack fee. This means they charged her for not aligning the car, adding oil that was not needed, and saying no to a random repair job they made up.

Its hard to find good customer service in Fayetteville. Ive found better prices, better service, and faster turn-around times, every time Ive taken my car in for work. That means a lot when youre driving around an older 3-Series BMW. The local dealership quoted me thousands over what Ive paid here; I dont even want to think about what the wait might have been like.
