Got my wheel alignment done here. They were fast and professional. I would highly recommend this place.

Just wanted to thank the good people of Auto Alignment for the excellent service they provided in June 21. I hobbled into their shop on a Jax-to-DC trip. The tire guy dropped what he was doing and immediately solved my problem with a tire change. Excellent service at an amazingly low price.

Very positive, polite, and courtesy. Only needed an alignment front and they were super fast about it. Wait time was minimum but could see they were very popular because of scheduling and many clients cars to be service daily. I waited patiently due to my extra time.

Great folk very knowledgeable and treated me very fair after nothing needing done on my alignment explained what was going on and did not charge me.

Very professional and courteous, thought I needed an alignment but was told I only needed a balance of my tires. They are 5 out of 5 stars,

Ms.Debbie and the mechanics are very professional and friendly. I came in with a “clunking” sound while driving. The mechanic diagnosed it as Stabilizer Links that were worn. After replacement of said links and alignment; my car feels back to normal. Thanks again, Ms. Debbie and mechanic staff! I appreciate you all. 👍

Awesome place they do all my Alinements long time running family business and Mrs. Debbie is a looker with a great personality. Always dressed to impress and very pleasant to converse with . Rickey is best in the business they use a old school machine that requires a skill not a computer that’s is never calibrated right . I’m very honored to have these guys do my Alignments and hope my business is as well acknowledged and trusted as these guys in the next 20 years .

Called and asked if they could align vehicles that were lowered, they said they probably couldnt do mine. After I hung up, I measured my height and realized I gave them a wrong measurement, I was off by 4 inches. I decided to drive to the shop and let them visually see the vehicle. The parking lot was empty except for two vehicles when I arrived, and upon entrance to the shop there was three employees. A gentleman was sitting on a couch by the door eating a slice of pizza and another man and woman were at the counter. I approached the counter and informed them I had just called and decided to bring the vehicle in so they could get a better judgment on if they could perform an alignment on my vehicle. The lady said you spoke to this man here and looked at the guy sitting next to her who was eating. He stared at me for a good 7 or 8 seconds before he said Im eating. I said I understand and Ill just sit and wait so my truck can be looked at. The lady immediately said that hes booked up until the end of the week, and could possibly book me for Friday. I looked at both of them, looked back to the door at the completely empty shop and parking lot, then said thanks and headed to the door. They wouldnt even let me wait until they were done with lunch to even look at my truck to tell me if they could do the alignment or not, which is all I wanted. If youre going to lie, at least make it a good one and not an obvious lie. The place was empty at 1pm on a Monday, no cars in the bay and no customers in the shop.

Great customer service, i went to three different alignment shops and none of them were able to do an alignment on my car (lowered with aftermarket wheels), fortunately one shop pointed me to this place and i just walked in and asked them if they could do it, they said yes and that it would be ready by lunch time. i sat in their lobby and was having a hard time finding someone to pick me up, and they noticed this. they just went ahead and did my alignment while i was there, and saved me hours of my day. the alignment was done well and prices are very good

Wonderful place. I needed a front end alignment on my 4WD truck. Made an appointment&was finished within a half hour. The lady upfront was sweet&very helpful. Ricky did the alignment&was also very honest&upfront about other possible problems with my truck. I wouldnt go anywhere else for servicing my truck! Highly recommend these wonderful people!

Lets just start out by saying quick and great people saved my family over $ $500 in unnecessary repairs another place tells me would be $600 for repair/ replace car brakes and rotors. Turns out I just needed brake pads and rotors were still in good shape just needed resurfacing. Definitely my go-to mechanic very experienced personnel who share their knowledge with you

My brother worked there if he was still there Id say they were the best around because my dad taught him how to work on vehicles when he was little he built his first car and that is all he does is work on vehicles he might not be that old and still look like a baby but he knows what hes doing if he had his own shop everybody would have him working on their vehicles his name is Shayne OQuinn if you need any work done look him up because he does not work here anymore he had to have a major surgery done and when the doctors I told him he could go back to work they would not hire him back

Alignment was bad, had to spend more money on correct alignment

They did my allignment bit didnt put my steering wheel back to center, it was like an inch off to the right. Also I showed up 15 minutes before my appointment and they took my car 30 minutes late.Additionally the lady in the front desk didnt know how long sinple services would take and turned customers away instead of asking the nonchalant mechanics for a timeline.

This place did not provide me with proper service they lied to me. I left this Company with a Vehicle that could have caused me and the Family 👪 harm I would not recommend this Company to anyone. Im going to Sue this Company if they dont refund my Money.

Well first off website advertises closes at 5 on Friday. I arrive at the shop just after 1pm & I’m informed that the shop closes at 1:30. Then as I’m asked what needs to be done to the vehicle I start saying what I would like done & I’m told oh he won’t have time to do brakes maybe a front end alignment but not brakes that is horrible customer service. You take customers as long as they walk into the door & if you don’t get to it by closing time you lock up the vehicle & it is the first thing you work on Monday morning. Ford & the other big companies didn’t get where they are by doing what this woman did. This is the first time I’ve ever been to a mechanic that said oh we close at this time & he won’t have time to do it. She could have informed me nicely that they closed at 1:30 & asked me if it was alright if the vehicle was kept over the weekend if they don’t get to it. This woman was too busy worried about leaving early because she had made a hair appointment for 2pm instead of taking care of customers. I was just trying to drop off the vehicle to pick up when it was done so there was no reason why the vehicle couldn’t have been taken & then locked up if not gotten to.

Friendly staff, not sure about the alignment, my truck is still pulling to the right, there was a mix up, that I needed all 4 tires balanced, so they did tree aligning first. PROBABLY should have taken it back immediately, however taken care of my 81 yr old dad, has prevented that. Im sure they would have fixed it

I paid 51 $ for an alignment to be done on my car and found out a few days later when I took my car to my mechanic in Dunn that the alignment wasnt even done and two screws were missing from where my ball joint was and hooked it up to the alignment machine and showed me everything was in the red so basically I gave them $50 and they did nothing
