The best! If you need any work on your vehicle Mr. Keith and his team are amazing! My entire family goes to them for work on all our cars. I honestly could not have asked for better. They work quickly , have fair prices and are genuinely such good people. I am a lifetime customer and friend!

I would definitely recommend J & M Auto. They did extensive timing repair and replaced a rear main seal on my truck. One of the reasons I chose them was their warranty on the work. When a part turned out to not be correct they went to great lengths to fully satisfy me on the job. Keith has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions with some challenging issues with my truck to make sure they did the job right and honored their word.

Keith, Jessie, and his team are by FAR the most trustworthy, kind, and honest people you could ever have working on your cars. I have never felt more respected or trustworthy of a car shop. I could not recommend them enough to anyone doing any work you need done on your car.We have 3 cars and they have all been serviced with the highest excellence from the smallest of jobs to the largest (whole head gasket redone!).You are not making the wrong choice by allowing them to work on your cars and they will NEVER rip you off!

This is an updated review. Can’t say enough good things about this place and Keith. Keith has saved me hundreds of maybe thousands of dollars. He’s intelligent and isn’t just trying to get you to spend money on unnecessary fixes that can be resolved for a lot cheaper than many other mechanics will charge. Honest and very educated, I’ve learned a lot about cars from him. Keith is a friend, and I plan on driving all the way from Smyrna to Fayetteville because he’s the best mechanic I’ve found.

Keith and Jesse are great, honest workers and run a great shop. After an out of the blue service recommendation from the dealership that would be difficult to afford, Jesse and Keith walked through all of the requests and have a more honest and practical timeline. Straightforward about fees, as well.

I took my 1965 Ford Mustang to this shop for an ignition distributor installation. Jesse was very professional, knowledgeable, and affordable! I highly recommend this shop based on my positive experience!

My bad luck turned into good fortune. My truck was overheating and I happened to pull off the road into the parking lot of J & M Auto in Fayetteville. My main belt had shredded and wrapped itself around everything possible. The guys at J & M let me know exactly what had happened and what it would take to fix it. The price they gave me and the time that it would be ready turned out precisely as estimated. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I requested for a pre-purchase inspection and the person at the counter explained to me in details what is covered. Appreciated the help rendered. He also quoted me a price for 1 hour of inspection labor with AAA discountAfter the inspection was done, the mechanic explained to me what was done and the issues found. To my surprise, he charged me only 30 minutes of labor and I got everything done at 1/2 the price! Appreciate the honesty and good value-for-money.
