The two girls that work the entry/exist desk at this location are so helpful, sweet, and informative. Loved my experience at this location and was served well.

Very rude staff, they also list prices on the tickets then have several add on charges after you pull the part that makes the price almost triple of what competing pull a parts prices. Avoid and go to pull a part to get a better deal and friendlier helpful staff

Im a rookie at this stuff. Made my first trip to LKQ today, not knowing what to expect. I loved it! The cashiers were helpful. You go out and look for anything you want, take it to the checkout area, they tell you the price, and you are good to go. The prices are great! Half the fun is looking for that needle in a haystack. Ill be back soon!

It was my first time there and I didnt know that I should bring tools. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, suggesting that I register then so I dont have to stand in line again and this helped me to get my parts faster. The printed tickets were so accurate as to where the cars are located and where the parts are, that the experience felt like shopping. Opening all day Saturdays was another advantage. I was in Atlanta and my brother was in NYC, but by sending pictures, he was able to pick, choose and refuse. The icing on the top of the cake, was having the FedEx across the street, which was also opened all day Saturdays. Now my brother wants to come to Atlanta.

Love this place. one of the best pull-A-parts in the area.

It is pricey but worth it, however you have to be lucky to find what you are looking for.

They’ve got nice inventory and website but the prices for parts are ridiculous compared to other junk yards like pull a part and S&W. For instance a bare door at other places range between 40-60$ but LKQ charges $102 and you’ve got to remove it yourself. Usually my last option.

Prices raised spontaneously, just out of the blue. Not your usual pull-apart prices. They tell you one price for your car over phone then lower the price when you get there.The customer service is nonexistent, no knowledge of standard operations or vehicle inventory. I live near by and that is the only reason I shop at Lkq in Fayetteville and always dread needing to go. Wish a real pull-apart was in the area close by.

LKQ is my husbands favorite junkyard, they are helpful and friendly.

I love this place. Everything is organized, you get a printout of locations of the vehicles that match your search. Prices are good. Staff is nice and professional.I come here once or twice a month, sometimes more often.

Complete scam, my card was charged $560.00 for a 2000 ford explorer rear end. Never again will I go to another LKQ. They infact charged a extra $102.00 for extended warranties I did not ask for.The people are also rude and the manager told me I was crazy for using my debit card to pay.You cant even trust the people at your local salvage yard anymore SMH.

I like Acer adaptations to my vehicle and in this place I find everything. I suggest putting a price list there is nothing to hide and it would be very practical for your customers please

I like going cause the yards are organized and fairly clean but i miss the yards were parts were discounted for pulling them myself. LKQ still has you pull the parts but at a premium price. Some of their prices are closer to new and considering all their cars sit hood up and mostly doors open many parts are ruined by the weather.

My husband is the car guy, but I go with him on many part finding adventures. We both like this salvage yard. The employees are friendly, honest, and helpful. The yard is laid out nicely, making it easy to find what your looking for. The prices fair, a little higher than pull-a-part, but well worth the trip and time. My husband recommends it as a master mechanic, and I recommend it as a know-nothing mechanics helper.

Gave different prices on part. Part was shown to a mgr by sales associate. Went to yard and took off part. Brought it back to counter and was given a higher price by same mgr. Said it was different???? Was the exact same part.

They said they could not buy my car even with title and valid license because I was not a Georgia resident. Dumbest policy I have ever heard of. They have allot of car and truck parts. But they DONT HELP YOU AT ALL. I called they said they had the motor that I needed I drove for two hours talked to the lady behind the counter they gave me a printout sheet of three vehicles but not one of them had the motor I needed.

As junk yards go this place is okay, but, they need put gravel down in the main walkways. Their website is outstanding as far as finding what you need on the lot.

They give you a price for your vehicle and once its time to pay you they start deducting the price for any little thing they can think of to not pay the agreed price. The guy Adam was rude and needs to work on how to handle customers in a courteous and polite way. Will never do business with this company EVER AGAIN

Its a cool place! Only one employee on the counter when I went in but she was fast, friendly and professional. Theres a $2.00 cover charge and reasonable prices. LKQ also gives 15% off for military.

Terrible customer service and Ive been there twice so I waited and gave it another chance before saying this publicly.The first time we went there, I assumed the clerks were having a bad day and I just allowed his crappy attitude to roll off of me.But the second time, it was too much. Both me and my boyfriend watched as one clerk was UNBEARABLY rude to a man purchasing a part from their pathetic establishment. The man was simply asking normal questions about their return policy when she started getting irritated and loud and blatantly disrespectful. If I were that guy, I would have never given her my money!So as we walk up to the next clerk trying to ignore what had just happened with the woman yelling and antagonizing this older guy, the next clerk we get does basically the same thing!You try to ask these people a question about ANYTHING and they get antsy as and irritated and their true sloppy dingy colors start to show.They basically want you to give them money and get out the way, they are not interested in being helpful or offering decent customer service.We didnt argue or get nasty back, we politely walked away and took our business a few feet up the same road to QUALITY AUTO PARTS.. they had MUCH BETTER service and they answered any questions we had politely and professionally.You guys need to go up the road and take notes on how to treat paying customers in 2016, I promise it will boost your profits when you learn to check your attitude and brighten up.

Super nice employees. Great deal on parts. They do the best they can to keep you happy and coming back. Been going to this lkq every weekend for almost 3 years never been done wrong. Everything is very organized by make and model.P.S dont get mad with the employees over dumb stuff they have rules set by management they have to follow to.

Got what we need every time

The part I got turned out to be different than what I needed. No fault of theirs, though. Everyone from the guys in the front helping 5 people at the same time, to the guy that wheeled me around the yard to find the right part, they were all great. Everyone there seems top pay attention to every customer, and they seem like they actually care. They ended up giving me a full refund for the part, and even checked for me to find one of their competitors who showed having the right part in their yard. From now on, anytime I need a part, I will always try to do business with LKQ first.

You will call them for a quote they will give you a fair price and when you bring it to them they trick you to drop it off and once you drop it off they start giving some senseless excuses and take a lot away from what you have been quoted i will just rather deal with pull-a-part moving forward where they don’t care about checking the cars like LKQ

The staff were not helpful and did not care anything about customer service. I left feeling that I had been had and they really didnt care.I am a home hobbyist and auto repair is not my primary job. I tinker with cars and trucks at home and went here to see if they had a part I had been having difficulty finding. I asked if they had a 91 Chevy 1500 and they said they had a 93 but the part should be the same. Furthermore, they told me it wouldnt be a problem to return the part if it didnt work. They didnt tell me I only had 30 days to return the part and since I dont work on these for a living I didnt immediately get to work or feel the need to return the part. They marked it with blue paint at the counter which got all over me and my wallet... thanks guys...When I got home I realized it didnt fit, as I suspected, and so I left it with the receipt in my car to return at some point. When I got around to returning it, they said I was out of the return window by a couple weeks and they couldnt help me. It was clearly their part (blue paint marking) and I had the receipt, but they didnt seem to care as I was two weeks past the 30 days... really??I was going to look for other parts, but was angry at their policy and they were smug about not returning my money. I decided to leave since I can find another place to pull parts or purchase online. I just get a feeling they dont care to help and are not honest. I know it is a salvage yard, but common business courtesy should still apply.

Place would be absolutely amazing if it werent for one person who works here always adding comments or just being difficult or rude for no reason. Its like he doesnt even care if you ever come back or not. He says everything with a smile like its funny or a joke when its not. He will nickel and dime you but tell you how you can go somewhere else and pay more if you dont like it. He has no respect for service men either and will try to find a way to get out of giving a military discount . and if you arent smart enough to know what your pulling and whats what he will charge you more for things you dont need. Otherwise whenever he is not present I have the best experience I go in I pull my part I pay I leave. Nice cheerful cashiers and decent small talk and helpful. But him no just no to everything. Someone needs to have a talk with him about how you treat good customers cause I will literally not come back in that door if I see him working ever again.

Doesnt honor advertised prices found online. Customers remove part themself & go to pay & total is different from online listed price. If the prices were ACTUALLY as good as what is listed on their website, this would be a great place to do business with.

A good place to go for parts

I visit salvage yards very often. LKQ(Fayetteville) Is one of my favorites. There is one employee that stands out from the rest. Her name is Britney. She always greats everyone with a warm smile, and always seems to be in a great mood. Most importantly, She knows about vehicles and how the salvage business works. On more than one occasion, she has gone beyond the call duty, and researched fitments for my custom projects.The yard isle are always clear and easy to maneuver throughout.Dont forget to ask for Britney (i like to call her Brit Brit) lolthanks LKQAdrian

Would just like to say LKQ is a good company to get quality used parts for but the tall guy I guess his name is Eric doesn’t know what he is doing and is very prejudice and rude to his employees and customers but other than that great place . if they get rid of him even better . I found out he doesn’t work on Sundays or Mondays . so I come on them days much better service . PS you know that show undercover boss well LKQ corporate should go undercover and you’ll see what I’m talking about .

This place has good inventory on all make and models for used parts, unfortunately they have the MOST arrogant manager by the name of Eric that treats every customer with disrespect. Consider it a great visit if he is not present!

Got a part that didnt work out for me, took it back , no problems they refunded the full amount. And like always they treated me great.

Very un organized and very messy. Parts everywhere. Is a safety hazard. But the people who run the counter are very nice . And fun to work with . And prices are a lot higher then other yards.

I am a regular customer who buys parts at least weekly and despite this the manager is extremely rude and at times i feel even a bit racist towards me. This is the closest used auto parts store to me if not I would gladly go elsewhere.The rest of the employees are much more friendly.

I cant say anything about their regular services for individual parts, but I went here to get a used car. I looked the car over seemed ok, they said the mechanic had gone over it and there was not any significant damage. I buy the car and pull out heading to my mechanic to get it checked out and get any minor fixes dealt with. Engine breaks and car it totaled 30 miles down the road. Theres no way a mechanic would have missed an engine that close to breaking down permanently. I would not recommend ever buying from this Pick Your Part. As to their other services, who knows, look at the other reviews.

Great price for what I need. The staff are ok, some are friendly and some are just there. For the most part they have what I need, I paid $45 for a front passenger seat that was going for at least $165 on Ebay and who knows how much brand new. This is my #2 place to go for parts. I have an old Lexus and Honda.

Overpriced, and the clerks tend to be curt and low key condescending. I have found new parts almost the same price as their used ones! Do not waste your time and money there - it is a complete rip off.

The worst Junk/salvage yard i have seen. I called to find out if they have a door and they told me yes, when i got there they charge me $2 to enter the yard to check for the parts of the vehicle i want; the vehicles are hard to locate and no one is there to direct you; when i finally saw the vehicle , it was completely empty without parts and i was wondering why it was showing on their inventory that they have the parts. Almost all the parts on their vehicle are gone and when you call them to inquire if they have a particular vehicle parts they will tell you yes but they dont have it. They customer service is zero they talk to you as if they have issue with you.. They dont have manners. No good customer service. My experience was unexplainable and will not go there again.

The people working there are jerks and unprofessional, but what can you expect in dump environment. They work with trash cars, it makes complete sense they would be trash people. When you go there you arent going to an air conditioner office or talking to some hypocrite in a tie. Dont get your hopes up. It a blue collar alpha male environment, grow up. At least theyre open on Sunday, very convenient.
