About a month ago I had some body work done on my car after someone ran into it. They did an excellent job in a timely manner. Yesterday it got scratched on the side by ? A grocery cart. I took it back in and talked to Scott, the same representative that had helped me previously. He looked at it and immeadiately took the car in the back and buffed it out until it looked like new, and didn’t charge me. I appreciated it so much. Everyone, especially Scott, was so kind and accommodating.

Went to Hendrick Collision Center for an estimate of car damage from another vehicles tires that I rubbed in an accident.All employees at this business were welcoming, friendly and professional. Scott was excellent! He consulted with the body shop techs before giving anestimate. The shop fixed my problem immediately by buffing tire residue off the paint. I was in and out with car fixed in 30 minutes. Thank you Scott!!

The Geico Rep (I’m not sure of her name, she about 5’2-5’3) is very unprofessional and unwilling to help. She had attitude before I even started talking. She didn’t want to hear anything I was saying and cut me off before could finish any of my sentences. However, her tone and mood changed when the manager was on the phone. I’ve used this place before and it was perfect. One person can really change your whole perception of a company. I will not be using this place again nor do I recommend it to others.If they try to tell you getting rear ended doesn’t affect your alignment, it’s not true. I took my car to two other repair shops for opinions and they both said it happens, as well as the insurance company. I’m not a mechanic, obviously, so of course I have questions. If you’re not willing to answer questions or offer solutions for your customers then this isn’t the job for you.

They are the worst. We went over like asked by the insurance and The receptionist advised Ricci Anderson wasn’t in. She left him a message and he did not call back to acknowledge he received a message that day nor today. Mom calls over and leaves him a message about her SUV this morning no call back and it’s 3:30pm well she left another VM because that’s all the receptionist does is transfer you to a vm. I advised her to call back and speak with a manager we’re I got on she again wrote down another message to have someone call back. Supposedly Ricci was walking by as I was speaking to the receptionist but at no time did she say hold on he is right here let me transfer you to him. I say that to say when we asked for a manager he then wanted to call us back where he was rude instead of trying to find out why we were upset like he did not need our business then said anyway I am booked until December. I ended the call.Call other in another city and spoke directly to the person who we needed and got dates sooner and everything is handle with date set for drop off and rental.Fayetteville and Raeford area need to get better service. For better service I will drive to get because they care and want to help. Bigger cities are booming and y’all are smaller and rude but wonder why your job is ending or you have to close down. I know this a large company and it won’t shut down but your job could be cut. Training in Customer Care is a need in this area.

Went in to get my bumper replaced. Received my quote and it was a reasonable price for parts and labor. Unfortunately, they were booked for a month so I decided to just call to make an appointment at a later date. All my information was saved so when I called to actually made my appointment everything was ready for me. Took my truck in and it was available for pickup the next day. I wasnt expecting for my car to be vacuumed and cleaned but it was. Thank you for the service and I would go to them the next time I have any issues with my truck.

I was referred to this location by my insurance company to repair my vehicle that was involved in an accident on 4/5/2021. I originally communicated with Rhonda; who was quite pleasant to speak with, but she seem to be carrying a heavy workload. Upon the suggestion by April, I was advised to speak with “Kenny” the supervisor. He was quite professional and returned calls promptly. Today, I was hung up on by April, who is extremely unprofessional. She interrupts you when you’re speaking and over talks you to be sarcastic. As the receptionist answering calls. she is the first representation of Hendricks Collison and reflects poorly on the business.

6-22-2021 I took my vehicle to Hendrix to have repairs made to my vehicle to replace the passenger mirror/camera, front fender & scratches on the passenger door. Amy at the reception desk, who is always kind & pleasant took care of me as usual. Crystal, who has previously marked up the damage on my car, was thorough & very helpful as ususal. While she did that I went around the corner to Enterprise to pick up my rental and they didnt have one ready because I didnt respond to their voicemail over the weekend. I had to let Crystal know that I was now not able to leave my car for repairs because Enterprise will not have a rental ready for me for approximately another 4 hours or so & they were already trying to get vehicles for there two morning appointments that had already been waiting for awhile. Crystal went and spoke with Ro Tazelaar who was just as unhappy as I was and dealt with this situation for me. I was informed that once I go online & schedule an appointment through my insurance & set up a claim, that automatically books my rental car appointment since this location is where you get an estimate, repairs & rental. (regardless if I responded to their voicemail or not). I did find out that the gentleman who was at the counter was new to the location but not new to the Enterprise Rental process specifically for you to pick up your vehicle while your repair is being made. While I was waiting there were several Hendrix employees who greeted & checked on me which is also what happened the last time I was at this location and I was appreciative because it shows that they care & wanted me to be comfortable. This is the kind of service you want & expect and they are a wonderful group of people. Almost 90 minutes later an Enterprise representative told me that they would be bringing me a rental soon from another location. Within the next 30minutes Duncan Lewis showed up with my upgraded rental. Duncan was very nice, apologetic & actually worked at another Enterprise not far from this location. Even though I appreciate the upgrade, the car was not clean on the inside and the gas tank was basically empty & I was told that I could return it empty but I refused to take the vehicle without gas. Aside from the fact that I had been here a lot longer than I should have been, I didnt want to ask to have the car cleaned. I do appreciate Duncan Lewis efforts for getting me out of a bind & making sure that I had gas to leave the location. I did not have this type of experience previously with Stephen as it was quick & friendly - we care about our customers type of experience. Enterprise may want to look into this matter as Im sure that others had a similar experience. By the time I arrived home later that afternoon, Beaux Shumway had already contacted me about the repairs/estimate. Beaux also kept me updated until everything was complete. I really appreciated that because I didnt have to ask any questions. A couple of days later, Amy contacted me approximately an hour our so before closing to let me know that my vehicle was ready, which I thought would take longer, but didnt allow me enough time to arrive before they closed since I didnt live in the Fayetteville area. Overall, Hendrix Collision Center - Fayetteville/Cliffdale Road is a great place to go to have all of your vehicle estimate/repair/rental needs all in one location. Keep up the good work!

Good Day Everyone. I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the staff that works at the Hendricks Collision on Cliffdale road in Fayetteville. I have had terrible misfortunes with other vehicles hitting me. (Five times) I have always used Hendricks Collision Center on Cliffdale. The receptionists are always polite and courteous. I was always updated of the status of my vehicles. The entire operation is very organized. The workmanship on my 2008 GMC Denali has always been Great. Sorry, no before and after pictures. Unfortunately, this last one was totally my fault. The next day, without hesitation, I took my truck to Hendricks Collision Center on Cliffdale. Thats when I was informed that my long time collision adjuster no longer worked there. I was told there was a new adjuster by the name of Ryan Brock. He was assuming the responsibilities of the previous adjuster . (Oh boy I thought). Ryan made his assessment of the damage and explained as soon as he gets his computer online, (being new) he will order the parts and contact me when I could drop it off for the repairs. I was contacted the next day. Wow, what Great service. As you can see, it was fixed with such perfection, you would never had known it was damaged until you read it here and seen the pictures. And I just wanted to add, the paint match with the rest of the truck was fantastic. The difference in picture color must be the sun light. Oh yeah, to find out Ryan wasnt new. He transfer from another shop. Sorry old shop. The Cliffdale Hendricks made a great addition to their team. I would highly recommend Hendricks Collision in Fayetteville on 5510 Cliffdale Road. Living in Fayetteville has its challenges, especially the poor driving skills of the people living there. Between me and my wife, we have had to utilize Hendrick Collision Center on several occasions. And I must tell you, I have never been disappointed with their service. Regardless, of which estimator you get, they are all very professional and very caring. It seems as they are more concerned with your well-being than your auto, and their concern for our autos has been off the charts! We have even brought in our cars when things happened that wasnt an insurance claim and they have been more than fair about pricing and the work has always been immaculate! I like the fact that any work they perform is guaranteed for life. If you have any issues with anything they have done, there is no argument about how and when it will get fixed, they bring your auto in and they fix it, no questions asked. The folks in management always come out to ensure you are receiving the best care that they can provide! I wish I had names to drop, but there is this one young lady and every time she sees me, she is concerned about why I am there and will always point me in the right direction. As for the manager, Kenny Hartley, he has always escorted me out to whichever auto I had there, explained the work, and has always given me his personal guarantee on the work performed. There is no other collision shop in Fayetteville I would go to. These guys are top notch!!!

Fantastic service from both the service center and car rental associates! I think I spent a total of 20 minutes between the two. Super fast and nice. My car went into Hendrick Collision for repairs on July 18 for a 10 DAY repair. They fixed my dented rear end on the left side. They took 35 DAYS!!! After the 35 days, I come to pick up my vehicle there was dirt in the paint job and it looked like an orange peel!!! They told me to come back to get that buffed out.In the meantime, I take my vehicle to get an inspection, and my tail light is out (on the side the repairs were done)!! This collision center was completely unprofessional and inconvenient! The staff in the office even called me during repairs and asked me “when are you bringing your vehicle in for repairs?” After they had it for over 3 weeks already!! I was so happy to get my vehicle back. I hope and pray I never need to get another car repaired, however, I will NOT be using Hendrick Collision. I DO NOT recommend them! I wish I would have did a little more research before I needed repair services!

After my Jeep was rear ended at 45mph I allowed the insurance company to use this DRP. All in All the experience was good although I did have to immediately return my Jeep after pick up to fix several issues still present, which they did. However, the true standout portion of my experience was working with the manager Rowena. Having been in a situation like this for the first time she really was helpful throughout the process. More importantly she went to bat for me several times to take care of the issues I was having with both the insurance company and Hendricks Chrysler Jeep (review left there). Truly wish the area had more straight shooters that looked out for customers like her.

So my accident was just about a year ago in NYC just outside of Yonkers. Some other driver basically clipped my and scrapped up my left front tire arch and messed up the inner tire wall. The lady hit me with a rental so I had to deal with them( Not bad at all, very understanding in this situation) so I brought it here after their insurance had an inspection. They had previously told me it would take up to 9 days to replace the tire wall and repaint the panel.... fast forward nearly 3 weeks and I just get a call about it. This place has no care in the world to discuss whats going on with your car at all, the lack of communication from this team is a joke at best. The best thing that happened to me is I didnt need to pay these jokers. A simple repaint and an inner tire wall should of cost around $600, these people charged the lady that hit me almost $1300 alone not including the rental for 3 weeks. Im never going to bring my car here again. Ill find another workshop that genuinely cares about the needs of the customer and not just the nice cushy insurance money.

I was initially working with a competitor shop on an auto claim, the competitor wanted to repair some damage on a brand new vehicle, long story short because of the way things were damaged repairing that damage was not possible, but the other shop insisted, while I insisted the damaged parts be replaced. A repair would just have looked horrible on a new vehicle. I spent a week trying to get this issue resolved with the other shop.I then decided to take my vehicle to Hendrick Collision Center and spoke with Ryan Brock, he immediately understood how I wanted to handle the situation and was able to take care of the issue for me within an hour. I am now going to have the repairs completed at Hendrick Collision Center. I really look forward to doing more business with Hendrick Collision Center and specifically Ryan Brock. Thank you

At first I was so happy with how my claim went from start to finish. I bragged to everyone how easy it was unfortunately an unforeseen issue arised and the way it was taken care of was completely unacceptable. The manager allowed for all of the employees to come out of there offices and stand around as the issue was taken care of. When I mentioned why the need for everyone to be out there staring at me like it was show her response was “I’m the manager”. So just because you have the manager title your customer service goes out the window?

My car was in a collision a few nights ago and the insurance suggested I bring my vehicle to Hendrick Collision, that was the biggest mistake I made. I receive call to pick up my car and I inspected my car, still have dents close around the area where the impact was. The insurance adjuster want to make like the dents and overlapping paint was there before the accident which they were not so therefore that was her excuse not to have them fix it. I will never be back to this place again..warning to everyone make sure you get pics of your WHOLE car before bringing it here. Not satisfied with their service the one star i gave was just to post and warn anyone else that is contemplating bringing their vehicle here.

2019 Corvette hit by a deer. They had my car for one month to fix a fender and replace a bumper. A solid month. When I got it back there was a gold overspray all over the car, including the windshield. This car is not your average vehicle, and they couldnt care less how long they took to fix it nor how they fixed it. I would never use them again for anything

Poor workmanship. Ive had to bring my car back multiple times because they dont do things right and dont have attention to detail. They forgot to put the emblem on the rear (model of vehicle) and tried to give my car back to me with that missing and with the bumper pushed in on one side. When they said they finally fixed everything like new, I drove my car away only to hear a rattling noise coming from the trunk. I looked in my rearview mirror only to see the interior of the rear pillar hanging down. That wasnt causing the noise though... No... The foam behind the plate was missing. So my license plate was scraping against my new paint in addition to the interior problems. So I took it back again. They admitted clips were broken which is why the interior is falling apart and they admitted that they didnt order the foam that sits behind the plates. Lastly, they didnt fix the rear trunk release properly. I called and called and filed BBB complaints since this is a federal regulation. Only then did they respond. All in all this was a disappointing experience. It took 4 weeks for my car to get nearly fixed and another year before the trunk release was installed properly. Communication is poor, so good luck figuring out when to pick up your vehicle or drop it off. If they miss anything, dont take the vehicle back. If you do take it from them, good luck getting them to fix it.My expectations were to get my vehicle back as close to new as possible. My attention to detail is high, but I think anyone who has a new car who isnt at fault for an accident would want their vehicle like new and would want any missing pieces to be replaced (small pieces of foam included). Avalon was brand new and is not a cheap car. Even if it was, Id want all parts accounted for because it is the right thing to do.

It shouldnt take two weeks to replace a bumper. If it came down to ordering parts and waiting for them to come in, then I would understand, but this is not the case at all. I was told it would take 3 days maximum to fix my car, two weeks later my car is still in the shop.Lack of communication, no willingness to explain the diagnostics of my car, and what work is being done to it. The customer doesnt know what the shop is doing, or when the work will be complete, all of this leads to a HORRIBLE customer experience.I would recommend literally any other place but this one...unless youre ok with not getting your vehicle back any time soon.

I was confused how the lady up front, receptionist, told me even though I get a call to pick my car up, dont come pick up my car, wait until I get a second call. When I told her I was confused when she explained it a 2nd time, she gave me weird looks and I told her Im Aspergers but shouldnt have had to and they shouldnt tell customers in the first place that the car is ready if it isnt. The 2nd lady that looked at my car was great! And Enterprise was great except she didnt ask me if I wanted insurance until after I paid the deposit and after we went out to the car. She was very nice regardless!

I left my car with Hendrick Collision Center for a service that was suppose to be an eight day service which now is going on 18 days. I’ve been getting the run around about when my would be done. I was told on five different occasions that my car would be ready and all five times it has not. Now I’m being told that my car should be done on the next day again and this time I’m not getting my hopes up. My car is what I use for another source of income and without it I’m not making any money. I could understand if I hit someone and these are the repercussions of my actions but, when I’m the one who gets hit and has to lose out on money that’s when an issue occurs. The only thing I can say good about the is that their covering my rental for the past two days, thought I think it’s only being covered due to the insurance company not covering it due to the car being there so long. I probably won’t recommend this place to anybody else due to my experience with with them....

I believe someone stole my car matts. When I questioned the establishment they denied it of course. I know when my vehicle left my home to be towed there I had all my matts. When I picked my car up I had no matts. They refused to replace or take responsibility for stealing my costume Dodge Challenger matts.

I had the best experience thanks to Chuck and Joe. Enterprise failed to do their job and these two gentlemen made sure that I was able to get into a rental car from a different rental company. Their level of customer service was over and beyond.

2012 Camry Part 1: My Camry was hit in the rear. Rob did an estimate with a 10 day repair time. I kept getting the run around when inquiring about it. Was finally told it would be ready by Friday or Tuesday at the latest because of a holiday. It wasnt ready and was told it would be ready that Friday. It wasnt and on top of that I was lied about why it was not ready. It was ready for pick up after a month and after being inspected by the insurance co. for a diminished value claim, was found not to industry standards. Paint and form and fit issues. I have to take it back and Ill let you know how that goes.

Just kept the car and never really worked on it until we called about it. The first time it was fine they called promptly had the car done promptly. We got the car, looked at it, still in terrible shape. Called USAA about it and they made them work on it again. Thats when the BS started. Car was there a month or so until we couldnt keep it there anymore. The work still isnt finished even after we showed them what was supposed to be done. Theyre almost two faced, too. Like, they are like Yeah! Well get that done! with a smile and then through their work, they show they are not really so great. Almost like they said, screw it! through their work. This makes me sad.

I had great customer service during my estimate, drop off, and pick-up. Really nice employees. I would complain about the lack of communication however I had too much fun driving the Camaro SS I got from the Hertz rental agency next door. Man that thing got some get up and go! So I dont care the one day fix turned into a five day fix. It gave me more time pretending I could afford a Camaro SS. Thanks for the prolonged shattered dreams Hendrick Collision Center.
