The truck pick up was easy, but the truck was so dirty. i had to stop at the nearest gas station to wash the windows and mirrors. youd think a rental company would at least give you a vehicle with clean windshield, mirrors, and lights.

After my last experience with u haul, I vowed to never use them again. I knew whoever the yellow truck guys were going to get my business the next time I was in need. Best decision ever. All the employees were extremely friendly but I dealt Derrick one on one and he was THE ABSOLUTE best! I dont plan on moving any time soon, but when I do, this is where Im going. Thank you so much. Im recommending to everybody i know.
