I called to inquire about renting a truck for moving. The woman who answered the phone was so nice. She was super accommodating, the price was very reasonable. It turned out that i had to cancel my reservation which was sad because i really would have liked to have done business with them. I will definitely call them if i have the need in the future

Great storage unit, we have stored all our stuff here including musical instruments for more than a year and we couldnt be happier. The place is great, safe and clean. The owners and staff are very helpful, they were always responsive and have great security!

I have rented from them before and they are always very professional and courteous. Very easy to rent the Cargo Van I needed.

I came in on 06/21/2021 at 5:50pm and no one was in the front. I call out for someone and heard noise in the back but still no one came out. If you are open until a certain time make sure the employees are working until closing time. I waited for a few minutes and no one came out.

Ordered a bunch of boxes here. These guys are so cool and helped me carry everything to my car. Great spot and awesome employees!

Called for an hour to see if there was a truck available, and thought they must be busy. No, I dive over and there is no one here and the door says open???? What kind of business is this?

My experience was very easy and quick.

People should know before hand; that they have very early hours that u have to abide by or get evicted.of coarse i found out the hard way. The sales people online & on the 800 u haul main office will offer u. 24 hr. Entry if thats what u want. U might get an additional but very fair charge for that. But it doesnt matter. They dont allow any flexibility in their hours. And very deceiving because, youll see and hear people actively working in the building. I dont get it. But Im ok with it now, because its storage & i just had to realize, understand, Agree, and schedule. Much easier than planning to do it all again. Wow. The truck, the help, the days off work. And thats after the footwork of shopping for a new place. Shop SMART The First Time INTO IT. 😗

Renting from Fairfield Uhaul was a great experience. The attendants were friendly and helpful.

We picked up a uhaul here after a very stressful situation where our moving company “lost their truck” and couldn’t move us the day before our cross country move. We booked online and then called William to confirm. William was very courteous and kind and helped us out by providing the supplies we needed. I couldn’t recommend him more!! Thank you William for saving the day (or really the week)!!!

Convenient location

Told them it was my first time renting a U-hual. But never explained that I need to fill it up before returning. Also gas was on 1/4 and returned it at 1/8 and told me to fill it up to 3/8 which I did cause dont want to argue with him. Rip off and have no passion in their jobs, all he had to tell me is to make sure the gas gauge matches whats on the paper, when I ask questions and told him this was my first time. All he told me was where to pick it up and where to drop it off never told me to fill it up. I was in a hurry so I was forced to pay them by the gallon and a $30 fee. Will never rent from U-hual again

Van smelled like bug spray and made me nauseous. It was one of the worst winds this year so you couldnt even roll down the window.

Very nice and helpful its difficult to communicate calling but if you go there its just super easy to get a truck rented and drop it off at your final location and you dont even have to go inside just leave the key in the truck

I went in to rent me a U-Haul and after asking for one they told me that they didnt have any I did see two or three trucks parts that werent being used but I believe they might have been reserved but I dont know so I went online check available to rent so they could have given me one but they did not want to so I decided not to go back.

Did all the Paper work online so just went to the office got the Key for the truck I was assigned and checked the condition of it and gas level and drove out right away. Very easy . Return the same, easy. Good experience.

Easy rental

Couldnt find our ubox initially, after locating it took an additional week to deliver it. Never called to give updates or say what was going on with delivery. Scheduled delivery for one day took off never showed up or called. They are to pay $50.00 a day if box is not delivered by guaranteed date, they changed the date so they dont have to pay the full amount of late days. DIRT BAG MOVE NOT SURPRISED!!! Lesson learned will shell money for PODS if need arises for long distance move.

This is the second time I had a reservation fall through at this location. Staff was not helpful and did not offer clarification on why my reservation was changed to a location 40 miles away. Would not recommend reserving a trailer here because when you need it it won’t be there.

If you make an appointment is because you want in-out sad you have to wait because they only have one clerk. Management must be aware and have more personal to take care of customers faster.

Sadly they sent me 30 minutes the wrong direction to get a trailer. Then completely put my order in wrong. I asked to bring the trailer from one spot to another and they gave me an in town contract. This made it so I would have to pay a charge of 110$-200$ more just to drop it off somewhere close to where I moved. And thats because they booked me wrong and didnt listen to what I wanted. Not using uhaul anymore. They have poor serviceStay away they are stupid

Reserved a truck at the beginning of the month and they said we would get a 26 truck. The day before we are going to pick up the truck, they said we can only get a 20 truck, which is too small.
