I saw the vehicle on line then sent an e-mail to make an appointment. When I arrived the truck was parked by the showroom door. After some minor negotiating I drove the truck home within a couple of hours. Gary my salesperson was courteous and knowledgeable about the product and the procedures. It was a pleasure doing business with McFarland Ford.

I went back. Why, because I had a great experience leasing my Ranger in 2019. My first dealings with McFarland Ford…. And my first Ford! When I called to schedule an appointment for an oil change, I recalled seeing an email about turning in my 2019 Ranger for a 2021 Ranger. I asked to be transferred to Eric and he explained the deal, and everything he said made sense. 10 days after we spoke I drove off with my 2021 Ford Ranger. Thank you Eric, thank you McFarland Ford. I’d say thank you to the service department, but I never needed them for anything but an oil change.. and that’s a good thing.

My girlfriend and I wanted a light, off-road, crossover SUV to go on hikes with our dogs. Went in to look at a new Ford Bronco Sport base model. Took it out for a test drive and then discussed some numbers. We were never pressured into buying the car. We told the salesman that we wanted to look at another vehicle on our list and so we did. At the end of the day we decided that McFarland Ford offered us the best vehicle and the best price. When we went back they were able to give us the deal that we wanted. At the end of a Saturday and at 4pm they worked tirelessly to get us the car we wanted and we cant thank them enough. They didnt waste our time and they were SUPER friendly and helpful! We definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. My partner and I (along with our two dogs) are forever grateful for the effort put in by everyone at this dealership.

When I got the email confirmation I noticed I accidentally made the appointment with Sales and not service. In a panic I called service. They were full for weeks. I was bummed! All good although the I had to let the service rep know that I preferred to be socially distanced from him. He quickly put on his mask. Given the current spread (I was masked) I feel customer facing employees should be masked or at least ask if I wanted them to be masked.

Service Dept. very good, my service advisor is excellent My salesman who I will not use again was not as forthcoming with a known issue with my vehicle but I would go back here for a purchase. My fiancé and I went over to McFarland Ford recently to just see if we had options so I can get out of my truck lease and get into something either used or new to drop my payments. We worked with Gary Turcotte and he was able to help us narrow down 3-4 trucks to test drive. Went in today to look at a bronco on the lot,was nice decent price. We got pressured in to go over numbers by Bill. Very rude very pushy and talks down to people like they have no clue.also wanted to give us a trade in amount of what they pay for equivalent cars at auction. We told him we was working on a deal from a closer to home dealership and said we was all set,due to what he had for numbers on the trade in. He then calls a few hours later and continues to talk down to us and be very pushy and rude. Still not taking no we are all set for an answer. Very bad person to deal with.

My appointment was for a state inspection. It didnt take long to do. The people there are friendly and helpful.

When I went to pickup.my truck one I could not find it and I had to go back inside and wait til someone could locate it... my time is money.Then when I got in it the truck smelled like cigarette smoke. It was totally unacceptable. I do not smoke and no one is ever allowed in my truck that smells like smoke. So I now had to spend more money to get it detailed

The dealership rocks!! My truck has had a few issues with the computer since I purchase new in 2020 and I took it to the Ford dealer in Lebanon, NH and they did not resolve one issue I was having. These guys fixed every single weird happening (doors not unlocking when fob was in pocket, seat sometimes going to setting and sometimes not, etc.) and then took the time to show me how to find some displays in the settings. They were great!

At first there were some struggles in getting a loaner vehicle during some warranty work on my Explorer. Chris worked with me and made every effort to make sure I was all set and could get my car fixed. Only complaint is I was told 2-3 days and it took 4.5 days. Chris definitely puts customers first.

Fast and reliable service.

I thought this was going to be a 1 star review! However I ended up giving it 4 stars maybe 4.5 you decide. My wife and I bought a used truck, a bit over priced but that entire market is, that being said I got a decent deal at least according the the Apps I was using. Sales process was smooth and laid back. No issues with it going to my mechanic to take a look. The first week the clutch started to act up and for the better part of the next month the Truck was in and out of their garage. To their credit and why they got 4 stars (versus 1 star) was they fixed everything on their dime with the exception of a smaller charge from the first appointment. So yes, I would buy a used vehicle from them again. Im hesitant on on the fifth star due to the service garage side. When I came in for my inspection (needed a tail light ) I mentioned the shifting seeming to be harder than it was a week ago, I expected to hear Ill have the tech take a quick look at that while its in, but what I got was ok lets schedule something next week. As it turned out I got stuck that night. a mechanic would have found in 30 seconds looking at the clutch reservoir that there was an issue (the issue turned out to be a tricky one). Again to their credit they fixed and paid for everything that went wrong after that initial issue. But that initial exchange put them just shy of my criteria for a 5 star.

McFarland Ford is NOT just another place that sells ford trucks. I have plenty of those closer to my home. One is less than a mile another 5 miles and a few more in the 10 to 15 range. I chose to go about 22 miles or 40 minutes out of my way because when I was shopping for an F350 Diesel Crew cab and the right place to service it. McFarland not only had the truck I met with the Sales person Steve then Finance they worked together to make the deal happen. When it comes to services I have had 5 fords and I didnt care for any of the local ford service teams. Again McFarland is not just churning Diesel techs through the doors. Every time I have called they set the appointment and have made sure they checked everything in the truck and complete all recalls. A 40 minute drive is nothing for peace of mind. I have been going back for 3 years no issues, no complaints, I will buy there again and I am proud may friends it is worth the drive.

Quick and efficient service!

Prompt, courteous service

So far, I have no issues with the service department. Scheduling an oil change, or repair work is quick and simple. The department is very clean, and wait time is reasonable. My only issue is the mechanics tend to leave behind grunge on the steering wheel and door at times. As I see it , the tech is not thoughtful about this and thats why I give a 4 star rating.

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle at McFarland Ford on 11/23/19. The entire experience was friendly and professional from start to finish. Sales consultant Bill K. deserves special recognition for his willingness to negotiate the pricing, and terms of the sale with me...while still maintaining his sense of humor. I feel that I received a fair market price on an extremely clean used SUV. I highly recommend this dealership; its a first class operation.

Really great experience purchasing our 2016 Lincoln MKC at McFarland. Our salesman, Tom, was friendly and fast. We were out the door in 2 hours with our MKC! They even threw in a 48 month warranty and roadside assistance!
