Broke down on the highway and had my car towed here with no notice. Doug was very patient and honest and explained an issue with my car very simply. We ended up not using his garage, but he didnt pressure us either way (just farther from home than we wanted). Its not often you find a nice mechanic who speaks to you kindly and simply.
